Costa Coffee in Swansea

Coffee was good but too sweet. The place was clean and nice. The service was pleasant and efficient. Always crowded and busy. They do offer free wi-fi. Both indoor and outdoor seating are availabile.

You’ve forgotten the wrap and one drink

The food was horrible and split in to crumbs very disappointing

I was served by Liz today, she’s always got a friendly face and a good attitude, definitely gave a good welcome to Costa!

Missing cookie, this is basic stuff guys. No cream on frape, poor

Initial estimate was 11:25, order came in 11:42. Not a major issue, but not great either. Items were all accounted for, no spills, delivery driver was pleasant to interact with.

Coffee ok but the staff are shouting at other staff across the room very loud would be back here

We close at 5 really means we want you out the door and and the staff to be finishing at 5. Won't be here again at any time.

Very milky flat white. Absolutely hanging. Would of taken it back but it was absurdly busy. Not impressed with the quality of coffee today. Poor show Costa. Bit of retraining required I believe.

Ordered 2 drinks but only got 1 drink?? even says 2 on the receipt

Very bad experience, I asked for a hot chocolate and I got a latte with a bit of cocoa that tasted like cheese, it was not a hot chocolate not cold at all in taste. The milk in the iron breaks needs to be changed and washed after a while Starts to stink my friend got a horrible American it looked like dirty water we paid and also a lot so you expect a good hot drink but it wasn't so a disappointment.

I was at this costa today to redeem my birthday cake reward and complement it with a nice coffee! I was there with my newborn baby , It was my first time going to a coffee shop since I had my baby and it wasnt a pleasant experience!! I asked couple questions about the cold beverages as I had no idea of these new flavours etc and I cant have dairy so after the 2nd question the man at the till seemed annoyed.. and I felt rushed even though there was no one else waiting .. so I felt dated I dont know any of these coffees anymore and he didnt make it easy either lastly I asked what syrups do they have and he was like its obvious we have the same flavours as always.. at the till there was no reception so obviously couldnt redeem the reward so had to step back closer to the door to get signal then couple people arrived and he just kept apologising to them like I was a proper headache but they were fine ! Its not my fault there is no signal anyway I won’t be returning for sure !

Lovely drinks and muffins and a very friendly and courteous courier

Drinks were lovely, carrot cakes look nice (having them later), restaurant apologised for being out of the muffins we ordered but the substitutes were lovely.

Ashly and Laurie were brilliant

Ashley was superb, super friendly and efficient. He really made the experience one to remember, i came back at least 4 times this month. Super funny and great customer service.

Service was amazing definitely buying from here again :)

Good coffee in clean environment at a City Centre Café. Didn't eat food, but it is Marks & Spencer, so I am sure it will be fine. Friendly Staff.

Whenever I visit Swansea Costa is my first call Staff extremely helpful and pleasant Nice quiet half hour.

Tables not cleared from previous customers. Generally messy.

Of the 2 Latte's, 1 was leaking, but not as bad as my previous 2 and I was able to enjoy 1 full, 1 less full. Still tasted great though!

Costa have started copying Cafe Nero and giving an extra stamp instead of discount for using your own cup.

The barista put the wrong item into the till and she refused to make me the correct drink or refund. Just said the order's been done and she could do nothing.

Always under staff and a lot of waiting time

As the temps are -5°c only few days before christmas just went for hot drink and i loved the New Late Toblerone festive drink 🤩☕♨️ , its quite small place but good enough to accommodate you and loved ones. Last but one yes they do have accessible facilities

Order was 1hour 30 mons later than estimated delivery time. Order was stone cold and ended up being thrown out as was inedible

There was items missing and I still got charged for them

My food was half eaten and opened. Absolutely appalling behaviour.

1.5 hours waiting for just eat to provide a driver, coffee arrived cold and the scone which is meant to come with jam and cream arrived with neither, the two frappes were meant to have light dairy topping and neither had that either. Get your act together Costa!

