Always friendly and helpful staff, clean environment 👍👍👍

I've been coming here every sunday for over a year now and its by far one of my most favourite costas around. The staff are so friendly and helpful making the entire experience all the more appealing. They always make our drinks the way we like and give great recommendations if you dont know what you want. They have food too and its very bright and warm in the shop itself.

My sister and I enjoyed a latte and a muffin we had there. We'll definitely be going again.

I like Costa's coffee, but the tables are cleaned late. Empty plates and cups left on the tables by previous customers are not collected. Still, it deserves four points for nice coffee.

Nice clean place to sit and relax.

Fairly standard Costa. Service is good, normal range of drinks and snacks. Sometimes the tables could be cleaned quicker. I visit this one when I'm in Arnold.

Some of the decor is a little tired.

I come here a fair amount and the service is always good. There is usually plenty of space to sit both inside and out. All in all a good place to go for a quick drink.

It's a peaceful place with delicious coffee and friendly staff that I stop by every morning.

I must admit to being pleasantly surprised by the Costa in Arnold, Notts. The service and the toast were excellent, it made such a nice change to be given butter that I could spread on the toast without ripping it to bits. The coffee was very drinkable, but it isn't for some reason as good as it used to be. Coca-Cola saving money perhaps?

We go to costa nearly every day and the staff are all excellent polite and are always very helpful nothing too much trouble Its a very well managed coffee shop. Smily happy polite people providing the service. Clean environment, despite it being a busy Saturday lunchtime, pleasant tasting coffee. Just a little overpriced for my liking so an occasional treat rather than the norm.

We ordered a herbal tea with a ham and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was hot and delicious. The cafe was busy but drinks were served quickly! Would recommend for when catching up with friends and family :)

Warm space. Food overpriced and stale.

My husband visits 3-4 times a week and I visit probably once a fortnight but I have to say that the coffee/breakfast is always piping hot and fresh but what makes this place is the staff. They are always helpful and friendly but the icing on the cake is Jacob. He is always so welcoming, knows exactly what you want, takes the time to ask how you are, makes an amazing coffee but is also very quick and efficient. I've seen him with other customers and he really makes you feel like you are the only customer in the cafe, not just the next person in the queue. He is a real credit to Costa and the reason for our return visits!

Use Costa when i am in Arnold pleasant staff and great coffee

The place was lovely inside just like every other Costa. Staff were friendly. Had an iced caramel latte which I had no caramel sauce on nor through it, so tasted just like cold coffee, but it didn’t taste nice at all. Would go again but will stick to Starbucks or McDonalds for an iced coffee drink.

I just wanted to shout out Costa in Arnold. I've been lucky enough to breastfeed both of my daughters and have been in to Costa countless times since becoming a Mum. Every. Single. Time. I've gone in, even before I've started to feed, I've been welcomed, supported, offered help with the drinks/the pram etc etc. If and when I've mentioned about feeding, they've asked if there is anything they can do, if I want a particular table clearing etc. When I had my first daughters, I had a lot if complications, a few times I was caught short and needed to use the loo. There was no issue that I'd not bought a drink, they unlocked the door to the loo straight away so I could sort myself or my baby out. Today I nipped in as my youngest (14 weeks) needed feeding and the Manager, Jono, who we've been chatting too for years now (he's adorable and sometimes works up at the Mapperley Costa too, his wife Chelsea also works there or certainly used to). He is always so full of adoration for the girls. He came over when I'd settled to say hello and to make sure I was OK. A couple of weeks ago I was in again and another lady was the same, made sure I'd got everything I needed, asked if I wanted any water etc. Honestly, it is so refreshing and heartwarming to know that I have a safe space to go and feed. And if anyone had anything negative to say to me whilst I was there, I'm confident I'd have a whole army of lovely people behind me to fight my corner! So, any local mums with new babies, struggling for somewhere to go where they feel confident or safe to BF, I highly recommend Costa Coffee 🥰

Had a nice clean table, Although the service could have been better, Had to repeat my order twice and the waiter still forgot some of the order, including the spoon, He also placed the latte coffee spoon on the table,When i asked him for the spoon, Which wasn't wrapped in a napkin, Especially with the covid 19 situation.

It is always a lovely and friendly place with good quality products and excellent service.

was actually queuing at the barbers next door for 45 mins for a post lockdown cut ... but my Mrs has the occasional coffee there and she enjoys it , so ill rate it .

Very long queue, need more staff on when they have a promotion on. Queuing for 15 mins to get served.

Written with Covid in mind. All tables well spaced. While I was in a girl parted 2 tables which were together for distancing purposes. She was immediately spoken to by a member of staff and moved to another table. This table was then replaced in its correct position. Furniture regularly cleaned after use. A very safe environment.

I go pretty often, the staff are very friendly. I've watched the staff In these difficult times that they are working very hard to keep everyone safe and with cleaning tables and chairs as well as keeping customers at a distance from each other and ther self, I feel safe going in this shop. Keep up the good work your doing a brilliant job. ☕
