Costa Coffee in Leeds

Quiet, nice staff, but no WiFi 😮

Staff are very friendly and effective. Clean and comfortable, warm with fresh air. Coffee in glass or cup, chairs with pad and cushions. One thing is that the toilet is not available. Need to go to toilets of Trinity.

Just had the weakest latte possible - it's like having hot milk with only a hint of coffee.

The staff were lovely - some of the best Costa staff I've come across. They really take customer service to another level. They really took good care of my son and I who had just had to have a blood test so needed a hot chocolate and a toy from a shop nearby. The staff didn't know we had just come from the hospital but they checked what temperature I'd like the hot chocolate and asked if I'd like chocolate on top of the drink. Very chatty and kind. Unfortunately the refit makes the cafe look cheap. And it wasn't the cleanest Costa I've been too. There was a Primark bag left on the floor with something oily in it and a fly kept coming over.

Didn't get my drinks order right and my son was disappointed with the service he received.

The coffee is the focus, a latte, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate or plain white or black coffee ☕️. But then you can treat yourself with pastry or sandwich 🥪. Thing is for me, a seat in the corner with my laptop and I can do a bit of work here too. Or meet with friends. So yes it is a great alternative to a pub. And children friendly too.

Our last resort for breakfast as nothing else was open, Mature cheddar was barely legal but manageable, Vegan one was good for the only option, All around pretty mid time, you know what your getting at these big chains, not great not shit, Also overpriced go daym, Kayla & Tom

Lovely Costa, coffee was made very nicely and also had a nice toastie, great staff and very speedy service!

Had a nice relaxing coffee and cake after shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive and good value for money.

What a horrible staff in the re-newed Costa Coffee Trinity Shopping Centre, Leeds. It's easy: the staff is just "very Leeds born staff", that means rough, rude, not friendly. How's possible that a company like Costa Coffee is still not aware that in places like Leeds city centre it must be recruited multicultural, especially European staff!! It's unbelievable you are still so retrograde. Costa of 20 years ago in London was way better. Amen.

Staffs are not vert friendly, last time when I ordered my drink who I ordered and paid was nice and friendly but who gave me my drink was so grumpy put my drink and spoon on desk . Didn’t use the spoon because just like that on desk might a lot people put their hands there and not hygiene when I asked why it’s like that she said because you didn’t order food to put on tray . My point is put a note if you’re not ordering food you’re not get full service 🤪it’s funny they should rapping spoon in napkin at least and be more friendly

Think all Costa's are going downhill. Prices are going up, rewards are now not worth having. Sorry but will be going elsewhere.

Can get quite busy but seating is fairly standard. Standard price for coffee and usual overpriced food.

I used to really enjoy a latte or cappuccino from Costa but upon my last visit I find that the coffee quality has worsened, it tasted quite burnt and ashy and even the milk did not help with the flavor. I did not take food but the sandwich I also another customer take looked less inviting than it used to be. The cleanliness of the bathroom could also be improved. The seating area is quite spacious which is nice for a coffee shop in the middle of the mall.

Had to have our drink in a takeaway cup to sit inside because dishwasher was broke whats wrong with using their hands in the sink.

Niamh served me today and was so helpful & speedy making my coffee & Panini despite it being a busy weekend.

The coffee was very good and the staff was very helpful. Somebody had a accident with there coffee and split it on the floor and the staff was very helpful and cleaned it up with no fuss and was very helpful. There is disabled access to the cafe. There are toilets also in the cafe as well.you can sit in or take away.

I work nearby and visit here a few times weekly. Staff are always friendly, and the service is always excellent. I find the atmosphere very relaxing even when it's busy. Some of my colleagues now meet with me and chill with me here 😊

Coffee was not made well. Not up to Costa's normal standards

Barista was lovely. Very pleasant visit, not long before closing but didn't feel rushed and offered a takeout cup.

We arrived just prior to the mid morning rush. The service was very good. The Barista was quick and efficient. The toasties and drinks were hot. The place was clean & tidy.

Surly staff, appalling hot chocolate and dirty, sticky tables.

Went in the Costa in the Trinity centre in Leeds. Very nice but felt sorry for the member of staff who was on her own with a line of impatient customers. But the young lady was very pleasant & calm under pressure.

Don't know if I should blame the staff or if it's company policy but bought 2 flat white coffees & got basically hot milk, took it back & got replacements which were just as bad so left without drinking, will not be going back,

What a complete shower of Sh1t. 1/2 an hour to get a drink. Staff stood talking to each other. Much better places to go will not be returning

A regular visitor to Costa and visited in many different towns where the service has never been as slow as this one in Trinity, even wth Long queues. I recently witnesses a person asking for a refund as she had waited sooo Long and was now late for an appointment, and still not been served! There were no Long queues ! There seems to be no urgency to serve people and the staff stand chatting? Shame! as it's in a great position.

Went in put my order in then waited 20 mins for my drinks! 3 staff members stood chatting whilst 2 did the work !

Dropped into this Costa Coffee outlet as my twin brother Stephen and I were heading to The Pack Horse Pub and what a great find. Your usual Costa Coffee outlet, typical decor and furnishings, a glass fronted serving bar showcases the delicious goodies on offer and plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling shopping streets around the cafe . We were here on a Wednesday morning, we grabbed a table outside were we ordered a flat white coffee each, served steaming hot,we sipped our coffee's and planned out the day ahead . A big fan of the coffee served in Costa Coffee, its so consistent in every outlet, it was just so good being in such a lovely cafe and soaking up the sunshine. We moved on after our delicious coffee's and for a first time visit to this particular Costa Coffee outlet we had a very pleasant time. This Costa Coffee is easy to locate along Albion Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Saturday, 9am till 6pm. Sunday, 9am till 5pm. Well worth seeking out if you're in the area.

I came here often, I used to work in Trinity. Today, I decided to bring my boyfriend and treated him with a medium cappucino with catamel syrup. I was so happy to do so because unfortunately at the moment I am trying to save money in general and dont allow myself on extra treats. The coffee was cold and surprisingly not frothy as always but most of all there was no syrup. I eent back politely and advised there was no syrup. I did not receive any apologise and the syrup was added to the same capuccino that in the meanwhile went cold. I expected a new o e as requested the first time. I will not come back because they did not acknowledge me and apologise for theit mistake. I used to work in a bar and I would have offered something as a good will gesture.

Usually start our hospital visit stopping off in Trinity Costa. Service very good, drinks very good, toasties quickly cooked and red hot. Staff friendly. No problems encountered on our quick visit enroute Chapel Allerton hospital.

This Costa is situated in the Trinity Shopping Centre and as a result does get the footfall. That said, the afternoon we visited wasn’t unduly busy but the queue we were in was so slow moving it was ridiculous. Once it was our time to be served, the server wasn’t very friendly and just wanted us out of he way. The drinks we had were good. The place itself was clean and tidy but this Costa is not on my favourites list.

I love going to Costa when I have the chance, lots of coffee choices including syrups, freshly made. Great staff, always polite friendly and organised, never feel rushed or ignored. Great cakes to choose from..... everything about Costa is fantastic.....even get loyalty cards....what more could a girl want

Shopping in Leeds so it's coffee time. nearest is Costa Coffee in the Trinity Shopping Centre. Very busy with quite a long queue. The staff were working very hard to get through the queue, which would account for the lack of smiley happy faces. However when we got served the coffee and cakes were well up to Costa standards. Managed to get seated and realised again when looking at the queue just how busy this coffee shop was. So full marks to the staff. As I said coffee and cakes were good, so all in all a satisfying visit. would go again.
