Nice atmosphere, coffee could have been a bit stronger.

Went here this morning to meet a friend but I usually do not go to Costa and now I know why. Asked for regular coffees and forgot they do small medium and large so was surprised how big they were it was my intention to have a small size. Was asked if I wanted chocolate on my cappuccino and when I questioned the size of the coffees the older bald gentleman just ignored me and carried on serving which was very rude. No customer service or time of day and the coffee tasted horrible. Certainly not going back there again.

I like the coffee shop but as per other reviews walked in today 3 other people in there and all the tables were dirty, pots not cleared and no reason why .

Excellent service and very helpful staff. As a tea drinker, I love that the tea is served in a teapot.

I like this coffee shop. However, they do not clear the tables very quickly, and staff appear stressed a lot of the time. The coffee is good and some of their food is also good 👍

My very first visit today……..what a dirty and filthy place. Grubby tables, dirty floors and window sills. Not seen a mop in ages. Saw one of the staff members unpacking cakes with his bare hands, not using gloves or tongs. Hygiene Rating 5 on the door…… what a joke

It wasn't busy but the tables were very dirty, chairs and seats stained, floor grubby. It is a shame. It was a very disappointing experience. The location is great.

Always busy! My preference in coffee is Costa and my preference in Costa is this place. The staff work incredibly hard in a very busy little place. Costa is creeping their prices up ( like every where) if it keeps going will need to reduce my coffee trips!

A local coffee shop for the costa fans. Standard Menu with great service. Excellent location and plenty of parking.

Got here at 9am. Was empty and 3 people behind counter. Every single table was dirty. Asked for table to be cleaned. Server started wiping down the sugar and milk station. I asked if he could the table first so I could sit down. Kept on cleaning the station. Then the table. Table was then wet and still dirty. I ended up finding a tissue to wipe clean and dry. The same then wiped all tables (same cloth) then swept up. The amount of dirt must have been from previous day. Do they not clean up end of shift? Tea was watery and insipid. Over £5 for 2 teas. Rip off.not even served in cups, just takeaway cups. Toilets dirty. Bin overflowing. Whole place grubby.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice cheese and ham toastie which was warmed up in store. I also had the mango bubble frappe which was very nice indeed. The food and drinks from this branch of Costa are always very nice and I have never had a problem.

Only tea and coffee are bought ,good cup of Tea and coffee

Went in today for 4 takeaway coffees and cakes. Service was excellent and quick, coffee and cakes great.

Soon you will order a coffee and all you will get its milk foam. Today I got two flat white...and I thought the cups are empty.. so light.. wow. Thank you for making me buy my own expresso machine.

Particularly rude staff member served me and my friend today - tried to order cold brew only to be snapped at that they 'obviously don't have that at this time of year'. Also witnessed her almost shouting at other customers after an accidental spillage.

Regular at the bedgrove shop Aylesbury

We had an excellent family day out at Costa Bedgrove. The location is idyllic, with stunning natural scenery mixed with some historic archaeological ruins. This Costa offers spacious and stylish, well-appointed tables. The outside area is extensive, beautiful, and kept immaculately. The food is generally superb, lots of different panini’s to choose from, most to a very high standard. We didnt experience any below-standard meals or service during our time at this fine establishment. The selection of coffees are excellent and it’s a great way to try new coffees without feeling pressured to accept the first one offered. The kids range is second to none and our daughter was very happy with the babychinno she received. Overall, we felt privileged to be able to spend such a lovely time in such a luxurious coffee shop. The staff, in general, are excellent, however, we’d like to mention those who really stood out to us: Dom – Part of the management team who helped us with everything and anything. Amanda and Laura – we couldn’t have been looked after any better anywhere, spectacular service. Liam – always looking after us. Liam in particular went beyond and even bought our panini to the table for us. Overall all the staff were Very kind and made us all feel extremely welcome. Thanks to you all. Wishing you a great winter and we look forward to returning!

Costa is a well known staple coffee shop in the UK. However I’ve never experienced such grace and professionalism than I have by the staff at the bedgrove costa. 11/10 would recommend. The coffee is hot. The cakes are moist and the toilets are clean.

Costa is a national brand. It might even be worldwide. Who knows. I’ve not travelled since covid started. But hey. Costa Bedgrove. Visiting you was a pleasure I’d love to experience time and time again. The staff member that greeted me enthusiastically as I entered through the front door of the premises with a massive smile on her face, was a smile that could only bring joy to the face of a grumpy man, on a cold November morning. The tremendous man that then served me with such passion and flair, giving me superb satisfaction as a customer while he took my order. He had a name badge on called Liam. I asked what would he could recommend to me from the cake selection, and with one stunning swift motion, plucked from the display the most Gorgeous Moist melt in the mouth cinnamon bun. It literally melted in my mouth giving me mouthful after mouthful of pure bliss and ecstasy with each bite I took. A second gentleman with the marvellous attention to detail then made me the most Divine frostino with all the extras I wanted. He was spinning around, adding the bits, shaking it up and he looked like he’d fit right in at a fancy cocktail bar. All done with a big smile on my face! The drink itself was smashing. My wonderful friend in crime purchased a latte. She later said it was the most tremendous outstanding latte she had ever had. If you want flare and style with amazing coffee: then this is the Costa to go too! Determined, enthusiastic, helpful, friendly simply marvellous daaaarling! You all must try this place out!!

