Chadwel Heath Costa staff are very nice and very friendly. Specially the lady wearing glasses and I believe who is Anna. She is very friendly and helpful with the service. Also the place is very quiet, clean and calm for business working and studies for students. The only problem is the prices of coffees and foods that are continuing go up. Thank you

Nice cozy place to get a break after you get tired doing grocery or from office.

They can't make a latte. They pour the smallest amount of coffee into a cup of milk then stuck a lid on it. Tasted like a cup of milk even after stirring. Terrible

Almost everything is good there. The quality of service depends on the Person who is serving you in store. Because not all the staff members are working everyday. New faces are seen most of the time.

Personally it is not as clean as I expected. Out of all the Costa branches I have been to they have always been clean and sanitary. However, I was surprised to see this Costa branch not sanitary clean. Tables are sticky, floors are not clean along with the toilet. I ordered a cappuccino to go and I never wanted the coffee to be strong, I had to ask for another one. Service is slow and I have to call the workers more than two times. Please improve.

Im giving it a 1 out of 5 coz some clown is defo managing the Costa Google map system, They got the location mad wrong, navigation takes u to the wrong spot currently, Its inside the Goodmayes retail park, Next to the big rusty tesco, Besides that costa slaps Just had a salted caramel frostino, With mac and cheese, الحمد لله Delicious, Staff was friendly and quick, Nice and clean, decent space outside to enjoy as well,

Making coffee is art but sometimes when they are busy not bother to make coffee properly just wana serve and get it over with

The management is very poor, we ordered a strawberry frappe and the lid wasn’t closed properly therefore it fell, and it wasn’t our fault. We kindly asked for a new one as one of the girls said she will come over and clean up. She also mentioned that we can get a new one. The manager Anna came across as very rude, she had 0 manners on how to talk to customers and refused on giving me a new one and that I would have to pay. I asked again kindly that it wasn’t my fault but she continued to ignore me and serve customers. This made the whole environment very awkward as customers were staring. One customer saw the Spillage and I explained it to her and she agreed that it’s their fault. After 15 minutes, she gave us a new one randomly which I was weirded out about because it would’ve been easier if she understood me sooner.

Placed a very simple order on Uber eats 2 chai tea with lemon muffin and rasberry bake. Chai was only items that come. Uber never refunded my money. 5 pounds out of pocket

This place has become an absolute joke! To wait for 20 minutes in a queue with only 2 people in front of me just to make an order...after that another 10 minutes to have your drink....the "new girl" that is not new for 2 months now is unimaginable slow, without any knowledge about what she is doing. The drinks are poor made and barely have a taste. Please hire people who have at least some basics for this job. Where is Stefano, Valentina, Maria? Those were the people who kept this place working, and they diserved 10☆ not 5. You should make a survey and see how low this place has become. From a 7 day customer, I will become a "none day" customer soon if it keeps like this.

Very slow service at this Costa. It’s 9am, arrived 15 mins ago and still in queue to be served. Only 1 barrister! Thought I’d try this place again, the queues are long and the service is slow. Costa, please review this location. Based on the service and the cleanliness of the tables, I will not be revisiting this location again.

Clean, quiet 8am morning coffee. (Nearby Tesco cafe not open til 9:30!?) Offered free drink by friendly staff from my accumulated points but disappointed that simply assumed I was taking out and served in cardboard cup (especially when customer's ahead had been served so carefully on a tray... Really handy location plenty of parking. Will return.

I like this branch of Costa as I have been going there since it first opened. However, I’ve noticed recently that standards have dropped. Tables used to be kept clean all the time but this isn’t the case any more. I tend to collect my drink first thing in the morning and find the tables full of dirt and crumbs. This is off putting to any customer as hygiene should never be compromised. Prices continue to go up yet standards are slipping.

The best coffee, freshly ground lovely aroma rich coffee with side menus and meals. Food variety is also available, vegetarian and vegan are on the menu. The atmosphere and setting are great with outside seating available. Parking space is abundant.

This is a great Costa. Stefano makes great drinks.He always maintains a high level of professionalism.The staff and Angelica are all friendly and polite. The air conditioning always works. Never any problems. I always come here after finishing work. Always fresh food and great value.. The seating is also very comfortable and welcoming.

Lovely lunch, man serving me was so friendly and welcoming, saw him doing some sanitary cleaning when he was not serving and he looked like he was enjoying his job, I will visit again. There are seats inside and out so if you had a dog, you could do lunch also.

04/01/2022 The short girl with the glasses didn't even look at me when serving, no thank you or bye either.

Had a terrible islamophobic experience here. I was physically and verbally abused by two customers at this store whilst waiting in line for my coffee, and the staff members did absolutely nothing to stop it from happening. They did not acknowledge it was happening and continued to serve the other customers as it occurred. I wouldn't even rate it a 1 star but I can't go lower. After writing a complaint to Costa about it, and despite having evidence of the event occuring via a police report, they did nothing to retain my service and have since left a very bad taste in my mouth for their organisation.

It's a Costa. But it's clean, tidy, and the usual great coffee, so 5 stars from me.

I've become a regular having a lovely breakfast in the morning before my work. Stephano works his magic on my flat white always. How am I supposed to drink and disturb perfection. Happy holidays guys x

Great coffee, queues are usually long because they have a gym next door, but the staff are more efficient since they got rid of some of the really rude and arrogant ladies behind the counter

Why does this branch close at 5pm firstly as it is in a retail park with all other shops open till late - they should stay open like the Becton branch til at least 7pm. I have just come here today especially before 5pm to get a coffee only to find that the store times have changed again with the store now closing at 4:30. I’ve missed out on a coffee and a number of other customers have come and gone while I write this at 4:45pm. Absolutely not happy with opening times!

I love popping into this Costa as part of my daily walk with my little one. Stefano knows my order and gives me my little treat of After Eights everytime!

I am so appalled by the service I get regularly from this branch- I would rather go to another branch which is out the way to avoid the terrible customer service. The service I received on Tuesday from the male member of staff was unprofessional, very rude and lack any sort of customer service skills. That person need to stay away from service. His service is appalling. I have already sent an e-mail to customer services.
