Costa Coffee in Sunderland

The staff are very attentive and welcoming. The shop is always kept immaculate and the food served well. Our favourite costa/coffee shop

Not bothered how good the coffee is or where the beans are from or even how many stars the hygiene quality is, i will never drink a coffee that has had a makems dirty muts in my caramel macchiato, no way jose!! they stink of mould and are all fat sacks of piss and wind, not good at all!!!!

Was here today with daughter we had skinny latte and a bacon sandwich which was delicious the staff are friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble and they are sticking to the rules of the COVID

Was here today for a latte with my daughter I had skinny latte daughter had caramel latte and we both had a ham and cheese toastie it was lovely and the place was immaculate the staff are lovely and friendly will definitely be back

Called here yesterday for drinks and food to take out I had a latte got son and daughter a caramel latte and grandson a tea also sausage sandwiches which were delicious the girls service was second to none very friendly and helpful

I visit here few times a week. The girls are friendly and helpful. I love my fresh latte and a good slice of cake. Place is warm clean and well set out. Nice to go alone for read of papers or meet friends.

Called here today after shopping and had a lovely latte and piece of crispy cake which is amazing for chocoholics like me it melts in your mouth the staff are lovely and very w will be back

Yes there are Costa Coffee's everywhere, but the staff at this particular branch are super friendly and efficient. They know their stuff too. (Not every branch can do iced chai tea lattes without consulting the Costa instruction manual believe me.) A great place to visit. Definitely my 'go to' Costa.

I often visit Costa coffee house's. This one is a small outlet but the standard isn't any different to a larger house. Always a good range of snacks and cakes. I walk using a stick, and the staff are more than keen to help and carry my purchase to a table and offer to assist me with moving a chair, so I can sit down. The place is clean and bright, As with the loos as well. It is situated near other small outlets, and a school. So a great place to wait for end of school day, and an opportunity to do shopping etc, to get tea bought, after the kiddies have been picked up from school. I would recommend a visit. Even if youre not collecting kids.

Called here for a skinny latte and ham hock and pickles sandwich was lovely and fresh and plenty of filling in the staff greeted me with a lovely friendly smile and were very helpful even tho the place was really busy will definitely be back

Upon my arriving at Costa, I was welcomed with lovely smile and a delightful aroma. The staff that welcomed me were extremely effective specifically the staff member called Laura Thompson, who was very caring and got my order correctly. Although costa may be more expensive than greggs, you certainly get what you pay for. Also, you get a very good view of the outside.

A new Costa but the same old set up, decent coffee, cakes and service. It's not exactly a too die for location next to a supermarket etc but it's a nice enough place for a quick brew or two...
