my omy order says my order says its been deliver but it hasn't its been deliver but not arrived at my address rder now says delivered and not been to my address

Love it here, I go at least once a week. Always great service from lovely staff.

It's a Costa sovyou know what you'regoing to get. Every time I come in here the staff are lovely, friendly and make you feel welcome. I like the Americano Coffee and a cake. Busy vibrant coffee shop in the shopping area.

My mum is at last stages of dementia, Dylan one of the staff their who went above and beyond for mum good man.x

Great quick service, friendly staff and delicious drink

Abysmal, got order wrong. gave us wraps instead of toasties. Lattes were too strong like they either had extra shot in or they got the milk wrong. Friday treat ruined, very disappointed 😞

Had a coffee & was pleasantly surprised to find a clean table to sit at! This hasn't always been the case, sadly. In this occasion I noticed a member of staff clear & clean as soon as a table was vacated,and the floor was swept where there had been a mess, bravo Costa I just might return.

This branch of Costa is in Arnold where the Latte is very good.

Cream on drink stated no cream. Ordered black forest frappe and got plain chocolate! Waste of money!

Very busy location, while visiting I stayed at an Airbnb behind this coffee shop, every morning I would have some coffee. Loved the cheese and tomato sandwich, they toast it to near perfection. The staff were friendly and helpful.

no decaf no semi skimmed milk no cinnamon bun and toasty only toasted on one side

The batista staff need retraining. I pointed out that their funds needed adjusting as the door they were expressing was being over expressed. Their response was to say I know, but carry on with the same shot regardless. Not impressed by their poor milk prep either. Wholly underwhelming experience, and if they were my staff, I would have them all on probation. The state of their appearance also left something to be desired. Their clothes were unkempt and one guy was wearing dirty I'll fitting paint stained trousers.

I went into Costa coffee at 13 40 and the man who served me jonan was very helpful and was very kind nice customer service

Didn't eat today as just met a friend for coffee. But the usual service and atmosphere didn't let us down. Update. Today I had cake, it was dry and stale. Was exchanged with no problem. Enjoyed a good 2hrs catching up with an old friend.

Visited this branch on Sunday morning and the 3 lads working ran it so well! Great atmosphere, quick service, great coffee, everywhere was so clean and tidy, music good volume and just had a good vibe.

This is a fantastic place, the staff are lovely and helpful, even this is a great place to get food or a drink, it also got a great atmosphere

Staff were all nice. Good service. Quality of food was not great, barely any filling in the toasted ciabatta. Premises was busy, noisy and cold 🥶

I've been coming here every sunday for over a year now and its by far one of my most favourite costas around. The staff are so friendly and helpful making the entire experience all the more appealing. They always make our drinks the way we like and give great recommendations if you dont know what you want. They have food too and its very bright and warm in the shop itself.

My sister and I enjoyed a latte and a muffin we had there. We'll definitely be going again.

The cajun pizza filling was everywhere on the packet and food , and I was missing two items

Ordered the after eights mint hot chocolate, far too much mint, you couldn’t taste the hot chocolate! Also ordered the sticky toffee iced latte…I am not exaggerating when I say : I almost threw up! Just a very sharp tastingburnt coffee espresso shot in some milk, no flavour or anything! DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING:( Just eat does not refund for the lack in taste, so safe to say we are going Starbucks next time..they are worth the extra bit of money to ensure a £5/6 drink is actually enjoyable.

I like Costa's coffee, but the tables are cleaned late. Empty plates and cups left on the tables by previous customers are not collected. Still, it deserves four points for nice coffee.

They sent me the wrong sweet, I ordered a cookie and got sent something else and it was putt in with my hot food and all the chocolate that was onto of it was melted all over the bagm

Fairly standard Costa. Service is good, normal range of drinks and snacks. Sometimes the tables could be cleaned quicker. I visit this one when I'm in Arnold.

Great coffee ans a great atmosphere however I find alot of the iced drinks to be quite overpriced aswell as alot of the food

Some of the decor is a little tired.

Coffee had leaked all over the food and bag was soaked toastie was stone cold and covered in coffee lemon muffin was also covered in coffee complete lack of care taken

I come here a fair amount and the service is always good. There is usually plenty of space to sit both inside and out. All in all a good place to go for a quick drink.

Only good thing was it turning up on time if not early. Missing the main food items and no coffee in the frappe.

Love Costa coffee live 2 minutes drive and 10 minute walk away sadly driver got lost so everything luke warm and roll rock hard to expensive for this to happen so won't order again sadly

I must admit to being pleasantly surprised by the Costa in Arnold, Notts. The service and the toast were excellent, it made such a nice change to be given butter that I could spread on the toast without ripping it to bits. The coffee was very drinkable, but it isn't for some reason as good as it used to be. Coca-Cola saving money perhaps?

We go to costa nearly every day and the staff are all excellent polite and are always very helpful nothing too much trouble Its a very well managed coffee shop. Smily happy polite people providing the service. Clean environment, despite it being a busy Saturday lunchtime, pleasant tasting coffee. Just a little overpriced for my liking so an occasional treat rather than the norm.

We ordered a herbal tea with a ham and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was hot and delicious. The cafe was busy but drinks were served quickly! Would recommend for when catching up with friends and family :)

This is the first time I have ordered from here, it came on time and the food was very good. Nice cappuccino too, would order again from here.

Didn’t have what I ordered but they phoned me straight away with an alternative and it was very yummy and have now found a new favourite. Delivery driver was very polite.

I've seen him with other customers and he really makes you feel like you are the only customer in the cafe, not just the next person in the queue. He is a real credit to Costa and the reason for our return visits!

U have charged me 2 toasties but only received one

I've been a customer of this Costa since it opened a few years ago I enjoy the hot and cold drinks along with a good range of pastries, cakes and toasties The staff here are great! So friendly and efficient. However, there are regularly groups of customers ( often 6 or 8) who take over large areas of the cafe. They may buy 2 or 3 drinks between them but proceed to unwrap a picnic of sandwiches and pies etc from home, drinks appear from shopping bags and their little party starts. Even worse, one of them will disappear then return with a Gregg's chicken or steak bake from the nearby outlet; sometimes with a Gregg's coffee or 2!! This is a blatant abuse of Costa's hospitality; it shouldn't be tolerated and wouldn't if I was the manager

The place was lovely inside just like every other Costa. Staff were friendly. Had an iced caramel latte which I had no caramel sauce on nor through it, so tasted just like cold coffee, but it didn’t taste nice at all. Would go again but will stick to Starbucks or McDonalds for an iced coffee drink.
