This place is fantastic! The food is as good as any restaurant, both in taste and presentation. The staff are lovely and are really passionate about creating exceptional burgers.

Received bad food no taste. Not the quantity ordered. It was just small.pieces of grease and a bit of chicken. Rubbery chips. Put in the bin and will.never order again.

Food was alright but the owner misunderstood what we did/didn't want in our burgers and about 3 hours later I had a very bad upset stomach because of the food from this place. Atmosphere was awful, very dark inside, very uninviting. Upon placing food order, the owner didn't bring drinks over immediately as you get in other restaurants, they were brought over 30 minutes later when food was served, leaving me feeling very thirsty. Won't be going go this restaurant again and wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone to eat at.

Service with a smile. No issues there. The hotdogs are a sausage you’d find at a fish and chip shop. Not a frankfurter which a hod dog should be. Burger is clearly cooked from frozen. Bit of a shame when that’s your main event. It doesn’t even cost much to produce a fresh seasoned patty.

ok so firstly we ordered a burger thats different from the pics and never got what it stated secondly we ordered buffalo wings yet they are not buffalo wings and no buffalo sauce on them also very old and dry so much so they have shrunk. very disappointed. wasnt going to order from here again as last time we only got half portion of loaded fries. but thought food was nice do we would over look that time and order again and now this. very disappointed 😞

The Jalapeño poppers are the best I’ve ever eaten, I got the tower burger and it was beautifully indulgent with a huge portion. Even the chips hit different, and the milkshakes 😩😩 another level. Can’t reccomend this place enough, and it’s super affordable !!! New fav

We have tried BB a few times and the quality of burger, waffles and fries is simply the best in SE London. For around 9, you get a proper gourmet burger, with sauces, best fries I ever had, and a drink. Also the chicken strips with lime was loved by kids. The staff is super helpful as other reviews mentioned, which makes the experience really nice. Everything is freshly made and there is parking for a few cars in front of shop. 5 stars 🤩

So upset. Won't be ordering again, despite me being a regular. After only being able to use deliveroo....I watched as my food drove around my area for 30 minutes or more. The driver didn't speak English. I called the restaurant and they flat out refused any responsibility. Told me to call deliveroo. When the driver arrived he was rude and borderline aggressive. He literally dumped my food on the floor when I explained it was cold. He raised his voice to me walking away when I was asking him why he was behaving like he was. I called the restaurant again....no apology, no responsibility...ended up with cold, expensive, floor food and being shouted at by a delivery driver. Just disgusted beyond belief. Bye bye burger boulevard. You suck!

After years of eating here, the quality of the staff has gone down massively, food now served cold. With items missing. Food Hygiene rating is through the floor. Milkshake that used to be full of flavour and very thick is now basically loosely flavoured milk. Such a shame as it was always so good in the past. Hopefully the owners can bring back the original staff. They also don't offer any of the deals, and try to scam people with dodgy text messages. Do not pay with card as they will skim it.

I had “New Mexico burger “, fries, large grilled chicken wrap and salted caramel milkshake. The food was well seasoned and tasty, the meat and chicken properly cooked, the chips was crispy and perfect. I’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone, prices are also affordable. Members of staff were friendly, professional, kind bf polite, the ambiance was welcoming. 😍😍😍😍😍

I always end up coming @ Burger BLVD for lovely handmade Gourmet beef Burger , my top favourite is Spicy Miami melt and Blvd cheese Burger also the Banging Buffalo flavour wings.

I’ve been coming here for some time now. Before I couldn’t complain. Still great food I always get the grilled burger which bangs!! But now there’s always a mistake. I’ve had my burger burnt. My corn on the cob burnt. Something ALWAYS missing. Even a straw for my milkshake. I’ve had a whole meal missing. Drink missing. You’ll ask for no onions but still receive onions. Overall the quality and taste is good but they need to give me what I order.

Had this on Deliveroo yesterday night. I ordered in the past an it was much better quality. Chicken strips with bbq sauce - very very dry and a splash of sauce on it. BVLD Burger- again very dry, no sauce in it. Buffalo wings - buffalo sauce tasted really nice, again dry (probably fried twice) and just a bit too salty for me, so I could not finish them. Peri peri fries - good Oreo shake - good Overall food really dry and salty, as it stands you are looking to spend around £30 and it is not worth the money.

Absolute rip off. Terrible quality food. The worst I have had in a very long time. I paid £14 for 3 ribs that looked like they had been fished out the bin and reheated, they genuinely looked like someone else had eaten the meat from the bone and the restaurant then reheated the leftovers and served them to me. The burger was at the very best ok. The chips were completely overlooked yet were freezing cold when arrived.

I had no idea that it was collection and soo I caught the bud to go and collect. Once I get there, the restaurant is dead. 💀 Almost felt and looked deserted. I can understand why now. I ordered the Philly cheese steak, which became a rather huge MIS-STEAK. The bun was soft but rather, stale on the outside and the cheese whiz and steak and bits of onion didn’t have any flavour to it at all. Didn’t taste any seasoning. After that disappointment, I also ordered The chicken strips. When you see chicken strips on the menu, you instantly think of fried. This was not fried at all. Looking back at the menu, there is no description. The chicken was rather dry even with the honey mustard dressing poured on top (not even marinated on, which made it a messy eat). Going back to the chicken, it tasted like they had previously cooked it in the oven the day before. Quite hard to chew on. Overall, haven’t had a good meal tonight and if anything feel rather sick. Especially after the chef was having a cigarette outside the restaurant and then handed over my food.

