Always great coffee with friendly service. Not many changes, great coffee served by friendly staff. Usually visit after shopping. Tends to be busy, but staff still courteous and attentive.

Possibly the best coffee frappe made by Aurielia ever!

We had cake and coffee here, which were fine, I decided to indulge myself and get a mango iced tea. Don't EVER get one here!!!! They do NOT know how to make it and just gave pure syrup with ice... it was revolting and the worst I have ever tasted. I explained, and they offered to make it again, but I was 100% put off ever having this drink again, so I got a skinny latte, which now I've paid over the odds for. Generally the store is very clean, the toilets are clean and well maintained and the coffee and cake were okay, just don't bother with iced tea from here.

Convenient place to stop for a coffee meet a friend, break a car journey etc. Shame that every single visit I have ever made to Costa coffee the hot drink is always cold 🥶

Normally good, on this visit the service was very slow for all customers due to only one staff member on shift for a busy morning.

Just wanted to say… love costa never ever had a problem for years until the lady behind the counter was THE rudest unpleasant unhelpful woman. I definitely won’t be returning to this costa. Even the people in the queue was agreeing. Would avoid going here on a Sunday!

Visited on 2 May for coffee and catchup with a friend whom I had not seen in a long while. It was not Costas fault, but we both received parking fines for overstaying a parking time limit (2 hrs) that I was unaware of, and my friend thought it was 3 hrs, same as Tesco. Will not be visiting again. Cannot have a meal and do shopping in such a shirt period. Sorry, Costa Coffee, the coffee was nice but not nice enough for the trouble caused.

Best costa in Ipswich! Young lady with blonde hair and tattoos on her arm is an absolute credit to your business. She remembers my drink everytime, does out of her way to greet me even when she’s super busy. The coffee is great and can tell it’s made with care. It’s clean and well looked after. Sorry I haven’t caught her name yet but she makes me feel so welcome that I feel like I’m visiting a friend every morning. Thank you!

You have NOT actually delivered the items!!!!! There are 8 people at the address you have ‘delivered’ too! They man down there said there was no name on the delivery so the driver took it away! Think that’s stealing, isn’t it? Can’t speak to anyone, it takes two to three days for you to process? I expect the delivery money back too! Your business model is appalling! I gave express information about delivery and you failed to follow it! Just Eat is bad business!

Will never return to this retail park, as received a £100 parking ticket for the sake of meeting friends for a coffee and a catch-up. Why don’t Costa make it very clear to their customers. Absolute disgrace having EURO CAR PARKS ripping people off like this, no wonder the shops are always empty, as people vote with their feet.

Friendly staff & decent coffee, but management need to increase staffing levels. They’re rushed off their feet here, queues are out the door. I really feel for the employees.

Always good service, seating available and parking

Went in costa today and while waiting for my coffee to be made the barista knocked all the paper cups onto the floor. A customer picked them up and the staff member put them back on the side to be used even after thay had rolled about on the dirty floor , maybe it's time the staff were trained on health and hygiene ,

Food was ok tea was luke warm panini hardly any filling not like on the poster on the wall and the toilets were filthy not going back to that one!!!

Tea was cold, coffee didn't taste like anything and it was so loud that you couldn't even hear the person on the same table as you. I feel sorry for the staff in there. Never sitting in a Costa again.

We got a couple of coffees and 2 toasties, coffee was like cups of milk even though i asked for extra shots in both, and toasties were soggy not toasted on both sides. All that came to over £20!!!!!!

As a daily drinker of Costa Flat White I was disappointed with the appalling dispensing of that product at this branch by a rude member of staff. The coffee line was at least an inch below the cup rim and mainly froth. When asked to make it again, the man made it cool, short again on volume and overly too much froth. We also had a wet latte had over an inch of froth. His behaviours were not what I'd expect from Costa either. Dismissive and non-communicative. Really poor.

