Great coffee and great services.

Used the drive thru for a Wiltshire ham and cheese toastie and a cappuccino. The quality of the food has gone downhill in the past few years, where's the cheese on the toastie and the ham doesn't even reach the edges. Made worse when they don't give you any napkins with it and haven't cut the toastie properly. I took it out of the package and the ham stayed attached to the other side. That's when I realised how little cheese is in it as I had to put it all back together again, with no napkins, making a mess. Not a great start. The cappuccino is burnt, please turn down the heat of your coffee maker. It's not meant to be so hot and taste burned. Don't think I'll bother coming here again!

when ordering a cake with chocolate on it, why does someone think it is ok to pack it in a bag up against a hot coffee cup?

this will be the last time I use just eat!! order wasn't delivered, even tho the app says it was. restaurant unable to help and just eat does everything via email. bottom line, I have been charged and don't have my food. shocking service from restaurant and just eat.

Would never go back to this costa. Ordered on app. Said it would take 5-8 minutes. 20 minutes I waited for my coffee. When I eventually got it they were saying sorry there was a rush. There wasn't even a queue. When I eventually got it, it wasn't worth the wait. Coffee tasted disgusting. Not what I ordered. Will not be back

Nice Costa in a retail park with views of the ochills. That's the plus side. The downside is that you have to share your countryside views with views oftables full of trays of left over from previous customers and never cleared. Often sit here for coffee and by the time I leave tables are still not cleared from when I entered. Always crumbs and left overs in the floor. As for the door....don't start me there. Customers have to take turns to close it for folk who enter or leave and it jams open.

They always put whipped cream on the frappe even though we never order with whipped cream. It ruins it every time

Food was under clocked and I have just had a new born baby I am not happy and I pacifically ask the driver to not press door bell because of baby sleeping but he pressed it anyway this is 2/3 times in the past couple weeks I am not happy and want a refund

I went to pick up my free birthday drink and was very happy with the service. It was extremely busy and all the staff were working in a very organised fashion.

Hi I ordered a latte and upon receiving my order the staples were off and the bag was unsealed. I don’t understand this. I ended up binin the latte which is a waste and unfair. Won’t be ordering again.

Springkerse is a good sized costa that has plenty of seats and lots of cake!

Delivery driver went to blackrooster and McDonald's for other deliveries got a stone cold coffee 1 hour later he then says he had a flat tyre but managed to drive 9 miles away in opposite direction 🙈🙈

Coffee had leaked everywhere, cake was saturated and i was still expected to take it, as shop have no say over Just Eat and driver told me just to take it as he wouldn’t get payed for bringing another order, money back please

The lid was not on the coffee as I struggled to open the bag the coffee poured out all over me and all over the floor. They really need to e more careful about securing the lids and there really is no need to put so many staples in the bag.

I order regularly and never a problem until today. My latte wasn't packed properly and arrived without packaging inside the lid and spilled all over the lid and bag. Such a waste

Visited this Costa for the first time today. Found the coffee shop clean and well layed out, with warm coffee smell as entered. The staff were friendly and personable, and the products were tasty and well prepared. My partner and I, both commented 'we will be back'

Ordered maple hazel and was not given maple hazel. Not happy at all.

My wife and I usually go in for a coffee at around 6.00pm. Almost EVERY time, one server in particular tells us they close at 7.00pm. This is unfriendly and unnecessary as no-one takes an hour to drink a coffee! The food looks very nice but at those prices, they’re beyond expensive and are a rip-off. £3.50 for the smallest Bakewell tart ever!

Couldn’t find driver so order time was 30 mins longer than supposed to be. Toasties aren’t toasted enough and are barely warm and we are missing 2 items from our order.

After an awful experience at Tim Hortons next door where I walked out after 30 minutes waiting on a roll and coffee, Costa came to the rescue. Order placed and food on my table within a couple of minutes!! Thanks.

Coffee is usually bitter, needs piles of sugar and syrups to actually taste good. Most of the staff are alright but there’s one particular girl I hate being served by. She just gives the vibe that she wants you to go away as fast as possible. Definitely prefer the one in Thistles.

