Costa Coffee in Belfast

I’m a Costa regular and everytime in the last 2 months I’ve went in to to get a coffee either the coffee machine has been broken or the whipped machine has also been broken I work near the Boucher road store so it’s handy but I definitely won’t be back as it’s ridiculous opening a coffee shop that can’t serve coffee majority of the time and the customer service isn’t the best most off the times either. this is really frustrating as any other Costa I go to is well organised and very friendly

Lovely staff, friendly service, coffee is hot enough, gutted that there was no maple hazelnut latte but staff recommended alternative choices which is great

Arrived in store at 1:30pm after a two hour journey to do some Xmas shopping. Eventually got to drink a coffee at 2pm. My wife got the wrong coffee (coconut milk!?!). Mine was right but lukewarm at best. Wrong change given too. When the correct coffee finally arrived it was half full and the girl practically threw it across the table in bad humour. Dirty tables. Toilets smelly. Never again.

Great location, easy parking, clean & bright, good staff, fast service and great coffee and snacks. Probably the best coffee shop in the area.

Total chaos. Lots in and no clean tables. Tables were empty but not cleared. Over half an hour later tables stil the same with staff standing about behind the counter.

I called here and was pleasantly surprised by the coffee and ham and cheese toasty. The lady in front of me recommended the carrot cake so I tried some too and it was lovely. The premises was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I hope to return soon and get a loyalty card.
