They ran out of cooked chicken! I had to wait for 45 minutes for 2 meals to be prepared. Service was very poor!!!

The chicken burgers were both burnt, cold and very very small, also the fries were cold. The whole meal had to be thrown away and I am very disappointing from this branch of KFC and the fact that not quality check was done before dispatching.

The food was okay but it could have been better cause the fillet for the wrap was not placed in the right place. Both chips were small and lukewarm/cold. But the chicken bucket was okay. And the packaging of the two meals could have been better rather than two meals being stuffed into one medium-sized paper bag.

This is worst kfc branch ever it’s disgusting we found a long strip of hair in the food. It was cold the chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday…..the service was rubbish…. First time here n will never go back…. Nasty

Really unhappy with the food. First of all they sent the wrong sides, the sides were spilled all over the rest of the items in the order making the food order look like a garbage bag. Had to scrape all the sides from the entire bag. Won’t eat this now and all of the items are soggy. I buzz in Every driver, and they say the door isn't working, I leave a tip Every time, the drivers are lying the buzzer works any other time. DON'T USE JUST EAT IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY AND CANNOT MAKE IT DOWNSTAIRS TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER.

Food was freezing cold when it arrived driver had to drop off another order first was on a bike had no where to store order to keep warm. Didn’t care about food being cold won’t be using just eat anymore.

I ordered a 4 piece pack from this branch. I got home and every piece was a drumstick. 2 weeks later I picked up a 10 piece bucket. I got home to find 6 of the 10 pieces were drumsticks. Any KFC fan knows, this is hugely disappointing and enough to mean, I won’t be returning to this branch.

Food come all opened out of the bag. Chips and beans had all spilt into the mans delivery bag and everything was covered in beans and damaged. Driver said he cant take it back and to request a refund. He did apologise on arrival and explained it was damaged, however still waiting for a refund. I think when this happens the driver should be able to request this rather than the customer having the hassle.

This is the second time this has happened to me with Highbury KFC . . . They DO NOT read the order notes!!! I specifically stated NO BREAST PLEASE!! CHICKEN LEGS ONLY!!! Otherwise I will be bringing it back to you! What happens? I get 1 leg and 3 breast!! Tut tut and I am still hungry now!

I slipped on some spillage on the floor and scraped my knees very badly. apparently there was a sign “it’s wet” but I only saw it when lying on the floor with my food all around me and knees bleeding. left unhappy, hungry, and in pain.

The whole order was cold. The kfc is only up the road so no need for food to arrive freezing. The chicken was all chewy and hard to eat.

Well what can I say about this KFC in Highbury & Islington in my opinion this KFC should be shutdown. Staff don’t know what they are doing food is crap placed an order for 10 mini fillets & two portions of signature fries. Chips soggy & dry and looked like yesterday’s chips absolutely disgusting the chicken fillets was dry cold & tasteless. Money spent was £14.97 what a disappointment again because I thought it may have got better over the years but believe me it hasn’t. Love taking your money but in return you get horrible food please avoid this KFC in Highbury and Islington 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

My food was okay, the small popcorn chicken was missing! I am very disappointed, Also, I asked for two drumsticks and one thigh, there was one wing instead despite that I left a note for the restaurant, not acceptable!

Edit: as for the reply. There will be no “next time” disgusting place. Very rude female cashier with miserable unwelcoming face. Can’t even handle being asked a simple question without getting stressed out. Waited half hour and when finally ready was given the coldest, moodiest call to collect my food. I was treated as tho i spat in someone's face over a politely asked question. (6/9/24 between 3-4pm) awful service on top of that the chips were unseasoned and very small portion for a large and Chicken was alright at best. Toilets were absolutely filthy. Water and tissue all over the sink and floor

Hello, in terms of cleanliness it leaves something to be desired and especially the toilets are just disgusting.

My food was okayish, but in the bucket there was mostly ribs, there was only two drumsticks, there was four wings, which I hate wings! Not enough drumsticks, on top of that the chicken was like rubber when I was chewing it, Not acceptable!

Food was missing and no word yet on how this is going to be resolved. This seems to happen in some way every time I order from KFC.

I didn’t even receive my food this happened to me back to back so many times you need to get a control over your drivers

My food was good, but my drink was missing and I ordered two creamy mash potato and two corn cobs but four corn cobs came instead! The creamy mash potato was missing, the large popcorn chicken was half full, it's supposed to be full to the top!

Absolutely disgusting. Chicken was so overcooked, felt like my teeth would break. I requested more mayo in my burger, it came with none at all and a sachet of ketchup on top of my burger.

I am absolutely furious and beyond disappointed with my recent experience with KFC. I placed an order for 40 box meals for a tour group of 40 students, expecting the meals to be delivered in boxes as shown on the website across the Southampton Row and Highbury branches. However, what I received was a disgrace. Instead of the promised boxes, the meals arrived in flimsy paper bags that were incapable of holding the food. These bags, drenched with oil from the chicken, collapsed under their own weight. As a result, the chicken fell through the bad onto the ground while trying to hand it over. This was a direct consequence of KFC staff's negligence in packing the order appropriately. Furthermore, the portions of fries were inadequate for what was ordered, clearly amounting to less than 40 individual portions. For an order costing a total of £400, this is unacceptable. The students were left dissatisfied and I was left embarrassed by this poor display. Frankly, I expected much more from KFC. This has left me questioning their commitment to quality and customer service.

Just do not go to this shop rude staff, filthy restaurant, tables are not wiped properly food and bags are left everywhere, as you sit down to order your meal after having had to get up twice to get things like a napkins and forks that they should have provided, you get interrupted and asked to leave, then requests to speak to a manager are ignored and met with a blank stare. Then the door is locked when you do try to leave, with a key sticking out, and the whole time there's a girl shouting numbers out like a crazy person. No wonder it's empty. Anyway complaint filed with head office hopefully your franchise gets a slap and an inspection all the other restaurants in upper Street are packed there was like literally no one in there which is why I actually went in there cuz it was quicker what a joke of a place. Now on to whatever it was I was able to eat before we were kindly ejected, chips were soggy, chicken portion was measly, barely filled the centre of the bun and I have no idea what we got for one of the dishes, but it looked like somebody had vomited a gallon of sweet and sour sauce over the chicken ? Avoid avoid avoid, and no amount of fake reviews being banged out by associated parties which are clearly fake reviews because people don't go on the internet and talk about the cleanliness of a freaking KFC. Utter clown show. God help you if you order a delivery from here. *Edit in response to the below , I think your response says it all, and if you think there's a next time , no wonder your shop is a mess*
