Costa Coffee in Wiltshire

It is the HOTTEST day of the year so far and I'm told the ice machine hasn't worked for weeks! Seriously? So a successful company has made a very hot customer Very unhappy. Fed my fuel of chains taking from Independents. They'd have fixed their machine. Costa doesn't need to care. Too many of them mean if a few aren't working, their pockets are still lined by the others 🙄

Very friendly staff we popped in late in the day for a quick drink before heading home . Staff were very polite and were quick with service . The tables were being cleaned just as we were finishing our drinks as the staff were starting to shut the shop down ,but the staff were very friendly and did not make us feel as though we needed to hurry instead they brought us over some free cakes. Which was very sweet of them .

Multiple savoury and sweet vegan options. They were a godsend when I was starving today ⭐

Molly and her team are stars! Was on the train to London with no refreshment cart so we decided to ring ahead and chance it by asking these ladies to prepare our drinks so we could dash off and grab our coffees!! Superbly executed!! Thanks !!!!!!

Enjoyed this English coffee chain a few times. Regular coffee is expensive though if you are from Canada, be prepared for that.

I would if I could but it's never open when I go by. Perhaps the lease is up?
