Ok costa is Costa, but it tastes better when served by nice people. The staff here are on a next level, really friendly and polite. All other costas should go here and see how it’s done. Head office should use these guys as an example to all other branches on how to serve people….

the delivery was brought on time and the person who delivered the order was polite

Food was allright,,but the Spoon was awfully dirty, employees say its normal. Extremely disappointed. Am i paying them for a dirty spoon? Absolutely ridicule!

Such a friendly, cosy, coffee shop, always full of smiles, very welcoming. Food and drinks are great!

There were 3 people working on their laptops and charging up devices. The three people took up four seats each and had one drink each. In the meantime 10 other people came in and had nowhere to sit so Costa lost 10 customers in the space of an hour.

No complaints about the driver but part of my order was missing

Very friendly staff and great with kids. Took my young son here on Christmas Eve and they couldn't have been better with him. Really appreciate the staff going above and beyond. My son loved it.

Cant give a review on the food becausei. Only had coffee delivered and couldn't get an answer when i rang the shop to tell them! Very disappointed and hungry!

It's not a bad coffee shop. I had a very nice toasted sandwich, and my wife and daughter had chocolate with cream and marshmallows, which they loved

Multiple items missing from orders, and the last time I ordered the bottom of my hot chocolate had a hole in it so it went everywhere. Absolutely horrendous and every order is messed up somehow.

Coffee was not sealed and soaked the food inside. Hole in the bag caused the food to fall on the ground when handed over by the driver. Cannot request refund as text boxes covers the submit complaint button.

Awful. No items I ordered were delivered. It was completely wrong and I should not be charged delivery or service fee.

Only got two cups when ordered three and the two I got were not the caramel drinks I ordered

Drinks never showed up, muppet delivery driver obviously didn't know where he was going, just eat have added a refund for drinks but not delivery charge, fuming ain't the word. Detailed delivery instructions and full address were given. Muppets

I would like to say special Thank You for Naz, who was smiley all the way from ordering to preparing my frappe. Very good customer service, also amazing taste frappe (I had Chocolate fudge one). He made my day. Thank You

The ladies that work here are welcoming and friendly which is why I am reluctant to give only 1 star for service, However Ahmed stops this place getting 5 stars as his attitude really does suck, my advice to him is either sort your customer service skills out and stop dragging the reputation of this store down or find another job that you will be happy in.

Only ordered 3 items, but bacon roll was missing. Driver was very helpful and double checked but he didn’t have it, he suggested I call Costa. I called them and no answer. Only option I could find was to request refund via Just Eat but we wanted the food delivered.

It didn’t get delivered to my mum. It has been left on the opposite side of the hospital where no staff know where the renal unit is.

The waiting time to get a coffee is tremendous. They could do well with one more staff member to keep the place running.

It's a bit of a cold Costa I waited in line for 25 mins to order as there was only 2 of them working flat out They had many many ppl in line and also the delivery orders were coming in fast They served with a smile even tho they were manic busy

This really is a cut above the usual Costa. The staff are lovely, I was told to sit so the server could bring my toastie and coffee to my table when they were 'done'. Regulars were greeted by name. The toilet was immaculate and my table had been cleared by the time I came out of the loo. If I lived in Bletchley, this would be my haunt.

Great service and good selection of the drinks/food. They were short staff on a Wednesday and they were apologetic to all customers. The service was good, however I take 1 star out of 5 as they didn’t have the Toblerone chocolate for my drink, the sugar was inexistent at the counter. While I was waiting for my drinks the 2 staff behind the till were laughing and chatting between each other and was only the guy jumping and doing all of it, while his colleagues were not in a rush.

Coffee’s we’re cold, received wrong muffins

Online orders take priority over actual physical customers, new staff, they are mostly polite but only 1 old member of staff and one new one make decent coffee.

The drinks have arrived cold and the wrong sizes delivered.

Probably the worst Costa I've visited.. cold coffee and filthy dirty.. Wiping crumbs from the table onto the floor with a bare hand was the cleaning routine..

Served quickly. Hot drinks are hot & cold drinks are cold. One of the best Costa coffees in Milton Keynes, because it has aircon, which makes it a great place have a refreshing drink, and cool down during the summer heat.

Worst Costa i’ve been to. Stuff seems all over the place, they look like they haven’t had a shower in a month and making your caffee. Came back and still holds the record for being the worst. One of the stuff called Ahmed has bad attitude and seems to be serving you just because he has to. If i had the power i would fire him on the spot.

The food was cold. The cheese and ham sandwiches had no cheese on the top. The coffee was cold.

Lovely little Costa but it does still feel sparse for seating in there....sort of like they haven't returned the store to what it looked like before covid distancing measures were brought in

For two weeks running they have forgotten to give straws with our frostinos not on when you are at work and have no access to straws

Dirty place, no tissues, no hand sanitiser, previous customers plates and cup left for hours, toilet is a mess.

Julian the driver went to wrong address as given on notes clearly I have screen shot, he took the food out the bag it fell on the floor again got picture. I said did I not even get my coffee's he lied and said no coffee... funny enough as the food was getting picked from the floor there was the coffee's all leaking in the bottom of his food carrier, so now no food or drinks and no money to buy food for my day ... totally disgraceful I want full feed back to as this man blaintainly lied to my face

Staff are friendly and efficient. Shop is clean and tidy and the coffee is excellent.

