Costa Coffee in Aberdeen City

The staff here are the best .. place is always clean and service perfect. Dont be concerned about sitting outside the people watching is ace

Love the location and generally it's great. The only thing is when ordering ruby hot chocolate drinks and other types for the kids. Alot of the time even the kids notice and refuse to drink as they aren't what they are meant to be. The latest tasted just like flavoured milk. Didn't even have the colour it should.

Have moaned & moaned every time I visit this place whether driving through or sitting in & every time I say never again but after today NEVER AGAIN! It truly is the worst coffee shop I’ve ever visited, I think the problem is that the staff don’t get trained properly then you see that new staff ‘training’ other staff! The coffee is terrible, cold, tasteless, half full cups, you never ever get what you ask for. Nope, I’m done!

Went to Costa today with my mother, the staff (2 women) appeared very rude, basically felt like they were demanding my order, and looking away rolling there eyes as i scanned the menu. i ordered an almond croissant that you could of thrown of a window and shattered it. it was solid and stale. iv never experienced customer service so unwelcoming and rude! horrible atmosphere! will never visit again! 0 stars.

Been to a few costa's in Aberdeen but this one is by far the worse Staff are rude and unhelpful fair to say I will not be returning

I have visited this drive thru on and off since it opened & can honestly say it’s more through habit than actual enjoyment & every time I go I say NEVER AGAIN but today I have made the executive decision NEVER AGAIN. It’s rubbish, I always order the same coffee (boring but hey ho each to their own) I have never been given the same drink twice, it’s either freezing, far to hot (hardly ever though) way to much syrup, hardly any syrup, half full cup (soooo irritating) & I’ve also been given a cup with the lid not properly on which spilt all over me & the car - I’m done, no more visits from me!

Wet tray, tables filthy. Place empty and staff not doing anything yet no offer to help as I carried my baby.

I used to come here everyday but the last month the coffee has been cold, when I ask for extra hot it’s luke warm. I ask for a normal latte and a skinny latte, unfortunately I have seen them use some of the full fat milk for the first coffee then top up the remaining milk with skinny milk for the second coffee. Not what I want or asked for. The drive through is very slow when there are more than 3 cars waiting. Some of the staff are amazing and some are awful. Needs consistency!

We visit here pretty regularly. It is nice and sits adjacent to M&S so all in all pretty handy. The coffee is good and the sandwiches etc I have always found very enjoyable. The staff are very pleasant, but they are seriously understaffed for clearing tables and taking a quick dust of the window frames where various food remnants fall. . It is small but you can always get a seat. Yes, I enjoy it and their coffee. I have never used the Drive Thru but I see only a few cars queuing.

Lovely cafe with good selection of food choices both savoury and sweet. Flat white was excellent and staff are very friendly. Drive thru open from 5.30am during the week.

This is the second time in two weeks using Costa coffee outlets, one in Harrogate and one here in bod Both places are in need of someone cleaning the seating area, not cleared or cleaned Really poor from a major chain Busy so no excuse for not staffing up They need to take a leaf out of Parkhill nursery cafe which is excellent Won’t be back

double check what you are given in the drive through. 3 times now they have made a mistake, full fat when skinny was ordered, non-soy when soya was ordered and two medium milk whips were ordered, two different sizes were handed over. When I said they should both be medium she took the small back, tipped it into a medium cup and added about 2 teaspoons worth of dregs from the mixing cup!