Liam is my favourite today but it might be Dom tomorrow. They make my favoure babychinos with a flake and always say hello to me and they make me smile. Love Alfie Aged 3 xxx

I’m not one for reviewing normally. But I feel this place is worth a mention. You’d expect never to have a rubbish Costa coffee as they are all the same right?! No. I’ve had some shockers. But never from Bedgrove in the past 2.5 years or so that Dom has been the manager. Dom and his team are superb. They are always busy. Probably because the service is always so good. They take the time to treat all the customers with a hello and how are you, and I’ve always been made to feel like a valued customer. As a regular they’ve taken the time to know my drink and ask how work/family are. I’d just like to also give Liam a little mention. Hard working, polite and makes a very good coffee!!

Always a pleasure to visit this store. The staff are always very friendly. Dom, Liam, Amanda and Laura welcome each customer to the store with a smile and treat all their customers to a high standard coffee. The store is always clean and tidy. Dom and Liam are like a pair of little pocket rockets with the speed and precision they make the coffee!! Yes it’s busy, but this is because the standard is always so high.

This Costa seems to have gone downhill. Cups and milk jug were dirty and stained. Danish pastry we had was extremely dry and unenjoyable. Shame as we came here often.

Disorganised service, no lids or cupholders and rude staff

Guy making coffee had his hand in his mouth, when asked to wash his hands he just looked at me. As for the coffee Under extracted, milk far too hot. About right for Costa coffe

Had a surprisingly nice packet of Costa's own cheese and black pepper little flat breads

Had an order through uber eats. The iced latte came without a straw and bacon bap was burned to a point in which it is really really hard to chew on. Would not reccomend and will not order ever again. Tried calling regarding the straw, cause after all, it aint like I have straws at home, plus they have the option of requesting ustensils for a reason, to which I was replied "well..don't really know what to do about that", ok, so I should, right? I aint a fussy person, would've just dumped the coffee in a glass, but I wanted to have it on the go on my way to work.

Unfortunately they weren't very jolly. The milk had been burnt so the coffee wasn't as enjoyable.

Unbelievably unprofessional Sat in the corner and watched as a pair of paramedics walk in, one of them ordered oat milk and even I could see the lady behind the desk use the wrong milk and refused to accept her mistake after the paramedic girl told her about it, I think I overheard her saying she's the manager too, blonde hair quite tall lady with a right attitude I hope you're reading this "manager" that could be a lethal mistake to make, people avoid milk for good reason they can be seriously ill or allergic and you have the nerve to argue with not only a customer but life saving paramedics? If you're reading this review and you have allergies STAY CLEAR OF THIS COSTA, THEY DON'T CARE!

Went there today 16th May around 1pm. The younger guy who served me did not listen to my order and left an item off. When I asked for the missed off item he told his colleague that I did not order it. I checked the amount I paid and the item was paid for. I will not go back and this young man needs retraining.

If you like like rude and sarcastic comments with your coffee then this is the place for you! Been twice and both times the Manager has surprised me with his attitude. Won't be going back.

Everyone is nice and friendly except for the miserable so and so who groaned when I asked him to put sugar in my coffee. My goodness! Crime of the century 😂😂.

Staff not happy and it is noticeable with their attitude. My Terry's chocolate orange hot choc did not taste any different to normal hot chocolate nor did I get my slice of chocolate to accompany. I wouldn't hurry back. Wished I stayed at home and made a hot drink wouldnhave saved myself alot of money. :-(

Costa is definitely my favourite coffee shop. Easy to order, good customer service at most branches, varied food-to-go range for a coffee shop & nice drinks selection, both hot & cold. Plenty of tables around & always a pleasant place to go. Can't go wrong.

They got my order wrong, the shop was very smelly. Bad staff

Decided to have a coffee here. Saw lunch meal deal sign outside so I thought why not. Went inside to grab my food for my deal. Deal includes fresh fruit. Didn't see fruit in fridge or anywhere near, grabbed a fresh fruit "salad" assuming that this counts as a fresh fruit. Go to counter. No greeting customer at all. As part of the meal deal I asked for coffee for my previously grabbed items. Cashier (I'm guessing she was new and still learning the till) adds them up, comes to around £17. I said the deal should be £4.95. She said yes with fresh fruit (fresh fruit salad doesn't count). Meanwhile saw the fresh fruit (apple) next to the counter miles away from the fridge.Alright, swapped to apple, but they need to do a refund first. Girl stuff doesn't know how asks for college's help. He comes to till, takes him a long while to sort the refund and while he is doing so he sighs loudly several times. Than he decided to educate me, the customer, that I should make sure what I'm doing , and the deal is till 2pm ( I was there around 2.15pm) but this time he will do it for me. Firstly his attitude was unacceptable, probably he never worked in hospitality before and didn't receive a proper training too. Secondly why the sign board with the lunch meal deal on it was still left outside the shop if the deal is till 2pm? I wouldn't go for it if I know it's off the table in the first place. Costa, get your act together and make sure to give a proper training for staff.

I want to highlight the manager Frank for chasing after me with my Costa card. Thank you. Above and beyond the call of duty. It was kind of you. Enjoyed both decaf lattes too!

It's an ok coffee shop but nobody seems to know if care if they can make their drinks correctly.

A really nice Costa and one which is run by really friendly and approachable staff. Drinks are as you would expect from Costa and prices also the usual set prices. It's not the biggest Costa but big enough for the area. A good one, run by great people!

Love it here, a really nice little Costa in a good place near the park and with the other shops, with all of the normal Costa menu, just a really cosy coffee shop with nice servers

Most disappointed with the service I received today. (Wednesday 24th October) Two men serving (not usual staff) had to wait for ages to acknowledged or have my drink order taken. The 2 men then spent more time chatting to each other than making the drinks. The darker haired man I found to be most abrupt and rude. This was not anywhere near the usual high standard I receive from the normal members of staff I usually encounter at Bedgrove costa.
