Costa Coffee in Bath and North East Somerset

Very quiet, so plenty of seating was available, and it was clean and tidy. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered a flat white, which had an odd taste, so I didn't finish it. Was unable to redeem my free drink on the Costa Card as it's a franchise, which was a little disappointing as well. It's at the entrance to the cinema so I imagine it can get very busy at certain times.

Today I was at this place with my family and I had horrible service with many errors in my order, without mention the service that was the worst I've ever had. The employees' attitude were the worst possible without any respect for their customer. I'm particularly talking about this branch because normally Costa cafe is very good for me.

Standard Costa food and drink. Great group of staff who were kind and helpful when I visited. They have a customer toilet downstairs/lift which was helpful. It is located in a large atrium space so it felt more safe than a smaller cafe and somewhere safer to sit and shelter until the rain stopped and I could go to outdoor places.

This Costa branch is fantastic, and the staff are wonderful, friendly, and extremely courteous. The branch is located inside a mall that houses a cinema, Nando's, and a bar.

My Husband and I had a Coffee and Toilet break stop here, which was lovely. The staff were very helpful.

Came here at 13:00 (16th August). First time at this Costa. The customer service from the guy on till was FANTASTIC. Friendly, welcoming, helpful, smiley, genuinely great at his job and brilliant with customers 👏👏

Good Costa. Friendly polite staff. Always take out for me, so can't comment on the location. One of the many coffees I had there didn't taste right, I mentioned it about 3 days later they said they might of burnt the beans and gave me two free coffees (they didn't know me as a regular by the way)... Can't ask for more.

Costa Coffee - a franchise, presumably, and all round the country. This one is located in the lobby of the Kingsmead Leisure complex - Odeon Cinema, TGI Fridays, Wetherspoons (occupied by a handful of elderly gentlemen drinking their breakfast) and coming soon, a Haojie Oriental Buffet, whatever that may be. (I was intrigued by the Haojie, so I googled it - apparently it has been "opening soon" since March 2017!) Costa was fine - same as it always is in my experience. Coffee is served in paper cups as for takeaway, even if you plan to sit in the lobby. It's a decent espresso. I have the place to myself at 0830 - more staff than me!

I can’t believe how dirty the place was, it really was filthy. The tray we were served our drinks on was disgusting and the spoons were dirty. Can’t believe they cant keep an outlet that is so small clean. Let another coffee retailer have it there are too many Costa’s everywhere anyway!

Terrible service! Could tell they had put my order through wrong. So rather than sort it they just ignored me waiting and served about 5 people in the queue after me! Said I wanted a refund as was going to be late for the film. Didn't offer me anything as an apology. Never again!

Stale panini. Mocha with lumps of undissolved chocolate powder. Will not return.

I had a lovely time today in this costa coffee after a day out in the lovely city of Bath. Coffee was great and the stuff was exquisitely friendly and welcoming. In particular I was welcomed by the Italian manager that was also incredibly helpful when I asked for advice on what to do and where to go in the city.

I was served by Luciano today and I was again dissapointed with his service. Unlike the other Barista's Luciano has a terrible attitude and I have seen him on several occasions berate other members of staff in the customer eyeline, aggressively flirt with individuals and raise his voice to both customers and staff. My experience with your Coffee Shop would be five stars if not for this atrocious individuals actions.

The tray was dirty, milk jug wasn't washed out marks inside. Coffee was ok.

Located inside the complex with lots of space and chairs in this location. A good place to have a coffee before cinema or a meal. However, as there is a gym with swimming pool below, sometimes it could get a bit humid in the complex.