Hi, I just ordered from here, for the first time. Lamb chops, amazing, philly cheese steak amazing, Arizona juicy Lucy mouth watering delight, onions rings lovely & crispy, but perfectly golden, everything was piping hot & the flavours were thenominal, so good or bad? Maybe bad because now I think I have an ADDICTION lol. No seriously, paying that bit extra i really really enjoyed this meal. I even called to thank them & I was met with such a nice polite guy, top marks all round. People you don't know what your missing, that Arizona burger i was full yet it left me wanting more. Those chops omg I aknt had chops since I was young, not only did it bring back good memories, of my mother's chops, but these chops here tasted better, sorry mum. The worst food ever, steak sandwich... it is not STEAK it is beef mince in a hot dog roll it’s actually so vile.. it’s like it’s cooked in a burger and hot dog van. I’m so disappointed.. how this food came I could never expect!! It inedible.

Terrible quality ribs. Nothing but fat. If i wanted that much fat I would have just drunk the cooking oil in my cardboard. Called them to ask what happened, they told me that's how Ribs are 😐 Not spending money there ever again. Awful food. Disappointed

This restaurant used to be one of my favourite takeaway places however it has gone down hill. Not sure if it’s under new management but the food Quality is a poor. The halloumi bag was burnt food soppily made not nice at all

Ordered via Uber eats, the food was fresh, hot and tasty! The Chicago burger, fries, halloumi bites and onion rings all tasted wonderful! I would have given 5* but they forgot my burger sauce.

The one star is for making a halal restaurant with American style, the philly steak sandwich is embarrassing it was plain tasting with a little bit of meat with no flavour and the chips ware burnt and cold and disgusting. I will try this place one more time and order different things to see if other things are better.

We waited 2 hours for a delivery of terrible food. Cheesy chips with no cheese, the salted caramel and kinder milkshake tasted exactly the same and it wasn't good. Basically everything tasted like it was from a bad canteen.

Discovered this place around two months ago and I haven’t stopped ordering since, the food is incredible. The flavours for the burgers, wings and sauces are extraordinary. I’m working my way through the menu to try everything and each time I’m amazed by the different flavours. Would highly recommend, it’s now my new favourite place.

My family and I tried this place as a spontaneous decision and it worked out to be one of the best decisions we made. In the space of 2 weeks we have ordered from here multiple times due to how great the food is. We mainly ordered burgers and wings. You know a place is good when they use brioche buns and they aren't shy with the sauce on the wings. If my description tickles your fancy I definitely recommend their juicy burgers and succulent wings. We ordered delivery and each time food arrived hot and even earlier than expected which is great when you're"re really feeling hungry!

My food didn’t arrive. I Called to ask where it was and was told it had been left in a doorway and they took a photo of it there. This wasn’t my home, but the restaurant didn’t care, as far as they were concerned it had been “delivered”. Even after I explained that I do not live on the same road as where they took their photo, there has been no apology or refund. If there were 0 stars or negative stars I would have used that. Order from somewhere else!!!!

Have eaten from here before and was impressed with the food, so imagine my surprise when my son placed an order and was left totally disappointed with what was delivered. The buttermilk chicken was on the small side and the oil needed to be change, fries was cold ,milkshake and salad is highly overpriced . After this experience I can't say they will be getting any more business from us. Plus delivery driver wanted to charge more than the bill.

food was good, staff are friendly; ribs were a little small on size but people will come here for the burgers. only issue I have is that they need a main sign outside their shop front as it's very hard to see when driving past at night!

As far as halal food goes this place is a hidden gem in this area where local halal food to eat in is hard to find. The food was great and the service was great too. The place was clean and the food was fresh. I would highly recommend this place.

The best thing about this place is not just the food, but the staff. They know how to make you feel welcome. Favourite dishes are the chicken burgers, chops, lamb ribs and the buffalo wings really have a kick to them! Parking is available outside, I would recommend eating in so the food is nice and warm and fresh. Atmosphere is calm, I went at a later time and left before they closed. Great place to dine after a long day of shopping in Bromley!

Took an hour and half for our order to get here when we are on the same road! If they are understaff or short of divers then we could of collected if offered. Checked food when driver turned up who apparently went to sidcup before us. Food Was barely warm and the bottom of the bun was rock hard! Had to send back with the driver. Not sure if it’s the driver or the restaurants fault either way very disappointed and hungry!

The place to go in Grove Park if you have a craving for a burger or deep fried chicken.

Looks kinda like a kebab shop but for burgers. Service was ok, could have been a bit more informative. Food was pretty good although the fries are a bit dry and stodgy, I'll try the other chips on offer next time. Good choice on the menu and certainly better than any of the other chicken shop places. Prices are pretty reasonable. I will be back for more.

cold food and bad customer service

I wish I could give 0 stars as an option, I ordered food from this place via an app. Two hours later, my food hadn't arrived. I called the resturant the first time and the first person I spoke to was very polite, apologised and explained that the driver had just left 5 minutes ago (this place is about 10 min from my house), after another 30 min goes past and teh food still isnt here. I called the restaurant and long story short and the second person I spoke to when I called, called me a liar. Horrible customer service and can't admit their driver simply made a mistake
