Hello, in terms of cleanliness it leaves something to be desired and especially the toilets are just disgusting.

I am absolutely furious and beyond disappointed with my recent experience with KFC. I placed an order for 40 box meals for a tour group of 40 students, expecting the meals to be delivered in boxes as shown on the website across the Southampton Row and Highbury branches. However, what I received was a disgrace. Instead of the promised boxes, the meals arrived in flimsy paper bags that were incapable of holding the food. These bags, drenched with oil from the chicken, collapsed under their own weight. As a result, the chicken fell through the bad onto the ground while trying to hand it over. This was a direct consequence of KFC staff's negligence in packing the order appropriately. Furthermore, the portions of fries were inadequate for what was ordered, clearly amounting to less than 40 individual portions. For an order costing a total of £400, this is unacceptable. The students were left dissatisfied and I was left embarrassed by this poor display. Frankly, I expected much more from KFC. This has left me questioning their commitment to quality and customer service.

Just do not go to this shop rude staff, filthy restaurant, tables are not wiped properly food and bags are left everywhere, as you sit down to order your meal after having had to get up twice to get things like a napkins and forks that they should have provided, you get interrupted and asked to leave, then requests to speak to a manager are ignored and met with a blank stare. Then the door is locked when you do try to leave, with a key sticking out, and the whole time there's a girl shouting numbers out like a crazy person. No wonder it's empty. Anyway complaint filed with head office hopefully your franchise gets a slap and an inspection all the other restaurants in upper Street are packed there was like literally no one in there which is why I actually went in there cuz it was quicker what a joke of a place. Now on to whatever it was I was able to eat before we were kindly ejected, chips were soggy, chicken portion was measly, barely filled the centre of the bun and I have no idea what we got for one of the dishes, but it looked like somebody had vomited a gallon of sweet and sour sauce over the chicken ? Avoid avoid avoid, and no amount of fake reviews being banged out by associated parties which are clearly fake reviews because people don't go on the internet and talk about the cleanliness of a freaking KFC. Utter clown show. God help you if you order a delivery from here. *Edit in response to the below , I think your response says it all, and if you think there's a next time , no wonder your shop is a mess*

driver didn't buzz on my door or even call my phone to let me know he's here and left my food outside ground floor which anyone could've taken and it was cold

Missing item - purchased an extra dip. Tried calling number on receipt asked to add verification code and automated message said to visit justeat website - very poor customer service!-

It's KFC, the food is lovely as are most KFC's but the place is dirty, the Service is slow and sad. They'd rather you not be in there. There is never any hand sanitiser or hand wipes, the pots are empty and I have told them a couple of times that they're empty. If you really need some hot wings the I would suggest that you take your own hand wipes and sanitiser and take away only, don't eat in and don't expect a warm welcome or so much as a single smile.

When choosing this restaurant, it stated 15 mins but it actually took an hour. So his is not acceptable, I had children waiting up for this order. I had to get them something else meaning the order was pointless.

Food was absolutely freezing cold on delivery, despite allegedly being prepares once a driver is assigned. To add insult to.injury, I live less than five minutes away. If I didn't have a stinking cold, it would have been easier to go and get the food myself!!

Ordered 17.30 (acknowledged) expected delivery 17.50 arrived 18.25. Disappointed it took so long, the shop is only 10mins walk from the house.

Delivery driver no idea how to do the job. Can not find address but never call. I have to go find delivery driver by myself and she not speak english and not understand what I say. I maybe think about to us another delivery app.

I could see on tracker, the delivery was heading the opposite direction and the delivery time extending. On this occasion was very unhappy overall.

I ordered takeaway Zinger Stacker Meal upgraded with large fries and drinks. When I opened the box, I got a basic chicken sandwich burger and a small fries on a bigger container to look like it's a large portion. Will not be coming back to this KFC branch as order not satisfactory.

Very slow service. Ordered 2 meals. When I asked where the drinks were, I was given one only. Had to remind them about the second one. Ordered the food to eat in. Was given it all in paper bags as a takeaway order, then had to ask if I could possibly have a tray to eat in.

It's not that he was very late, he lied about being at our door when he wasn't there. He called and said he was pressing our bell but it wasn't working. On the map it showed that was was around 60 meters away outside the wrong building. Just to make sure we looked out of our window, he was not there. He called again telling us the same thing. Again, he was in the wrong place. Blatently lying about pressing our bell and it not working. Eventually he must have read the detailed instructions that I put on the order and he finally made it to the correct address.

Bag arrived damaged, everything out of the bag, items missing chips for tower meal, 2 piece chicken meal completely missing
