Didn't ask what size drink I wanted the girl that served me with the red rose tatoo was miserable no please no thank you absolutely shocking service

Fantastic service. Great staff who were happy to serve you...... how refreshing! Very clean and a pleasure to visit. Well done you deserve to be busy and successful.

Just been to Costa through the drive through after a walk! The Woman taking the order sounded miserable then when we got to the window she said was it to chocolate hazel milkshake we said no 1 choc and one salted caramel she snatched it away and then started slamming the jug around like it was our fault so we just drove off! Not paying for that kind of service will not be going back! Went to the Costa vending machine instead as it was late more personality from the machine!!

Terrible customer service. No smiles or conversation. Forgot my order. Then forgot again. Ordered a pastry whilst waiting and told "You've not paid for that!". No thank you's. "Where is the Manager please?" "Not here." "In bed are they?" "Yes." Beep. Does not compute... Dreadful service. Who the hell trains these people to be to bots? If you were to automate this shop, at least the till will tell me "Nice to see you and have a nice day!

The woman serving was completely ignorant and rude. It costs nothing to smile and be kind. I work in costumer service myself and I'm not happy with the way she was

What a difference from our last visit 9 months ago, the place was dirty, staff sullen and the coffee poor! We decided then not to bother again. After a visit to The Range recently we ventured back, glad we did, much cleaner, different atmosphere all together, pleasant staff, nice coffee.

Never informed about another price increase. Asked what the price increase was for and got told, because they have met there targets. So take more money from customers

Went and took the children for a mini baby chocolate drink, upon ordering a young man named George and young girl named Beth was really friendly, funny and made our day, joking with us and just being a breath of fresh air and not boring.... Massive bug up to these two staff members brilliant atmosphere and friendly service. Hot chocolates was nice and warm for kids... They were yummy as stated by them.

The most dirtiest coffee shop in Rhyl. Avoid this awful, awful place. Not one clean table. Not one table that doesn't wobble.

I ordered a large caramel latte and when i first tried there chocolate fudge brownie frape it was very nice and the price isn't bad only £4.46 for the latte and £4.10 for the frape. but my friend ordered bubble tea ,they have drunk it all over Britain, but there were no bubbles. This was sad but there is very good service and i go everyday.

I literally can not believe how it can take 20 mins to make two hot chocolates at a drive through when you’re first in the queue? Absolutely mayhem with cars attempting to get back out of the queue after losing the will to live. Avoid until they have a couple of trained staff at least.
