Both myself and mum felt very ill after drinking latte here.. I think the milk had gone bad probably because of sitting out of fridge for too long.

Awful , 30 min wait to get a coffee , unacceptable Costa , get more staff , period. What I will say is it is not the staff's fault , both members stuck behind the counter were working hard and were polite . Senior management get your act together and sort it out .

A little bistro style Costa Coffee in the middle of the busy McCarthy Outlet centre, very open plan tables and brilliant for the usual Costa fare whilst people-watching as you shop. Much more open and healthy feel to it than the enclosed Starbucks around the corner, especially in these Covid times. Great service. A little train runs by every ten mins which is fun for kids.

Chatty, friendly staff who checked how I wanted my coffee. Coffee was nice and tasty, hot and I used the discount card.

Ordered a skinny latte, offered a smoother tasting coffee for extra 25p, instead of the usual ‘bitter’ tasting coffee (staff words, not mine). Result no taste at all. Thankfully declined the offer of a Costa card so don’t feel obliged to return.

In the Swindon Outlet shops this cafe always seems to be quite busy. On this visit though we had a very long wait in the queue as there were only a couple of girls working. We nearly gave up and moved on to another cafe, but we do like Costa coffees. The coffees were ok when we eventually got them and so were the lemon muffin and mince pie.

Not very good. Coffee okay no cleared or clean tables.waitresses seemed surprised I asked. Too much trouble? Toasted sandwich pretty limp and not very hot. Will try another coffee shop next time. Paid nearly £11.00 which was a waste of money.

As someone with a disability, I did not like that I had to get a key to access the disabled toilets. Furthermore, the key they give you is massive and very noticeable. It made me feel uncomfortable. Do better

37 Regent CircusThis place only had one job... a simple burger and managed to get it wrong. Saturday night.. 10pm ish I needed food, Stopped here and ordered a few bits including a cheeseburger. Took 15-20 minutes and eventually food was ready. Collected the food and started walking back to my hotel. I got about 50yards down the road and hear someone calling me. One of the staff from pepes chasing down the road to tell me they have got my order wrong and put in a plain chicken burger and not the cheeseburger that I had ordered. He asked me to go back to the store with him so they could cook me the correct order. Having waited almost 20 minutes already I did not wish to walk back and wait another 20 minutes whilst the rest of the food got cold so I decliend his offer. He offered me 50% off my next order there which is pointless as out of town and visiting for 1 single night we live 100 miles away and going home the following morning. No offer of any other refun dfor the difference in cost etc.. Poor service

The Madison HotelPlease don't attempt to book at this restaurant or hotel, this was closed a couple of years ago and has recently been the subject of a large fire. Right next door to a retail park, guess what will happen next?

39 Fleet Storder again. Straightforward ordering and they actually read the requests/instructions box so thank you. Prompt professional delivery (came 3 mins before time). Food was piping hot, well packaged and delicious. I ordered: 1 x Create Your Own Pizza 7" Sml + Beef + Mexican Chicken + Jalapeno + Tandoori Chicken £5.99 • Half Pounder Burger Meal with Chips, Coke 330ml Lettuce I love the options to given to select "No Cheese" & "No Mayo" £6.99 1 Mix & Match - £9.99: 5 BBQ wings (was my least fav item, BBQ flavour was a bit bland but still good), 5 Spicy coated wings & 5 chicken strips (my fav). Thank you for satisfying my pizza and burger cravings!