The reason for 3 star isn't because of bad food or drink , I've used this Costa a couple of time and the last time was just the other day the staff are lovely but when you see one lad running around like a headless chicken trying to do everything its not fair im mindful that unforseen circumstances can happen but one member of staff running the lot isn't on there needs to be more in place , take away this issue it would be a 5 star . All I say with out our staff we are nothing .

Got wrong size of hot drink and no crossiants

Great, fast delivery, really impressed as first time we have used Just-eat. Our food arrived with no spills and still hot..given the bumps in the roads, we were very happy.

i ordered a frostino and when it came it was all spilt. the lid wasn’t on and half my drink had spilt into the bag. and they didn’t even give a straw. i called up costa multiple times and they did not pick up.

Meant to edit this Friday 10/12/21 Young lad had no clue what he was doing on the till got half mine and others behind me orders wrong. Male on the barrista machine was extremely rude to an elderly gentleman in front of me when he couldn't hear the gentleman through his mask (which your sign states customers have to wear when queuing) then the male and his female colleague went on to rudely moan about the gentleman for the rest of the customers waiting to hear, I understand the work place can be stressful but I don't want to hear how 'p**sed off' they are with customers and their job.

Slow service was more interested in flirting with customers behind me not making my order in the process

I am unhappy with this service. I was given the wrong milk in my hot chocolate and wasn't given the extra toppings on the other one. I am highly disappointed why offer alternative milk if your not going to provide. I had a reaction to the full fat milk.

No caramel in latte even though I was charged for it! Was given one sachet of sugar per cup.

No vanilla in my latte. Sausages are disgusting. One piece of bacon in a whole roll. Not worth £25! Why is it so hard these days for employees to get an order right?

Very weak flat white so asked for a stronger one which was marginally stronger. When paying nearly £3 for a coffee I expect to be able to taste coffee. The people were very nice though so can't fault the service.

I’ve ordered a medium Black Forest Hot Chocolate. A lady gave me it in two cups put together, as she overfilled it. The cups were totally soaked in chocolate, so I’ve asked for a new drink. She hasn’t done a new one, instead she just put the already made one into a new cup. Only till half way, when I paid for full medium drink! It wasn’t even hot anymore. Totally unprofessional.

Excellent and friendly staffs. I went there to have a discussion among our friends, while there was moderate rain outside. We enjoyed the time, coffee and environment on the first floor. Not much crowded.

Nice and clean staff welcoming, and polite, as a lover of Costa, would really recommend.

Drinks made as I would expect from a Costa. Inside shop tidy. Ladies bathroom had no soap and napkins in the toilet tissue dispenser. Don't look like they get a regular check either. Upon exiting we had rubbish from a straw wrapping. Could do with a bin visible outside as we used Greggs bin next door.

Have been in here several times this week. Everytime waiting at least 10 minutes. For my order/to be served. Today I was stood at the till point waiting to give my order. 3 members of staff ignored me for 10 minutes. Then waited a further 5 minutes for my coffee. My friend was also waiting 15 minutes Not very quick and some not very friendly staff. This is not a 1 off, its been evwrytime I've been in this week.

Had to edit my review from couple of years ago. It used to be quite great place to grab coffee few years ago, however these days experience has changed. The drinks I ordered were made wrong twice, the whipped cream is way over whipped and the frostino just tasted like water with a slight hint of sugar. Quite upset with attitude of the barista too, he made the drink wrong first time and it was mentioned to him by his colleague but he still chose to serve me the drink

We came in at 2.15pm and the server didn't say hello, or anything, or even goodbye. She was a large lady with brown bobbed hair and didn't have any customer service skills at all. Very poorly done.

I just went there with my friend and the guy (description to know who I'm talking about : a little bit tall, origin from Asia "Pakistan or India etc.. ") was doing something when he saw us on the tills but he does not do anything. I asked if he can serve us he said "yeah" without watching us, just playing with the cups. After few minutes waiting we finally left the place annoyed. That was too disrespectful, if you don't want work on Sunday afternoon don't come. Date : 14th March 2021 around 2pm

Great coffee easy to save money with the app

There is a young lad there who is always very professional and so friendly you can tell he is passionate about his job and makes a lovey coffee 😎.

Soggy cheese toasties. Poor coffees. The one advantage they have over nero is clean toilets. That's why I still choose Costa over nero

I tried a lot of hot drinks in different costa's but this one had to be the worst experience. I threw my drink after 1 sip. The cream was out dated compared to the same hot drink i always have. There was a female behind making the drinks. What a let down. The cream was off or either left out the fridge over night etc.

Not very polite girl served me today. When I was asking what options I have , she was frustrated to answer me in what optionsions I have. Also the plate and spoon and knife were not clean....

The shop is on the high street. Very clean place with plenty not space. Good social distancing practices in place. They have sitting area upstairs as well. Toilet facilities also available.

Love my Costa. Bletchley Costa is only 4 minutes walk from my house.

Ordered online through uber eats and both lattes i received tasted as tho the milk had gone bad. No way to rectify it as they don't answer the phone!

We were served reasonably quickly and were able to sit in a socially distanced seat.

Always enjoy Costa with my daughter. Just a pity my last few have been spoiled with plastic bits in my drinks. When I told staff my drink has promptly been redone. It's just made me nervous can't relax and really enjoy my drink hopefully they will be more mindful going forward.
