1 coffee was a little light but the rest is good

ordered a blueberry frappe and got a flavoured water with ice.

It is my favourite Costa coffee shop. I really like the friendly atmosphere there. Food is always fresh. Drinks are made with ♥️. The store manager is really friendly and want to bring the smile on his customers face. The staff there is as well always friendly, smiling. Store is clean. So there is nothing to complain about.

Missed the ketchup I requested otherwise happy with my order

Coffee was good (Hazelnut latte) but I see my feedback regarding giving us a better size slice of cake when we're paying almost £5 has still not been picked up (or it has but being ignored)

The cheese and ham toasted was cold and it wasn't even toasted,one side of the bread is toast and the other side of the bread was normal white bread ,no toasted at all.

The coffee was packaged so badly that as soon as the guy handed it over to me it fell right through the Paper Bag my entire coffee is now on my front garden

Friday 8th December. i came in to grab a coffee i was served by a lovely young lady who was left to do everything by herself with her colleague sitting on her phone in the back not even offering help. Which is very much fowl behaviour

Incredibly rude girl working there on the morning of Fri 4th August. Foul attitude. Is it so hard to hire employees capable of saying 'please', 'thank you', and 'pardon' instead of "what??" when they haven't heard something. Rolling your eyes and tutting whenever a customer walks in isn't a good look either.

When the order arrived the driver gave me the bag which was falling apart due to the coffees spilling. This is the 3rd time now that this has happened. Delivery drivers need to take more care when delivering the order

Toasty was put in abox that folded over and left it smashed around upon arrival.

Just eat driver damage all of our order, all drinks destroyed all over the cakes….. binned the hole order, waste of money & time Absolutely awful

My first time ordering from Costa Goodmayes online and the food was beautifully packed and delicious. If I'd known how large the cortado was going to be, I would have asked for additional sugar, but still. Very enjoyable. Thank you, Costa Goodmayes :)

Bad experience with costa coffee Goodmayes they don't no how make a coffee I don't recommended!!!

Went in there today to get my free coffee after buying 8 coffees as you get one free and the till wasn’t working and I didn’t have cash to buy one. They said I had to pay for it by cash which I didn’t have. I’m in that coffee shop everyday and the least they could of done was give me my free coffee. It’s not the customers fault that the till wasn’t working and won’t be going in there again. They have lost a loyal customer.

When you ask for a large and get a small that was cold and a cold drink that's Luke warm Costa you need better people

The Chai Lattee was bitter. Not drinkable at all

The staff are friendly and make the coffee better than other Costas I have visited.

Service was disappointing. There was no milk given with the teas. No sugar given separately as well.

I ordered some drinks and some cakes, when it came the latte I ordered was wrong and the frostino that arrived had coffee in it and I ordered it without, I tried to contact the shop and the phone wasn't answered

Was more than 45 mins late and was cold when I got it. Tried calling the store 10+ times and no answer. Won't be ordering from there again

Worst service they don’t know about tea , how to make tea , they serve just boiled water .. Strange literally

Perfect location and definitely convenient for station user. Small place but its in a very good location just outside Goodmayes station. Pick up a take way and was good . Service 1st and very clean. I love costa coffee

Driver was lovely - he got Costa to redo my order as was all the wrong items. They must have not like this as the cooler had melted and the coffee was way too sweet like the vanilla had been pumped way too much into the coffee. But the driver was absolutely lovely an helpful.

I visited this store twice today between 1.30pm and 2.15pm. I always come to this store. I get the same thing for my colleague every time. Salted caramel frostino, with no coffee, whipped cream and less ice. I visited today and the lady who has served me regularly was slightly reluctant when I asked for less ice today. I said to her, this is what I usually get. She was not rude about it at all. I found it strange she questioned me about something that I usually get. When she proceeded to get ice she asked me how much I wanted. I asked her for a little less. The gentlemen then interrupted and said 'you are going to get this much' whilst indicating with his hands that I would get less. He then said, 'go for something else, like an ice latte'. I then said very politely 'i am getting this for my colleague to be honest'. Whilst trying to be patient as I did not like his abrupt and arrogant tone. I am all up for suggestions. But, the way he spoke was not freindly at all. My staff member then tried her drink and it had coffee. Fair enough mistakes happen. I am a restaurant manager. I went back and asked it to be changed as it had coffee. The lady then said to me 'no you asked for coffee'. I said, 'sorry, but I get the same thing every time'. She did not contest further she proceeded to make my drink. As she did, the gentlemen said 'next time don't do this, next time say no'. I don't know if he was referring to my less ice request earlier or making the drink again. Is this what you say when a customer is present?! I was infuriated but I left it. Then a customer whom I know through work came to get a coffee. He asked innocently 'where is the brown sugar, all I see is white'. Your male staff member responded 'if one says white sugar what's the other one going to be' in a very rude and sarcastic manner. The customer got annoyed and they began to have words. I could no hold myself any longer. I asked him, 'is this how you speak to customers. You are so rude.' At both of our annoyance he come to the front of the shop and claimed he was joking. he then said, 'its my bad if I was rude, in my job the customer is always right'. Is that what you call an apology? There were two paying customers both annoyed at his unnacceptable manners. The ironic part of this whole situation was, that your staff member decided to take on a more appropriate tone after our annoyance. There are a few other things I need to mention. But, this review is long enough. There is some golden advice a few friends, customers and colleagues have given me regarding Costa Goodmayes. Go to costa chadwell heath which is down the road, jannat or clockhouse coffee shop if you would like consistent customer service Personally, this is the most important thing for me. Disclaimer, there are some lovely staff members at your shop. Hence, why I have been fair and given you 3 stars

My order was NEVER delivered I had to close my business to walk up and get my order. The staff were kind enough to remake it for me but JUST EAT YOUR DRIVERS SUCK!

The delivery driver went to the wrong place, despite the fact that I clearly stated where to go in my notes. He couldn’t understand anything I was saying so I had to tell him to stay where he was and walked for 5 minutes to collect my order. Absolutely disgraceful delivery!

Yesterday around 12 of day I bought one Pepsi, orange juice,2 crips and one chocolate eggs..and did contactless payment they took £26.50 from my account when my bill should be under £10..there were 2 more customers may be that took their bill from me by mistake because while serving me they started serving them too..or they themselves took £26.50..so disappointed.. I’m calling them but not any answer

I ordered two cheese twisters but received only one and have been charged for two. I was going to order breakfast from McDonald's but only ordered from Costa for cheese twisters. Thats very disappointing!!
