Full order was wrong. Got nothing that I ordered

freezing and when it came it was wrong toastie

Costa in the retail park, walked into a nice warm environment and that includes the staff Had a roll n link (a sausage bap) and a medium coffee ( so big I can't finish it maybe this is why people get in a to go cup?) All was tasty

In the order i had ordered millionaires shortbread which was put in beside the coffees and had completely turned the chocolate the caramel and shortbread to mush ...threw it in the bin as I could have ate it with a straw ! not impressed

Coffee was lovely we had a bacon roll which was nice and the cakes were really nice. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The tastes were almost 🔥 burned all black, and also, the service was trable never go agian to this costa

I feel the seating arrangements could be better and the customer entrance more attractive, but apart from that, it's a Costa coffee house with the usual fayre and freindly staff.

Coffee is good, food is terrible we both got toasties the tried to guess the ingredients. The cheese was like wet paint and the tomatoes were more ketchup than tomatoes . Enough to give you the dry boak. And the place was far from clean.

Ordered a latte and have been delivered a bottle of coke and a roll

waited over hour then finally get latte freezing cold

Kept changing my delivery time to be later then marked it as delivered. Never showed up at all

When it did arrive courier was in no hurry on phone on way up.the stairs wish I hadn't tipped in advance

Polite staff. My gran will always have a wet latte but this visit she looked at the coffee and said “someone knows how to make a coffee” saying it was presented beautifully, tasted lovely (pipe cleaning seems to be an issue at some Costas, not this one) and was actually extra warm, which she always asks for. Thanks for a great visit guys, another great Costa branch.

ordered two peach ice teas and a iced latte with cinnamon bun syrup received two ice peach teas and an actual cinnamon bun someone needs to read orders properly first time ordering from here aswell tried to phone too there phone line is permanently closed otherwise I wouldn't be leaving this comment

Costa Irvine. Need blinds for the front window. Very hot to sit on sofa in direct sunshine ..yes, even in Scotland!

Do not come here if you want a quick coffee lol. Far too expensive for what you get.

Quite often, I like to pop in after work to chill out. I do enjoy the Americano, mocha, and the caramel latte. It's lovely inside, comfy seats and the staff are great. Plus you get beans on the app every time you buy a drink, which allow you to get a free drink once you have purchased the required amount

Apart from the cost of everything, ( and you would think I would have been prepared, especially with the brand name starting with Costa 🤪🤣🤣😁 ) ..... apart from that, the coffee is lovely, the cakes are inviting, the roll and sausage was delish' ..... I've no complaints there. Nice place to meet someone, catch up, have a break from shopping, or even if you just fancy a drink 👍

The staff were more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. Drink was cold, but replaced. The food took ages and was slightly singed.

very happy with just eat itself, but the costa order was a joke, 2 iced drinks ordered arrived with no ice in them, because they also put a hot sandwich in between the two drinks which has left the drinks semi warm. They threw two different cakes into one bag which they then threw into the bag with the two drinks and hot sandwich, so the two cakes have been crushed into one and other. ridiculous

Standard Costa outlet. Noisey staff not speaking loud enough.

Lovely staff, very friendly and made customers feel welcome. It was busy but tables were available and quickly cleaned when someone left.

Delivery time got pushed back so arrived later than originally said. But all was good with my order when it arrived. :)

Coffee was lovely. Got the Christmas special, Gingerbread latte. Got a free mini gingerbread man with it, too. Service was a bit slow, but no big deal.

Given a dirty look when I said excuse me to get into pick a panini then left standing without any acknowledgement then given a disappointing iced latte with no taste and found a hair in the box carrying the panini, wont be back there.

Food very cold. Took ages to arrive

Toastie was cold and under toasted, replaced gingerbread with Pom bears

I ordered a black forest hot chocolate and they put the wrong topping on it and some awful slimey cream 🙄

Only had coffee; no food. More staff needed to clear/ wipe tables. Coffee piping hot and nice flavour.

The best Costa in town! Has everything you'd usually expect from a Costa coffee shop, stylish comfortable seating and a wide variety of customisable drinks and snacks. It's clean and cosy and the staff offer good service.

Called in for coffee at this very popular coffee shop. Must mention Karyn, Ross, Dean, David and Casey. All are very special in their own way. They were so friendly and attentive during our visit. They are great ambassadors for the company. It’s a must visit when in the area. Will be back for sure.

A nice view over the River Irvine from the windows, a chance to relax in the midst of a busy shopping centre.

Unfortunately one of my items was sold out but the restaurant offered me alternatives which I accepted and was very impressed with. The member of staff who contacted me was extremely helpful and very friendly!

The latte I had was well made by a friendly and welcoming staff member. Good selection of food although I felt it is overpriced for what it is.

Wrong item delivered and unable to contact restaurant

Very pleasant. Previous customer left seat and table untidy with leftover food everywhere but staff were very happy to clean up for us before we sat down.

Food was disgusting and bacon tasted off. Flat white had next to no milk in it so was far too strong

Delivered absolutely stinking of smoke 🤢 assuming this was from the drivers car but it was absolutely disgusting!

Just had coffee which was mediocre..no food and atmosphere was ok

3 drinks missing off order……receipt clearly states what drinks were ordered can’t contact restaurant as phone lines down. Asked for refund now it’s saying they need to look into it, how can u forgot 3 drinks

It was alright. 3.50 for a hardly any bacon on it roll. Really dry and hanging about for a while waiting on coffee. Overall meh from me.

Second day in a row that a just eat driver has spilled coffee all over our front hall. This one just left without saying anything.

Very noisy, tables too close together. Long queue for service.

Roll with sausage was poor and over priced

Driver dropped my latte, then told me he would return with a new one and never did. Also left rubbish (napkins) from the spill all over my driveway. No way of contacting the driver or Costa.
