Friendly and quick service, great coffee

Costa in Linlithgow is a perfect spot after walking around the Loch

Husband enjoyed coffee and a scone. Very nice. I had a lovely cup of tea.

Just had cake and coffee but food and drink excellent will be a returning customer

Got told off for having my McDonald's and a sandwich in there while waiting on a friend who was having a costa apparently it was to do with health and food allergies

This Costa outlet has improved greatly. New Manager Laura, has made great improvements, with service, quality of coffee, cleanliness, staff are certainly more attentive now. All good, long may it continue.

Decent coffee and snacks , hits the spot , decent amount cakes etc, although scones would be welcome.

Worst costa I've been to the staff look like they just do not want to be there. Never a service with a smile, just eye rolls and grunts use the coffee shop next door Dnisi.

Too cramped and busy. Hot chocolate was more like hot water with a hint of chocolate. Not for me.

Pleasantly surprised at just how nice the toasties were. Coffee and drinks were fine too and nice staff, service was quick and efficient in what was a busy time of day.

Had a new "whipped" iced white latte..... took ages to queue and ages for drink to be made... thought they had forgotten. When it came it looked nothing like what I had ordered. Watery and bland in a sea of ice cubes. Seating area is noisy, cold and loud.

The cafe had a good amount of seats, the staff were great, the coffee was good..

Service was a little slow but good food and coffee. Nice and chill atmosphere 😁

I don't go there. They're owned by coca cola and they're complicit in supporting israhell.

Shocking service, staff are so rude, didn't even acknowledge me and must be told not to smile to customers. I love their coffee shame the staff attitudes don't match the products. Rather go elsewhere from now on.

£8.80 for 2 drinks server asked did we have a Costa card I replied was it worth while reply no sure ?¿ I asked for a card was ignored received 2 drinks 1 with no coffee ????; really then had to ask for a tray was handed 2 drinks to sit I no tray shocking service

It was being like a nursary, one stafg member talking or shouting down to his frien in the queue, slow in getting drinks.

Dirty tables , guy with attitude serving . No cows milk left but charged extra 45p for coffee with oat milk ( Really ) . Girl eventually cleared tables never cleaned them .

On reaching the counter was informed cash only and paper cups even though we were sitting in, very abrupt, the guy who made the drinks, 5 of them, just planked them down on the tray, no manners or niceties. He just stated what they were, they were lukewarm too, drank mine in a few minutes. Would have gone back but their moods didn't give me much encouragement. Will seriously consider before I use Costa in Livingston again.

I'm afraid this Costa has gone downhill dramatically. Change of management in recent months and it's a shadow of its former self.

Usual costa,, convenient when you need that caffeine fix

Went to Costa in Livingston Centre yesterday afternoon to get the special Black Forest hot chocolate but unfortunately they ran out of the syrup nonetheless we had a normal hot chocolate,,my fiancée had whipped cream and marsh mallows in hers and we both enjoyed your drink ,,we lost had a white , triple chocolate millionaire cake and it was as heavenly as it sounds ,,,mmm ...the staff were very busy but complimented me on my Christmas jumper ...the place was very busy but we managed to get a seat...all in all we enjoyed our late lunch and will definitely return there again 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just nipped into Costa for a latte love it.

A nice area in the centre for a rest and enjoy coffee and a pastry! The staff member who served me was quite spoken which made hearing what she was saying difficult. The food and coffee were great and tables nice and clean.

Not a single vegan savoury option. And only one sweet offering. Additionally, some ladies were holding up the entire queue and no effort was made by staff to intervene.

It's fine just a Costa but all good.

Basic coffee shop with plenty seating.please note as this is based within a shopping mall it tends to be rather busy at times

Can get quite busy during the day and obviously lunch. Comfortable seats and more spacious than a few of the restaurants in the centre.

Local, quiet(old bank) plenty on menu parking and seating plenty off(watch the parking, pop in your reg, if sitting in) watch the closing time and carpark surfaces- collapsed drains

There are Costa Coffee outlets everywhere with their well-known high standards of beverages, snacks and service. My only criticism is that the prices are high, sometimes exceedingly so but so is the quality so it is a matter of 'take it or leave it'.

Livingston Centre Costa ... interesting poached egg and bacon roll ...but this is a chilly cafe almost always cold ..difficult to relax

If you want a coffee then you are in one of the best ☕ staff are quick and helpful cakes and buns are lovely if you also want a bleather unfortunately you have to put up with the music from the centres sound system it can be difficult to hear if you have hearing aids.

The staff are constantly talking amongst themselves. If they are busy they don't acknowledge that you are waiting and the service is extremely slow.

Went in for a M&S sandwich to take away as well as a couple of other items, nothing that had to be cooked or heated. Service was slow, and I had to ask for my receipt

If staff would stop talking among selves the queue would go down faster. Manager didn't even seem bothered. Guy on coffee machine to busy laughing and joking around taking selfies...

The coffee in its self was bitter but the worst part of the visit was the staff the service and the cleanliness of the store. No flow behind the counter two members of staff standing doing nothing while the que was out of the door. The other two barely moving with any urgency paid £20 for the worst coffee I’d ever made. Clearly no communication between the team or a manager to manage the situation ether. The only one seemingly doing any work was the boy cleaning the tables but behind the counter was disgusting with spillages just left lying for paying customers to see. Cakes lying out in the open as the girl putting them out left them to go on her break. Shocking. Won’t be back and I’d encourage anyone to wait the extra time and just go to Starbucks

When it's busy the service is very slow and some of the stuff can be expensive

Food just slapped onto the plate, with no real concern! Drinks were exactly the same, just quickly made as possible, and dropped onto the tray! If females that were serving the customers showed as much care and attention to their makeup as they did, to what they were serving might have made it more of a pleasant experience. Won't be back to that establishment again 😠!

They gave a woman a mouldy toastie and tried to blame the oven! Toasties dont get cooked in an oven! Disgusting shop, wouldn't use it, because the staff obviously don't care

We didn't have food (or Cake) the Coffee guy was trying to get my Fiancee to buy cake 😂🤣 This is the Costa in Next I'm reviewing by the way. The staff are absolutely spot on by the way 👍👍 I'm not going to review the other Costa because it's terrible!!

The coffee was horrid!! We went for a tolberone inspired lattè. We won't be going there again. You can see the layer of fat floating on the top and it all separating. Awful!

Lovely branch of the Costa chain in Dunfermline city centre. Usual quality and well prepared coffee you'd expect from Costa. Flat white recommended.

Have you started doing away with plates for sit in? Had to wait to get served as nobody on the till, two staff came, started putting away things, fine, but no acknowledgement that I was waiting as they talked to each other, so I walked away and was called back. Also had to ask for a knife for the muffin. Usually Costa is decent, but this has been by far my worst experience.

Told I could only have single use cup for my sit in coffee because dishwasher wasn't working, yet there was clearly plenty clean ceramic cups available. Environmentally friendly? I don't think so.

Cannot fault the quality of the merchandise, portions of cakes etc are incredibly small unlike the price, stacked very neetly 2 high to look like a portion then when put on t-plate could disappear beneath the crumbs. Very expensive for what you get.
