Costa Coffee in Stirling

Great for a 11am coffee stop, ordered a large carmal later which although tasty didn't expect to be as big as it was! Next time il get a small! Had a muffin as well which was delicious. Staff were very friendly

Lovely place to stop for a drink and or a snack. It is situated right in the shopping centre, plus has its own toilets.

How can a coffee shop run out of cream. Main ingredient in most drinks

Don't know the name of a guy who was on duty today around 4.30, but that legend brewed the tea just right for me, even though it was not a hard request. Damn pleased with this kind of service!

Super toasties drinks and the lemon tarts are so lemony and delicious.

Producten zijn goed , maar jonge dame achter de counter die de bestelling opnam was nauwelijks te verstaan en haar haren hingen voor haar gezicht, ze keek de klanten ook nauwelijks aan tilde haar hoofd niet op en het afruimen van de tafels gebeurde ook niet , drie personeels leden druk met van alles.

No issues I got what I asked for. Staff were friendly. Excellent service as usual from Costa.

Excellent overall staff very good in twice today

This is a busy Costa located in the thistle shopping centre in Stirling town centre. We attended to try the new KitKat hot chocolate and white chocolate mocha iced coffee. There is limited seats and is always very busy, we opted to take away as it was so busy.

Had a toastie with my daughter. Initial service was good - but I felt that someone shouting 'Ham and cheese toastie" several times before I heard it over the very noisy atmosphere whilst there was no queue was not great. I've usually had Table service before.

Very little choice of cakes around lunchtime. The place was clean and tidy.

Nice and as you would expect from Costa's chain. Free WiFi and a couple of tables close to electrical sockets: ideal for some work on the go! Can get busy at peak times tho. To note, toilets are accessible via long stairs under the shop, not ideal for everyone.

Very dirty place plus overheated cappuccino.

So Costa quality is always good but this wasn't the best Costa experience we've ever had. My 9 year old placed the order for hot chocolates and I handed over my panini for toasting. She was never offered cream & marshmallows and was given a medium again without checking what she wanted which was huge for such a little thing. That being said although it was too much for her and without marshmallows it was still tasty. She enjoyed her cake and my panini was nice. I had to go hunting for napkins. There were plenty of seats and the restaurant was spotless. There was a fair wait for the drinks etc but it was busy.

I asked for my Chai Latte to be extra hot, and the young lady did as I asked. Magic!

Friendly and helpful staff.The place itself was a little cold and dark for my liking but the coffee's,the peach iced tea and the lemon drizzle cake were most enjoyable.It was a bit expensive but where isn't these days.

It's not the Costa I always go to it's Dunfermline Costa I go to I went there today to try it and I bought a bacon roll and 2 costas I always get my points but they never gave me my points.

Called into the Costa Coffee at the Moto Services at Stirring and met two amazing members if staff. James and Megan. Both superstars and great ambassadors for the company. Both so helpful and friendly. Coffee and tuna melt was just what we needed at lunch time. Great value for money.

A local coffee shop located in the shopping mall.The usual coffee/cakes menu .service is prompt .however everything is takeaway as the seating area is closed due to insufficient staff.

Asked for flat white but got just a milky coffee with terribly done froth. Not a first time costa fails with coffee quality. Not good at all

Breakfast this morning was a quick muffin and coffee from costa. I always find costa is a hit or miss depending on how the barista makes the coffee. This mornings first visit to costa was super! Amazing quality flat white, perfectly made coffee. Just what i needed to stay my day.

Offering the government's 50% off incentive if you sit in. After waiting in line we were told "take-away only" Winner.....

Visited for a coffee and a cake today and was delighted to see they were offering customers the option of sitting in. Excellent service and a great coffee. Special shout out for the guy who was meticulously keeping the seated area organised and immaturely clean. His attention to detail was great. He ensured the staff were aware when a table was ready for customers and this made the whole experience feel very safe and well organised. Well done this branch - much bigger branches have not been able to what you have achieved.

Not a great Belgium Chocolate Frostino, no cream available after if was handed to me and after the first quarter had been drunk it was basically like drinking mushed up ice. And I paid £3.75 for it.

We popped in today whilst out shopping in Stirling. Queue not very long but long time to be served. Once it was our turn the staff where more interested in talking to each other than serving. Place not tidy and used cups and plates all over the place.the staff made no effort to clean up. When we asked for the required coffee we were told they had run out. We left without purchasing anything and went elsewhere

Invited by daughter for a Christmas shopping boost to this Costa, we both had the large hot chocolate, on her return to the table she apologised to me no cream was available, ok it’s nice with but anyone can run out I suppose. Now the big mug of HOT hot chocolate we expected to enjoy turned out to be watery, lukewarm and lumpy even though we stirred it, we drank some of it but it was awful. I said to my daughter we should take it back at the start but she doesn’t like to complain or cause a fuss. Wouldn’t have accepted another drink anyway if this is what they normally serve.q
