Nice spacious and clean Costa to enjoy your coffee. The young staff are polite and helpful.

Although this isnt my area I visit this costa occasionally with my baby goddaughter and find the staff to be very friendly and lovely, especially Ewan, i think that’s his name I assume from the comments below. But all in all, lovely atmosphere, lovely staff, keep up the great work!

The ‘take-away only’ is SOLELY down to work within Tesco’s store - please stop leaving poor / 1/2/3* reviews when it’s not within the gift of Costa (nor the lovely, incredibly patient staff that work there) to change/fix/alter it - leave your bad review on Tesco’s site!! It’s their delays! Thanks

Have visited twice and seemed ok but on using the Tesco customer toilets afterwards, the barista used the toilet before walking out without washing his hands! Absolutely disgusting 🤮 I won’t be back and good luck to anyone who does choose to visit. If he can’t practice the most basic of hygiene then I’d hate to see what the coffee shop is like behind the scenes

Costa at Tesco might be underrated. But its relaxing with good staff. Worth a try.

Nothing can beat Costa Coffee. I visit as many of their coffee houses when on out. No matter what city I'm in . I've always had a lovely time and delicious coffee and muffins et . the staff here are well trained and very knowledgeable about the origins of Costa Coffee as I am myself. I use it at home too. I cannot fault Costa Coffee what so ever. Keep up the good work as always. I'll be back at the Kinnaird Park, Newcraighall branch this afternoon as I have a vets appointment nearby. Any excuse to go out for a coffee. 10/10 guys and gals

How come cortados are 9 out of ten times served burnt?? Literally there's milk skin floating over the foam and it's only two sips for the exact price of a small latte. And then I get a funny look when I ask for a refund

On the 2nd of February in the year of our lord 2027, I thought to myself that I would treat myself and my partner to a quick cup of costa and one of your mouth watering chocolate muffins, but my happy visit was in jeopardy as I asked for 2 caramel lattes and 2 of your chocolate muffins the woman didn't understand what I said, which I was okay to repeat my order but her VERY rude work colleague nearly took her head of with one massive bite to the jugular, all because the lady asked me too repeat my order, i, being a customer service representative I must say that you do not speak to another work colleague like that in front of a customer, and it also tarnished the beauty of the chocolate muffin, I really do enjoy coming to costa but I think this will be my last visit to this one, Caffe Nero here I come

Terrible staff! When entering the supermarket (Tesco), Ive asked one of the workers whether it is possible that my girlfriend will buy her breakfast & coffee at Costa and I will join her with a Tesco energy drink and snack. Given positive answer we did that, but when I came to join her at the cafe, a Costa worker demanded to me to buy from them or leave. I explained him that I asked permission, and I'm just accompanying my girlfriend. I then spoke with the manager who was totally unwilling to listen and demanded me to buy something from their overpriced products. Asked for a certain drink advertised in bold - I was told they don't have it. My last time at this cafe.
