Really enjoy visiring this costa

Lovely place to stop and gave a drink. Friendly helpful staff that deliver drink to table. My favourite Costa.

Located in Butlins resort, don't accept Costa loyalty card or gift vouchers. Chai latte tasted awful, had very little milk and had a strong bitter aftertaste. Not like you usually get at others Costas. Will be avoiding the rest of the trip.

Went in had a lovely flat white coffee and a delicious Hog roast toasted sandwich lovely highly recommended.

They forgot the vanilla syrup in our vanilla latte

Only had coffee here but no complaints and good service...

I find the staff particularly kind, helpful and friendly with an extremely relaxed 'homely' warm feeling in the cafe. Consequently I regularly visit!!!

Busy atmosphere and can get over crowded but staff so lovely and you know what you're getting.

Had cake and hot chocolate, brownie was too stodgy but hot chocolate was good and hot, staff were friendly and helpful, not a bad Costa really. Not much selection of cakes as other Costas'.

Another branch of this popular chain. It was a good outlet with a reasonable amount of seating. The food and service was great and the toilets were clean. There was also limited seating outside.

The staff are just so accommodating. They bring uour coffee to the table with a smile.

My fiance got me a Costa Coffee Vouvher Card so we Popped into Costa Minehead for a delicious slice of Rocky Road 😋 & a wonderful cup of coffee. Both were up to the excellent standard you would expect. Staff were friendly & welcoming, will definitely visit again 😀

Usual fair. Disappointed we didn't get proper cups drinking in only cardboard disposables

Disappointing after several months that coffee is still being served to drink in in take away paper cups with no reduction in price. I refuse to pay full price for a good coffee drank out of a paper cup. Just get it sorted 👎

Convenient and good prices. Unfortunately the decaf tea is so weak you would be just as well having hot water. Even after 10 minutes of "brewing" and stirring there was almost no colour.

The staff were kinde and were very quick when making our drinks.

A typical Costa location. If you prefer their coffee over that lot from Starbucks then you won't be disappointed

Great little branch of Costa in Minehead. Situated right on the corner with great views down through the high street. Prompt friendly service with the drink bought to my table. Drink was a it should be. Can't fault it

If I was to write this review last year (2019). I would of said, its a bit run down, in need of a refresh. Service wasn't great. But I visited in Sept 2020. Since then, its had a refresh and the staff we're really welcoming and warming. Also in the current situation ensured we we're seated in a clean and tidy table Staff 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Service 10/10 Will use again, well done all

Normally going to costa is good I think the milk in my drink had gone off or out of date or the collet machine was broken normally give 5 star sorry if I wasted your time

Good costa premises. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the coffee is always up to scratch. My only annoyance, depending on the staff on duty, is the speed of service is a bit sluggish at times compared to others (and I'm not talking newbies or busy cafe). Would still highly recommend :)

Takeaway Black Americano barely above luke warm but I could not be bothered to go back in.

Very nice, I ordered a Ruby Hot Chocolate and 2 strawberry frostino's. Very good presentation and taste.

Like the new upgrade though the seats are made for the European rather than the overweight British Bloaters

Fabulous staff. My granddaughter managed to tip hot chocolate over herself and was upset. The team were so lovely to her took her to see the naughty elf and all her upset disappeared . They are a credit to Costa.

Great placed to meet with friends. Also has toilet facilities for café users including baby change and disabled.

Like all Costa stores it serves pretty good coffee at a slightly high price. The staff are always friendly and helpful and Costa's in house barista training means you can always rely on the quality of the coffee.

Why does costa coffee costa more than double the price when you go to a petrol station? I think I will leave the costa coffees from now on and find a supermarket.

As always Costa is the best coffee and Minehead is very nice too

Look forward to my morning coffee with my husband and receiving a warm and friendly greeting from all staff on duty, always look forward to my coffee
