Lovely store with great staff and atmosphere

Paid full price for a large Mocha to be told I'd have to have it a takeaway cup as they didn't have any clean cups to serve it in. Not even offered a refund for the price difference. Okay it was a free coffee, but to me that's not the point.

Easy to access and helpful staff. Plenty of free chairs and tables. Good coffee that was served quickly by friendly staff.

Very bad customer service Very rude We normally go to costa every week . Others staffs are very nice and friendly but one of them is very rude. Every time she makes our mood off. Just planned not to come on this branch anymore. We just come here to take off the stress and feel good.

Found the staff hostile towards me which made me feel sad and unwelcomed I watched someone after me get served with a different ethnicity completely different level of service

We waited for good 10min for our collection order to be made because "ticked didn't print out" - usually great experience in there. Hopefully it will get back to usual standard soon.

I love going to this place but the cordiality of the service feels like a lottery - sometimes we meet the ones who are cordial, helpful and friendly. But sometimes we get the ones who give us a moody, unhelpful treatment.

This was our first time in this branch of Costa today, a lovely coffe shop, very clean all through including the toilet. Very friendly staff, and a lovely lemon drizzle cake. If you go to Costa fairly regulary it is worth having a costa card or the app on your phone and using a re-useable cup as you get twice the amount of rewards.

Lovely drinks, lovely food. Usually lovely staff, however had a few ignorant staff members. Overall a nice place to grab a drink

My friend and I decided to have a Costa coffee (Wellingborough Road) after our shopping trip this morning. As it was such a nice day we sat outside...so far...so good. Both the outside tables were leaning at a tilt but we sat down anyway. When the waitress brought out our drinks she made 5 or 6 attempts to straighten the table but to no avail. So we had to go inside. Surely Costa is wouldn't cost too much to get the tables sorted so people could use them: or........get new ones!

Lovely little Costa and much cosier and quieter than the main one in town. The staff were pretty helpful, it was clean and pleasant inside. I am now officially hooked on the strawberry cold-pressed coffee they've started doing 😂 Great coffee 🥳

My daughter keeps dragging me down to this store as they always have a new big frothy drink that's trendy on TikTok or something. I prefer to support indie coffee shops, but hey.

I occasionally use this place as an office for the morning with my laptop and their wifi. Better than working from home. :)

The opening times should be changed. Sundays open at 9 actually.

I went to buy cheese tomato toaster on there it says 3.15 and once they charge me they charged 4.15 and when I said it’s not right they said the prices are changed if the prices are changed why not change the shown price on sandwiches

Not fan of Costa but I do say always get a cuppa after work from here and they always chat have good laugh with me. Great service great place to visit grab a cuppa

Went in with our beloved son Richard who lives nearby a very warm and friendly welcome just what we needed a great cup of coffee and cake and it's wheelchair accessible will definitely go in again keep us the good work

Milk a tad too hot on the mocha making it difficult to drink but eventually tasted good. Bit lax on face masks (worn but under chin) but fairly quiet. Also didn't get my beans which has happened before.

I was a returning customer and I have always been happy with the service I was getting until today. At around 12 noon I ordered 2 coffees in the reusable mug and 2 young ladies working the shift laughed at my mugs. Also, the customer before me complimented the baristas lashes and the barista just brushed her off. Very wierd, I felt uncomfortable and undervalued not only for myself but for the customer before me.

Staff leaving counter unattended and leaving side door open while smoking, as a non smoker the smell is unpleasant. Tables not being cleaned and left dirty. Very disappointed in this service. 😞

The service was terrible didnt listen to the order coffee cup half full hot chocolate to weak no knife for my croissant ordered hot milk got cold for the coffee

Please update the operating hours. We wasted our time trying to get a coffee. Currently closes at 5pm. The girl behind the counter seemed pretty pleased she didn’t have to serve us though! Not the first time she’s been rude. Not planning another post-lockdown trip. :)

Well organised with vey friendly, apt staff. Due to current restrictions the doors are kept open which can make the place rather chilly. I personally observed the staff dealing with a rude customer very well; excellent customer service, despite the customer's complaints.

Wanted to get a white hot chocolate after A long night shift and got to Costa for 7.45am even and it was closed even though it opens at 7am waited 10 minuets in the cold even though the lights were on,.. Such a shame.

Good customer service and well presented layout of interior of the building. Close to town centre and comfortable to relax in.

Visited this Costa several times now and each time the service is poor, staff young and seem under trained and certainly not customer focused, often the drinks are lukewarm or wrong, cakes stale.

You can't beat a skinny flat white and a tasty treat from Costa.

I must say one of the most incredible services I've ever experienced at a Costa coffee. Charlie and Nathaniel were more than happy to help me and my 2 year son who has learning difficulties decided what we should have. I had a white Americano and a egg and mushroom roll, my son had a cake and water. I really believe that these two lovely young men should be rewarded for their good nature and dedication towards customers and their needs. 5 stas will be returning and would highly recommend.

Had a cold coffee with caramel with almond milk but think she forgot the caramel but was still a nice drink they were nice and helpful

Couldn’t finish the Mac and Cheese I ordered, feel as though it wasn’t cooked properly as I always order it in other Costa’s and enjoy it. Service was also horrible and staff didn’t seem to want to be there. Coffee was good, however I wouldn’t recommend this costa.

Very nice store ... apparently a 'store of the future' . This is a very pleasant environment, i totally enjoyed my time here and will visit again. One small criticism... nice window seats but the view out totally obscured by advertising boards, shame.
