Costa Coffee in Lewisham

Specifically went here before work,asked for medium breakfast bap meal ,sausage roll and a mango iced tea no "bubbles". Food lukewarm, bubble tea,no latte. Had to buy a separate latte even after saying it's in the offer. Come on Costa it wasn't that early!

Only issue with this place is the toilets . Always stink . The auto air freshener needs replacing . I moan every time in there. Apart from that it’s lovely

Odd place to sit and have a coffee. Guy behind the counter is a bit eggy. Reminds me of the hotel owner in white lotus series one. He told a 4 year old kid off and told him to come back when he had his own money. Pick on someone your own size mate. Panatone was lacking. Alright coffee. Lots of the people in there looked like they’ve seen better days so a bit of a depressing vibe.

Rude and boarder line racist. I ended up walking away and going to Starbucks.

It's a coffeeshop, in a next shop, in a retail park. It's not a place you go to on purpose, but i guess they've tried their best to make the shopping experience more like... the high street? Hmmm.

Went in for a cherry hot chocolate now Costa have FINALLY listened to it's customers and brought it back. Haven't been using them because they didn't have it this year. This branch is very clean and the staff are very efficient and friendly.

Ordered a coffee and white trillion air shortbread to take away but when got to my car it wasn't what I ordered. I didn't go back as it was really busy but check what they give you before you leave, coffee always good.

Lady that served me was very nice and polite however the gingerbread latte served was one of the worst I've ever tasted!, just tasted really watery with no flavour, plus the option of cream on top plus a gingerbread biscuit on top was not offered as is in other costa stores,,, I'll avoid this costa branch in future

Its good. Its warm its a plave to be for coffee and a pice of quiet.

The two ladies that served me on 26/10/22 at about noon time have offered exceptional service. If i ever drink a coffee i always buy it from Costa, as it is my favourite brand. I always have flat white with character roast beans. The coffee was so good that i wish i live near them so i can buy it from them every day. It goes well with the chocolate tiffin that they sell. The two ladies were also very friendly and polite. I left the coffee shop with a big smile on my face!

The staff is the worst, you ask them for take out they’re really really rude and they shout at costumers

Love this place, the girls are lovely and friendly but the guy is moody and grumpy and said he'd help me with my tray and I'm disabled and then proceeded to dump my tray so that tea sloshed everywhere and he just walked off leaving me to clean it

The staff here deserve a medal for the way they are treated by some of the customers. Some of the abuse they get is frankly disgusting. No wonder they're keeping the dividers up

Ladies working 15/06/22 around 12:30pm were lovely! Great location, very well air conditioned which was nice on a sunny day

It's ok. I really did not like the location as it is located inside a Next showroom. It is also small and was quite busy for a Saturday morning. Everything else was your basic Costa coffee. The coffee was good and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Coffee is a bit on on the weak side and they need to add a bit more syrup than their standard amount.

Everything you would want from a coffee bar, friendly customer service, clean, and inviting.

Loved the salted caramel frostino and the sales caramel muffin.

So much out of stock! No sandwiches or cream for coffee. We were told that it was closed when we were inside there by the manager 15mins before closing time so any drink we ordered that time was going to have to be takeaway!

Never have filter coffee although it's always up on menu...found this in most Costas.

Not only a great iced coffee but nice & cool with the air con on a very very hot day!

Friendly, efficient staff. I sat for 2 hours with my friend and felt no pressure to leave even though we only had one drink each. There were free seats or we would have left sooner!

This is one of the smaller Costa coffees that you find within many Next stores it's set out and laid out well fairly easy to manoeuvre with a pushchair had a nice cup of tea here staff of polite in a nice surrounding plenty of parking outside

(Today 28/7/2018 ..at 15.30 PM)I...I was in this place to take a cafe, I asked the cafe without a lid, the man shouted ..at me I do my job !!..I do my job !!! ...I do my Job '!! ...my job is!!!... ' I have to put the lid !!'' ... I told him to stay calm !! please !!!... and be more polite with the customers !!!...... and 'was really rude and without apologize .... I will not be more in this place really rude place....!
