Thank you Eilidh for the perfect cappuccino. I had been to the retail park Costa just before this and left due to terrible service - not usually the case when Gill, Dean or the absolutly fantastic Sarah are on duty.

Katie and Steve were amazing during our visit for coffee. They were so friendly and attentive. Great ambassadors for the company.

This is one of the worst costas ive been in. The staff are so rude. I witnessed a old man being shouted at as he was slow understanding menu and slightly deaf. The young female was so rude and made it clear she had no time to explain. It was not even busy so we left queue and went to a independent cafe. Disgusting behaviour!

Called to uplift some preordered food. It’s a drop-in when passing coffee bar in the middle of a main thoroughfare Neanderthal shopping centre. The food with the exception of a poorly presented tray bake? Was pre-packed and had nothing to do with the staff who were helpful enough. The ‘goldfish bowl’ element of it does not suit me so I’ll give it a miss in future thanks !!

This little Costa is perfect when out shopping especially the seating can't remember how many times I've stopped for a coffee break with heavy shopping bags, plus this little cost is quite easy to get to with good parking available if the other bigger costa is busy.

Our visit to the Paddle Steamer was let down by extremely rude staff (Kara & Matt) and poor handling of an accessibility issue. We were seated near an access point that had no signage indicating it was restricted. When staff member - Matt - approached us and curtly asked us (and my disabled mother) to move, we explained that we were more than willing to cooperate if access was genuinely needed. Despite our clear willingness to assist, Matt insisted we move “in the next two minutes” without further discussion. We also overheard a staff member - Kara - make an inappropriate comment via radio, which was very disappointing. This experience clearly demonstrated the need for improved signage, friendlier communication, and better staff training around accessibility.
