Very good service. I’m vegan and I bought a veggie Mac and cheese meal by mistake (should’ve worn my glasses!) Even though this was totally my fault, the manager let me exchange it for something else, which she didn’t have to do. Thank you to her!

Flat service little choice. Unimaginative menu, made worse by volume of out of stock items. Staff looked unhappy to be there, no energy or spark. Don’t bother.

I love my Costa coffee. Well, it is much better than its rival Starbucks. The coffee was, as expected, hot and strong. However, this outlet is in one of the worst places on the planet. A terrible shame that those guys work so hard and have to work in this stinking service station. I will give the stars that those girls deserve and forget about the area,

Dear Subway Team, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the disgraceful service I received at your Lakeside branch on the 9th of April. While in line with my wife, I placed my order and, upon reaching the toppings section, I politely inquired about the available extras and their associated costs. Instead of being met with the courtesy and assistance any customer should expect—especially a customer with a disability—I was bluntly told to "look at the board on the wall." I calmly explained that I am visually impaired and fully blind in one eye, and as such, I am unable to read any signage on the wall. I respectfully asked for help understanding the options. To my utter dismay, the staff responded not with understanding or assistance, but with laughter and giggles among themselves. They completely disregarded my explanation and made no effort whatsoever to accommodate my needs. Not only was I denied basic assistance, but I was also met with blatant disrespect and a dismissive attitude. The staff continued the transaction hurriedly, eager to move on without a moment of genuine care or professionalism. I left the store feeling humiliated, disrespected, and extremely let down by a brand I previously respected. The fact that my disability is not immediately visible should not justify such shameful treatment. I made every effort to communicate my needs respectfully, and your staff chose mockery and indifference over basic human decency. This experience was not only upsetting—it was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to that store, and I am now seriously reconsidering whether I will ever visit any Subway branch again. I demand that this matter be thoroughly investigated and addressed. I also expect a formal apology and to be informed of the steps Subway will take to ensure this kind of discriminatory behavior is not tolerated in any of your stores and to all those who suffer from a disability that is not visible