It’s Costa so you know what to expect. Gets a thumbs up from me.

Poor experience. Drinks tasted vile. Got my drink orders wrong. Used to be a better than this. Waste of money. Staff were freaking out over making 2 drinks even though we were the only customers in the morning.

Coffee - AGAINNNNN I paid for extra shot of syrup and it was not put in my cup. Wasted money Cinnamon bun - great size and delicious Time - kept of being extended and extended every time you look online Driver - very nice driver.

Drive fantastic Coffee AGAIN THIRD TIME no syrup put in even though I had to pay for it. Last time purchasing from here. Always disappointed with the coffee never got syrup paid for in it. Good trick to save money

Nobody in queue yet it still took ages to get coffee

Ordered a latte . It arrived 30 minutes late and by the time it arrived the foam had all dissolved so it was just like a regularcoffee. The driver acknowledged it was late when he arrived so this can only make me assume he was running errands in between dropping off my order. Not OK

Toilets were disgusting, not just a few hours, but looked like days. Urine all over toilet rim and smelly.

This is my sixth time buying a hazelnut latte and never tasting the hazelnut like it’s a trip in it. Can’t taste it ever. I’ve asked every single time to put two scoops as it should be and even if it’s a big cup happy to pay for more syrup but they never listen and I end up with just a normal coffee with no syrup in it. I’m already paying delivery fee at the same price as my flavoured latte but always end up with just a coffee. Done with costa delivery. Not good service for me.

Frappes are nice but every time we come to this Costa compared to the Alloa one we end up feeling very sick afterwards.. :S

Food was fine in quality, but there wasn't a film over my coffee lid like there usually is, so some of the coffee splashed out and got my sandwich soggy :(

Visited today with a friend for coffee and 1 member of staff absolutely excelled in customer service.. Finn deserves recognition for his outstanding friendliness, kindness and overall customer service. His natural ability to approach customers without being intrusive to ask if everything was ok was something I’ve never seen in a coffee shop. I visit this branch regularly and have never witnessed any staff making it a point to make sure their customers were happy with everything and ask if they need anything. I’ve only ever had interaction with staff at the counter serving, all who are very pleasant but Finn, just a young boy, outshone every member of staff I’ve ever spoke with in this branch. I hope his manager and head management of Costa realise what an exceptional member of staff they have. I would make it a point to go to this coffee shop on the days he was working and choose this branch over any others purely because of his exceptional customer service. Fantastic Finn and hope to see you again soon. Employee of the week, month, year in my opinion

Great relaxed atmosphere. Terrific coffee and selection of snacks. Lots of available parking. One star off for terribly designed tall glass cups with the low handle. Top heavy balance top contain hot coffee. Yes, you can ask for a change of cup, but having them at all seems to be putting design before function.

Visited just before 2 pm so expected it to be busy with late lunch goers. It was quiet and got served right away. No problems getting a table.

Very busy place for the drive thru.. We sat in today and there was plenty of space inside and out. Staff were friendly and efficient and menu is exactly what you expect it to be. It's a great location to meet up with people from out of town since you avoid going into the city centre. Plenty of parking.

Arrived to a fairly empty shop and not many cars at drive the, 5 viable staff all behind counter far too busy to serve a waiting customer!!! Waited without even an acknowledgement for a young girl to come over roll her eyes and take my order. This was then made by an equally stroppy and unhelpful female who made my drink and put it down with force and turned away with not one word of communication... Now considering not even 200 yards away there is a Tim.Hortons you would think that customer service would be at the fore front of everyone's mind clearly not. Costa do yourself a huge favour and get a regional manager out speak with with the mangers and more importantly get some training in place or replace with people who actually want to work in the hospitality industry. Ps - the picture shows my drink without even a sip out of it so short changed on that aswell

Food tasteless and grossly over priced, more tables dirty than clean, two staff members walked past us while waiting to be served and the one that did serve us rolled her eyes that she had to serve us never be nack

Coffee was OK. Place freezing cold with air con on full. Had to keep coat on. Matched the to go cup with my sit in order I guess... dont really like drinking out them. Bit more rubbish in landfill again I guess.
