Driver was incredibly sweet, he couldn’t quite find the place so he kept his bike running to keep our coffee warm, also a wonderful handover, please make sure this message gets to him x

Ok. Its a coffee shop looks a bit dated. Iv been i three times lately. They need to clean the trays they use for sit in and the tea pots are disgusting . Bit over priced.

I was served by a lovely young girl, she had a genuine smile and she noticed I had a support on my hand and asked if I needed help, she was a new start but if that's how she keeps going she'll do well.

The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Friendly team and good service. Special mention to Peter for his Christmas jumper and Reka for her service with a smile.

i really like the workers they were very kind and very efficent the food was very good and the atmosphere was perfect. overall i really like my experience coming to costa coffee .

Recently Moved near by, been at that branche few time now and I can tell that the staffs are left for them self, no management to keep an eye on things, I had a dirty look the other day just because I asked the barista to remake my coffee as it wasn’t made properly… honestly weird place.

No millionaires short cake in bags delivery was fine coffe was great but 1 cake short, will be seeking refund

I asked for a Mango Frappe but the lady gave me a bubbly one instead with bubbles which i nearly choked on and nearly made a mess of my top. Next time listen to what folk tell ya. Waste of £4...

Terrible very little stock won't be back

I've been here a few times now, when it's busy everything goes to pot, continuing taking orders which was impossible for the woman to keep up with. I had a cajun chicken pizza wrap... we got to the table, I sat down and went to eat my wrap, it was cold, took it back up to inform them, the lady apologised then informed me that they had more than one item in the heater so it didn't get a heat properly like it should on its own... so they put it back in, edges burnt...crispy....there were tables lying full of dirty cups and glases, trays everywhere and no where to put them! Not the best costa... 😕

Item missing and was told they didn't bother making it due to not having the type of milk I wanted. What was wrong with phoning me about it.

Staff are lovely and always helpful.

Very clean and spacious with lovely staff who seem to enjoy their job and interact with the customers.

Staff were superb despite being exceptionally busy. Coffee and food met the usual high standards.

Weird experience , had coffee and cake but they wouldn’t give us plates or cups, despite neighbouring tables having them. Possibly there’s a reasonable explanation but one wasn’t given and they were not nice about it. Shame, we’ve liked going there in the past.

Coffe prices are going crazy just now, but biggest shock was cost of a cake £4 Price,s are getting ridiclulouse now unfortunately.

Couldn't get to sit in as it was all shut off, big disappointment as I am disabled and really needed a sit down rest.

Ordered x3 salted caramel frappes with coffee shot in each. I was smirked at by the till operator them the person making the drinks rolled her eyes and crashed around making them. Each of the frappe drinks were disgusting.. if I hadn’t taken them out and drive away I’d have returned them. Sauce sunk to the bottom, cream Curdled and no coffee in any! Waste of £13!!

Not good cakes here, tasted so old. They changed soya milk brand and now drinks are awful and disgusting

What can I say, Costa is the best mainstream coffee establishment in the world. After Starbucks.

The staff are UNFRIENDLY with FAKE smile specially the manager, used to be better when Ricardo run the place. As I’m a regular customer for many years I can see people are switching to Starbucks cross the road, it’s a shame…..

Went with my Mum for a hot drink and cake, the girl serving us was friendly however tables were not clean and neither was cutlery/ dishes - so left costa with drinks unfinished and disappointed. Also it was very cold inside.

Friendly staff. Place was clean and tidy. Good variety of cakes and sandwiches hot or cold.

Great coffee here and good selection of food.

Very disappointing to find all the cakes and most other snacks were off display over an hour before closing.

What a fantastic setup this place has. Car parking, fabulous staff and the Costa experience lived up too. Thank you for being kind at our visit.

Very rude staff used our own reusable cups and didn't get our green beans for doing so.Went and asked at the counter still no points added asked a male member of staff and the points still not added despite swiping the app on my phone again all 3 members of staff stood glaring over at us while we were sat might be an idea to wait until your customers have left before you slag them off!Floors filthy tables filthy I understand people off from work self isolating but still plenty of staff to clean up wipe tables and sweep the floor very poor!!

New Costa recently opened very nice.

Coffee Luke warm and told we have to do a certain temperature even though the wrap was burning hot !!

I was attended with good and professional manners by the staff. Very clean retailer including toilets. There's plenty of seats inside. Coffee is always good food is fresh and rhe ambient is welcoming for families to have a lovely and relaxing meal.

Most of my experiences have been with Costa Coffee in Kirkcaldy, where, in my opinion the coffee was very poor, and I always drank tea or chocolate when there. Very pleased to say that the coffee at Craigleith, Edinburgh was very good and I will certainly be back and will always have their coffee. Big tick✔️

Got a coffee to go, Coffee was really gritty and I was meant to be a caramel latte couldn't actually taste any caramel.

What can we say about Costa huge chain coffee shop. Guaranteed to have the same coffee same cakes and same high prices where ever you go. So if your hankering for your quick fix of caffeine and don't mind paying the price is totally recommend them .

Pleasant Staff - slightly unfortunate and dark cafe

Served quickly , tables available inside, only 3 staff on so some tables not it use had cups, trays etc people were finished with on them but as only a few staff and customers wanting takeaway as well as sit in they didn't have a lot of time to clear tables. Also the track and trace logged me in at Costa in Tillicoutry!! I've never been there so will have to hope no one tests positive there!

Nice coffee, good service. Staff checked to make there was a free table before serving us - which was very helpful. Also made sure that everyone had completed track and trace.

There are numerous coffee shops in this area and I always visit this Costa, the staff are always friendly and premises are always immaculate.

When I visited this store I was immediately confronted by staff who insisted that I have to wear a face mask to enter the shop, even after explaining that I have a medical condition which makes it uncomfortable for me to wear a mask, this confrontation not only continued but intensified when a member of the public also got involved and sided with the staff. Myself and my wife were left humiliated and stressed after this situation.

I love Costa. They pay U k taxes unlike another major coffee chain. So I avoid them. Costa is always my first choice for coffee

Filter coffee was cold, after complaining it was rectified with fresh cup served to table, not a staff problem minor hicup with machine.

Unfortunately another good coffee shop spoilt by inconsiderate dog owners taking their pets into the premises. Apart from it being unhygenic many people are allergic to dogs!

Coffee's pretty good at all of them. But Costa is expensive and understaffed.

Staff always friendly and helpful and as always a good glass of coffee, pity I can only make it twice a week.

Great little Costa Coffee store, located right where you need it at the Craigleith Retail Park. Friendly staff, the usual wide range of food items and drinks to choose from. Recommended!
