Costa Coffee in Eastleigh

Amazing staff. Not always my first choice for coffee but was lovely double espresso and these guys put a smile on my face, and the rest of their customers’. Thanks

I was people watching while having a coffee today, it was obvious what an asset Alex is to your team, friendly and helpful, particularly to a lady in a wheelchair, and chatting to a little boy. I was served by Gemma, also friendly and helpful. Great service 👏

Why do Costa Coffee always leave the Open milk on the counter next to the till. Can this be right in the current spell of hot weather or indeed anytime, I'm a regular at many shops all over the South. They all do it.

- Even the proprietor is a fun experience.

Have been here a few times with my little girl, including today. The store manager served me and offered to bring the tray to the table as I had a pushchair which is so appreciated! He has served me before and I remember such personable customer service. Thank you!

Place is turning into a restaurant and dressing room for female students who don't purchase anything but take up the best seats in the place. Thought seats in Costa was for paying customers only!

The lady that was serving me walked away before she had finished with me,my family use this Costa alot, but will have to think about going there in the future

Used the costa in the swan centre this morning. Was queuing when noticing signs that they couldn't do any hot food due to the oven not working. Once ordering I was then told I couldn't use my costa card or app and that I couldn't pay contactless due to system problems. Once then waiting for my order the 2 girls serving had very poor customer service, laughing and giggling the whole time that the one making the drinks stopped what she was doing to instead start chatting and laughing with the one serving on the till. Which caused a bigger delay on waiting for my order while that was happening a bigger queue was forming and by the looking at the customers they didn't look happy either. As someone who works in retail myself as I wasn't happy with their customer service at all, Would rather laugh and joke than serve the customers! The cake there was also dry, guessing it had been out a while. If I knew this was going to happen I would have taken my order elsewhere.

I went today to Costa Coffee for cup of coffee with my friends and it was quite busy But staff was working very hard and they even managed to get our drinks ready in advance which is amazing!!! They all was smiling and very sweet and helped us with drinks choices! I believe the man called Alex helped us to chose a drink and girls Lisa and Cherry were so sweet to make it quick and bring it over to us even though it was busy! So I'm definitely coming again!!!!

Not sure if it’s Tetiana’s warm, glowing smile or her friendly and endearing personality that makes me look forward to every visit. Lovely lady with a unique charm that means I am now a regular. She inspires her colleagues to be helpful and always gives her very best. It makes the coffee taste that bit nicer, because it means you drink it not as a drink, but as an experience. I visited costa with my friend Jamie and we were served by Tetiana and Lisa. It was pretty busy however, both ladies were very welcoming, friendly and professional. My coconut vanilla latte was the best I’ve ever tasted! These ladies certainly gave service with beautiful smiles. These ladies are a huge credit to Costa.

Absolutely amazing service at the costa swan centre in eastleigh. A guy (I think) is called Alex is incredibly charismatic and kind. He is an asset to the company!

Busy, the two ladies were working as fast as they could however, and are very polite. My hot chocolate and caramel shortbread were delicious. I had to ask for sprinkles, however she was very nice about it. Basingstoke Costa take note!

Sadly I didn't catch their names but the two men and the lady that were working today were lovely and friendly, coffee is delicious and the service is amazing! Will definitely be coming back

Was waiting quite a while on my cup of coffee so my partners was cold to the touch by the time we were served. They made me a replacement when it was brought to their attention, but we're clearly overwhelmed. They were understaffed during the lunchtime rush and were stressed, but doing a good job trying to stay afloat.

Queued for a long time, on nearing the server, blonde dyed hair in a ponytail, handling a customer's phone ( in fairness to access a points card for her)then cleaning the wax from her ear, rolling it into a little ball and dropping it on the floor, adjusting her hair, rubbing her cheek and ear again, then handling a sandwich for the customer in front without hand washing. At this stage I aborted and went to another café

The service was fine but had to wait a while for food and coffee eventhough it wasn't very busy since the staff were messing around a little (which is usually fine but there were many people waiting behind us)

This was one of the worst Coffee experiences that I have ever had The staff that were there were to Obviously very inexperienced Had already got the first two Costumers orders wrong So I was at least expecting them to get my three Coffees some where near right So when they made the ones for me it was no surprise that they were not very good However it seemed a waste of time taking them back as they had made so many Orders wrong already You need to sort out the Staff Thankyou Mr S Matthews

Good service great tasting drink

I like Costa Coffee. I always buy a small cappuccino and one of their delicious cakes. If I feel really naughty I will have a slice of gateau. Wonderful choice so moist and satisfying. Also cake gives me a lift even though its high in calories. Also fat and sugar content high as well but it's a treat so why not?

Average Costa but staff are below par. Gabrielle was very rude and pulled some awful faces at us because she assumed my son was stealing tip money when he was actually putting it in. Disgusting way to treat a customer.

Typical Costa let down by being in the middle of a shopping centre with everyone walking around you and more noise than you normally might get.

Usual Costa Coffee within Swan Centre

Enough comfy and hard chairs. No newspapers. Staff polite. Tables clean enough. Best time to get here is opening 8:30am, then peaceful. Gets very busy and noisy and peak times, which is going to happen. Coffee and toast no complaints and quick service compared to some Costas. Only downside is no toilets apart from the centre toilets, which can be a bit whiffy.

Starting to get a little messy and tables could of been cleared. But coffee ok

I walk with a stick so unable to carry a tray. The staff are always willing to carry the tray for me.

Lovely coffee, friendly atmosphere

This is a franchise costa coffee - part of Premier coffee. situated in the main atrium of the swan center - it is very handy to stop and enjoy a coffee - cake or even lunch.

It's on the small side, but it's like any other Costa really.

Poor customer service staff in need of training on how to greet customer's correctly, rude attitude, tables dirty...

It's in the middle of town, easy to get to, plenty of seats. Only thing I would say is that occasionally the queues are very long.