Went this morning and had to wait while a self important guy in the q was talking to the guys working there the worker kept glancing over at the rest of us waiting. Eventually the girl there served us putting tray in front of the talking worker who carried on talking to another already served customer after another 2 mins or so started making our drinks no serviettes went back to counter he was looking on his phone hopefully for a new job

Beware!!!, cost me a £60 parking charge notice, when I stopped here. Alright, it wasn't wholly their fault, but tried to contact them to support my appeal, because we visited 3 retailers on the same site, and couldn't get any response. Make sure you read the parking limit on site, or your coffee, & tiffin could cost you more than you bargained for. 🤓

Not very good service I got told I could have a large festive drink but don't recommend it as it messes with the sweetness balance. Also didn't have the winter blend even though other Costas in Ipswich had it. Then I got a hot chocolate not a latè like I ordered.

Rude staff can’t even make a small one shot latte (not too hot). The most basic drink 🙄

The coffee was cold, and unfortunately if you stay for longer than 2 hours you get a parking ticket. Probably only good for getting a takeaway not long conversations and shopping!

Thought I'd pop in for a quick latte but service did seem slow here & the queue was getting longer than shorter, small quaint little Costa withe the usual sandwiches, toasties & cakes to tempt you which ain't cheap but are very tasty & of good quality. Think they needed one or two more staff here as tables needed clearing of cup laden trays & a good wipe. There are toilets here if required. Overall an ok coffee & cake stop.

Had to get both things I'd ordered changed- normally I wouldn't bother, but for £7 my toastie was an absolute mess and my iced tea was really, really warm- like drinking a bottle of cheap iced tea that's been left in a hot car

Clean and up to usual Costa standards. But as all their stores they have the aircon going .making it too chilly to hang around for a 2nd coffee

Lovely light and airy Costa shop just of the A12/A14 junction. Loads of free parking outside too... if planning to spend a while there, there is a panel in the entrance to note your car registration.

Knowledgeable staff on products, was informed that the hot chocolate powder was not dairy free when I had been told it was at another branch, luckily my daughter has an intolerance rather than an allergy.

Worst hot choc once again, no marshmallows but paid for them! Lumps of hot choc powder, not mixed or stirred and no where near enough hot choc mainly milk! 3 members of staff to busy chatting. Only 1 was working and filling up the produce at the front. Every hot choc is useless and they arent interested in serving

Ordered hot chocolate, large one, it was like 99% milk 1% of chocolate, completly tasteless. Ladies behind counter not very happy that they need to do any work at all, no wonder it tastes like just a milk.

I like Costa, not keen on my clothes smelling of coffee for the rest of the day though. But not much can be done about that except change them after visiting Costa.

I think they've managed Covid requirements well; the space was clean and tidy, not crowded, 2m marks on floor and hand sanitiser available. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the staff lack of knowledge misinformation. While I appreciate the staff being cautious, it was not the correct information. I found the information, from the Costa Twitter, yet it was unavailable to the staff. Just incase you're wondering- the hot chocolate is vegan aslong as you order it with non-dairy milk, no cream & no choc sprinkles (not sure on the choc sprinkles) :)

Toilets are absolutely abhorrent

Family of four for breakfast today, 9.30am and no que, Great. There is hand sanitizer but if there is a que it's past the point where you would need to touch the car reg input screen so could do with some there. Food was lovely and service was fast great start to the day.

Very comfortable surroundings, I felt very relaxed, food nice, good selection of drinks, can park outside, just remember to put car reg into their parking computer to stop you getting a ticket

Called in for a quick coffee while out Sunday afternoon shopping, but I hesitated when I went in as it was looking very busy. However, the team were working quickly and efficiently, with the barista Alex making it look easy, and the que went down quickly. The coffee was excellent, and my fella had the gingerbread latte which he said was delish. It was clean and tidy and I'd happily go back.

I don't usually visit coffee shops as I find them quite expensive and I'm not that keen on hot drinks. My daughter suggested visiting as she wanted to try a frozen mint choc chip drink. I had one of these as well and it was delicious. The staff were lovely and although the drinks were quite expensive (I'm old and tight) I would go back again as a treat