Excellent service from this branch for this order today. A lady from this Costa called to let me know that some items from my order were not available anymore and asked if I would like to swap them for something else. Love this attention to customer service. To the lady who called me between 12:30 - 12:45pm (I'm sorry I didn't retain your name as I was in a work call at the same time), you are an angel! 😇 and I would like for you to be recognized ♥ thank you. Food was delicious and packed with care.

The staff were both rude and unhelpful

I get off bus a stop early as the lady who works here in the morning is so nice ,and the staff in the costa nearer to my stop make me feel as if they doing me a favoure making me coffee.The lady is helpful im disabled water for tablets if i need it brings me my food and coffee and its very clean here ,going to costa is not always a good experience but here i feel as if i get same standard of service every time .

This wasn’t even my order haha, just eat drivers don’t even bother checking. No clue where my order is says it’s been delivered, can’t get a hold of the driver. The Costa it was from were lovely to me and it isn’t there fault.

Lovely clean and tidy place. Service is friendly and fast. Toilet was clean. Seating outside of 4 tables where you can sit and watch the hustle and bustle of Swansea Town. More importantly, only costa can make a delicious caramel latte 😋

About what you would expect from a Costa.

Overcharged even though I asked if my voucher had come off & was told yes. Didn't like how I was refunded out of tip jar

Ham and cheese toastie was missing from my order, which I did have a refund for, but the sausage bap was quite poor quality.

Popped it here for a free coffee using my Costa app second time I've done that now in this place and the coffee was excellent and hot.

The guy couldn't even find my house I've still not had my order what is going on ??????????????

Ordered the aero caramel hot chocolate and received the aero mint hot chocolate.

Drinks were spilt all over the bag

My order was incorrect. restaurant will not give refund they said i had to contact just eat I ordered a large hazelnut hot chocolate ut received a latte instead

The purple one latte’s were delicious and the chocolate sparkle cake is so rich, moist and scrummy

I wasn't given a normal hot Chocolate not an orange hot Chocolate

Service was fast and coffee was good, however with 4 staff on the toilet facilities early on a Saturday morning should have been in much better condition. Reported to a member of staff but by this time the 3 girls was busy and the 1 young man was serving backed up coffee too the tables. Staff very good to be fair but poor toilet conditions.

We only recieved one sausage bap not 2. So it looks like I'm going without breakfast!! This happened last time I ordered too!

Excellent coffee and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. The picture displayed is Oxford Street Costa not whitewalls which is situated around the corner. It's nice to see the baristas her actually making the effort as the quality in some stores has declined.

I'm a daily customer. The staff here are great, always friendly and polite. Nothing is too much trouble.

It's a bit of a tired Costa but the staff were friendly and the coffee was good

Called in yesterday morning, there was a young man making coffees, and a lady running around putting together takeaway orders, stood there for 5 minutes, and despite being noticed not one of employees attempted to acknowledge my wife and I, zero customer service! Where's the meet and greet? Not even a: " I'll be with you now" and to pay £2.65 each for a coffee that was awful, overpriced and poor quality, next time I want a coffee, I'll make it at home! Really disappointed and we will not be a customer of Costa Coffee!

Order was due at 10:15. Still waiting and keeps changing between being delivered and a driver being on their way. Can't get hold of anyone to chase this issue up as line is busy...

It would be great if when ordering a cooler drink that it came with straws.

The decaf golden caramel iced latte was perfect, the caffeinated one had zero sweetness or caramel flavour and the iced vanilla lattes tasted more like aniseed than vanilla and were undrinkable

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean!

Coffee was placed in a wet bag and the bag broke before we even went upstairs. Coffee spilled everywhere. This is disappointing. We would like a new coffee or a refund..

Staff excellent all ways very polite and helpful coffee is excellent, done to my likeing.

The staff try really hard to make everything as smooth as possible despite all the covid restrictions :). It's small so room is limited but it's in a very central spot.

The barista there is excellent.

Its Costa coffee costs a lot but people.keep going back. This is the smaller of the 2 in Swansea hard to get a seat but when waiting for the kids you need something.....
