A strange one from me given I don't drink coffee or tea but I was with a group of people who absolutely do and they all enjoyed their teas and coffees. The Costa offering is well known and this location is a great spot for a meeting in the area with some tables 'outside' - note you are still inside the O2 so under cover! Very pleasant staff and all in all, a solid Costa experience.

I visited costa coffee shop at O2 arena London 10/03/2024 the staff wearing a hijab is very rude she need a training course for costumer service. I just ask about my drinks and she raise her voice to me. Very rude costa management need to check your staff. Won’t give any star bad service

Went in the morning yesterday at around 10.30am. Got a oat larte with caramel. There was 2 lady's and one guy. All had amazing customer service and very efficient. Not seen a Que in a coffee shop go down so quick with just 3 staff members.

I have ordered salted Caramel Frap and my mum black tea. Both drinks were delicious, high standard as expected. Love the location so spacious and relaxing in the centre of O2. So you can enjoy a light lunch after shopping or a rich flavour coffee in the morning. Staff friendly and fast.

Just waited 40-50 mins to get served and a single coffee. Unbelievably slow service by insufficient number of staff for the modest number of customers. 1 barista and 1 till open. No apology for the queue time despite pointing it out, response from staff was "I know, its mad". Well I'm mad and won't be bothering Costa again.

Did an online order to collect and have in store, The lady who made my drink was so grumpy!! Did my order wrong but that was a me problem, I paid for something that was out of stock, wasn't offered anything to replace it until I went up a second time. I would recommend the Costa just outside the O2 arena instead

Absolute joke of an establishment. Placed my order, wasn’t overly busy. 2 young males working the tills and one young female making the drinks. 20 mins pass and still no order. 4 customers who paid AFTER me all received their drinks before me. I approached the counter and simply asked what drinks she was making as customers behind me in the queue had already received their order. Completely ignored me, no acknowledgement, nothing. I pointed to my order receipt (which was written on a napkin) and again, no response. Another lady waiting also commented that she still hadn’t received her order, and she paid way before me. I turned to the customer and said yeah mine still hasn’t been made either. The girl behind the counter then launched into what I can only call a fit of rage and was shouting and screaming at me, telling me she will ‘make my drinks when she feels like it’. Extremely rude behaviour. Then starting claiming I began shouting at her first. Other customers even backed me up and got involved saying I didn’t. She was cussing and shouting and when I tried to speak she just cut me off and carried on screeching. I have never experienced such appalling disgusting behaviour in all my life. Once we left the establishment, whilst outside, she came out for a cigarette and again started the abuse, swore at us as she walked past. I have been a long customer of costa, but after that interaction, never again. Her behaviour needs to be dealt with as the way she acted was incredibly vulgar and unprofessional.

Don't order the frappe. They put too much ice, and it tasted watery. Staff look like they are bored out of their mind. No warm welcome, no smile. When I ordered the frappe, the cashier said with the most annoyed face “ another frapple 😒 “ . Honestly go Starbucks at least they smile .

Customer service is awful. The staff will not smile. They roll eyes, make it clear they don't want to be there. The sarcastic looks and attitude is ridiculous. Absolutely 100% would not come back to this store. Dont bother wasting your time unless you want to feel like you've run over someone's cat because of how the staff look at you like c**p. 0/5

After trying to order a Ruby hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and a latte to a girl that seemed to be a trainee even though the badge she was wearing said baristta she had to ask three times what I wanted. Has it seemed her English was pretty inadequate it didn't help that I had to talk through a Pvc screen and next to another customer that was loud..when the order was made..I ended up with a normal hot chocolate and no cream !! Also it seems my bean stamp was also missing..even though the scanner pinged green....A poor service!!!

Nice little Costa in the O2 close to the Icon shops. Staff were friendly and efficient behind their perspex screens. Reasonable selection of food. Tables inside the shop and outsider the shop but still inside the O2, so no smoking. The café is at the bottom of the escalators to the Adidas and Nike outlets, near the toilets. Sitting at the outside tables can still be quite cold.

This Costa coffee is located on the ground floor of the icon shopping outlet within the O2 arena. It's a good size cafe with a large outside of store seating area (this area is still undercover and within the O2 but depending on the time of year will be cold due to large open external doors nearby).

Great setting, outstanding food, exceptional and friendly service. Sausage and mash 10/10- sausages cooked to perfection, cheese mash- tastiest I’ve ever had, definitely coming back and highly recommend.

I found this place by chance and I am very glad I did. Everyone either says hello to you or gives you a friendly smile. There was a live blues band and I was not disappointed! The band engaged with the crowd and was encouraged to participate with the band by singing. People (as well as myself) were dancing, very happy and embraced the blues. The staff were absolute perfection! Whilst speaking with the friendly staff I found out there are karaoke nights, dj sets and a whole lot more going on there. I am glad I came to this establishment and let the blues take my soul. Oh, and for those that are wondering there IS a pool table there which I will be heavily using 😂 I absolutely loved it there and WILL be going back!

(2024 update take away shop closed down at least two years ?)Have not used them for a few years not sure why but will be again, best in the area and we have been ordering a lot of Chinese since lockdown and disappointed a lot, fast and great food

Placed an order for delivery via Deliveroo with a very clear instruction to make sure the driver can easily find the place and make the delivery. After waiting over an hour I received a call from someone who said “Deliveroo” and hanged up. I tried to call back the person few times but no answer. At the end I decided to call the restaurant directly just to be told by a “guy” that this is not their problem. They passed the food to the driver so “if I want I can contact “Deliveroo” to resolve the issue”. A little tip to whoever was handling my call. Stop speaking to customers “mate” and “bro” because you are at work representing the company. It is your responsibility to act on behalf of the client and resolve the issue as you are the one getting paid for the food someone ordered even though it’s being delivered by the third party. It is your responsibility to ensure the client received what he paid for! If you don’t understand this or you can’t see nothing wrong in your attitude please do everyone a favour and change the job. Luck of interest and luck of basic culture experienced while contacting the restaurant was just appealing.
