Costa Coffee in Crawley

Walked into the restaurant after reserving a table, got shooed to a table and told to sit where we want. We sat at a table and felt on edge considering this is supposed to be "fine dining" (as they state themselves) and heavy rock metal music was playing. We thought things started to get better when the music then changed and our server came to the table, but boy was we wrong! The server just kept making us feel uncomfortable by being far too over friendly and making jokes that felt like he was mocking us. Fast forward to what turned out to be the end of our evening. Our bill was put onto the table and the server was straight back over with the card machine. At this point we hadn't been offered desserts or any extra drinks etc. Making us feel like we needed to rush what we had left to make a swift exit. Fair to say we were extremely disappointed!

Went here for dinner with friends. The food was good and the waiters friendly however it took an age for our food to come. Additionally the toilets were not in a great condition. Worth a visit.

The BEST takeaway in Crawley. For years, I've always been a bit of a food snob and would never eat from burgers vans until I went for the first time on Monday. I had the best bacon sandwich with hashbrown I've ever eaten in my life. It was so good that I've eaten 3 sandwiches in the past 48 hours. Really can not fault it! Also, my friend always orders the chicken burger and says its one of her favourites in Crawley.

Great menu and great staff. Thank you to everyone to make our night wonderful. Ee do appreciate you and your hospitality. Would visit again.

Attempted to have breakfast here: we sat, but never got served despite calling a waitress twice. We decided to leave
