Costa Coffee in Liverpool

I went in on Monday and Tuesday, same lady served me who really does make the place 😊

Unfortunately, I had my worst experience at Costa at this location. One of the older staff members was quite rude. I was honestly shocked she can't be bothered to provide service. She may have been having a bad day, but her attitude was unacceptable. Since then, I’ve started checking inside to make sure she’s not on shift before getting coffee. The rest of the staff are nice, so it’s a shame that there’s one person I feel I need to avoid.

I wouldn’t usually write a review for a costa coffee visit, but the absolutely brilliant service Iv just received I have to write a review. I wish I got the girls name but this member was so inviting when I came in, asking how I was and making lovely conversation about the plans for the day. We had such a lovely chat and she had such an amazing, inviting energy that it’s by far the best costa trip I’ve ever had. Whoever was on today from 7 till 12:30 deserves a raise because she was just fabulous X

Very rude staff. They never smiled they never say hello.(2blond older women) This is the face for Costa. Never visit Costa again.

Worst frappe I’ve ever had and I’ve had many there was no coffee for a dash and the cream was lacking in consistency

Served by Jenny and Sean this morning at at approx 9am 24 February. As usual excellent service, always a pleasure to visit this little coffee shop. Often come for the train far too early so as we can enjoy a visit to this establishment and the warm welcome we always receive. Many thanks, Graham and Pat.

Due to surprise surprise train delayed, nipped in for a coffee. Welcomed by Lauren and also given some fantastic service by the same young lady. Highly recommend

Early train journey and missed breakfast. Opted to try the breakfast wrap. My expectation was rock bottom but this was surprisingly good. Ate in and it was warmed up - very nice! ##Update## I don't take the train that often but when I do the Breakfast Wrap & Large Coffee combo is a nice treat 👌

Warm welcome from staff. Great attention to detail. Really enjoyed my break en route to Stoke. Delighted to be able to give a positive review to a Costa after two very negative ones. Gluten free options limited though.

Staff are always very friendly and super efficient - you won't miss your train while waiting for your coffee! The best Costa around

The server(male with dark hair) went above and beyond as I had my dog with me. He took my card and made my drink then brought it back out to me. I love Costa and always visit so I will definitely be returning to this Costa. Great customer service and brilliant staff!

Great for a quick pit stop if you're passing through Liverpool South Parkway Station, with quick service and friendly staff. Limited space inside but pleasant and relatively warm "outdoor" seating area under the station roof.
