Pretty good atmosphere and staff provide a good service

Customer service was satisfactory but the young girl who made my coffee could have made more effort with her appearance. Her hair was falling over her face and not tied back properly. So personal hygiene could have been better. The girl who served me was polite.

I often go in here before work, and like it, BUT it really could do with a makeover. Whilst the staff are friendly and the coffee is nice, the furniture is rather old and a bit smelly. Corporately Costa you need to pay attention!

I've been to this costa multiple times and always feel a bad energy from the staff there. The first time I thought they were having a bad day but this is repeated behaviour. They aren't friendly or very kind and don't seem to have time for you. The food is hit or miss. Some things are delicious while others are atrocious. The cold drinks are very nice but their coffee is not as good as other chains. To sum the place up: average at best

A huge pat-on-the-back for the friendly, happy, welcoming people behind the counter in Ross Costa. What a change to meet such a lovely team of people. Great coffee too!

Unfortunately one staff member wrongly said Costa do not accept dogs in there shops. No signs saying this. Website clearly states dogs welcome in all shops. Other Costa's stores also stated they'd never heard of a ban.

Went in for a coffee with my sister but it tried to get ruined by one of the staff (amber) who approached our table asking loads of personal questions about my sons dad. this is completely inappropriate and unprofessional and I felt attacked at the time. Hopefully this review stops her embarrassing herself further with people.

3 stars because my cajun wrap was UNREAL but Shauna served me and my mate, she seemed so unbothered and did not look like she wanted to be there, and she pushed my mates drink across the counter to her with pure attitude, like we wouldnt notice. Not sure why this was necessary. Anyway. Food and drinks bangs.

A year ago this was one of the very best Costa coffee bars. How things can change !! It seems the store has lost its super manager, Coca Cola the new owner of Costa has ruined the place. Poor service, dirty and uncared for, filthy toilets on last visit. Will not return !!!

Friendly and welcoming staff that are always happy to help. Great service and good coffee, what more could you want from a coffee shop? Oh and the cakes are pretty good too.

Biscoff Rocky Road was really tasty. Coffee is too weak and sweet for my taste. I find this with all Costa Coffees because the beans they use. Manager wasn't friendly, bordering on aggressive when telling me it was my fault a discount voucher hadn't been applied to my bill.

Staff consistently rude, and order’s constantly made wrong, will not be going back. Used to be my go to coffee shop but over the passed year there employees have become extremely rude, kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and would go back after a couple of months only to receive the same rude service. If you want your drinks made correctly with welcoming staff I’d recommend the Coffee#1 down the road.

Great place on the sea . Good food and value for money.

Always seems a bit scruffy with uncleared tables, and talking to staff through the plastic screen is awkward. Otherwise OK, although last time was latte was not hot enough

This.morning I had a large skinny decaff latté. And as usual it was prepared to perfection.

Even though we arrived shortly before closing time ,we had great ,friendly service from polite staff 👍

not all costas are the same for service Henley-In-Arden have the best staff and you get what uou ask for EXTRA HOT LATTE

The coffee shop lacks atmosphere, feels like a service station. Costa coffee often tastes burnt. Personally not too my taste or preference. Other people like it.

Great staff friendly cheerful ,nice coffee and food.

Visited with my 10yr old grandson for tea. We both said how much yummier the wraps and toasties were. They have always been good but today they were better. Never had the gingerbread cats ands dogs fingerbobs before, just as yummie and so much fun. Staff were polite, helpful and professional. Thank you. Very clean cafe. Other Costa's across the country need to take a leaf our of Tewkesbury's book. Well done. 👍🏻👍🏻

Its a Costa. Very friendly, happy staff.

Service excellent. A member of staff asked if my dogs would like water. Much appreciated. Covid compliant, so sat outside. Only suggestion would be to consider cover for your guests when it's raining! We got very wet!

Today was disappointing as I wanted a coconut chai Latte, but they had run out of coconut milk. They also has work going on inside and it was not the pleasent atmosphere that is usually found there.

Just love the coffee, but some cakes are too sweet and not very tasty!!

This Tewkesbury Costa enjoys the fact of being in the main street downtown and with everything that Costa has to offer. However 4 or 5 tables outside seems really few for so many customers. Inside is welcoming and cosy. It's just one more normal coffee shop.

We went to Costa Coffee when we were visiting Tewkesbury. Me and my grandaughter said we both needed a drink and decided to go in Costa. We ordered a hot chocolate each and a cake. The young lady brought the drinks 2 our table. When it arrived and the assistant had walked back behind the counter. Me and my grandaughter looked at each other and said OMG. we started laughing. We have never had a hot chocolate in Costa before. It looked brilliant. It tasted AMAZING. I would recommend having a hot chocolate if you have never tried one in Costa. My grandaughter and myself would definitely have one again.

The girls making the drinks where very pleasant and welcoming and that made a nice difference at the end of a busy day.

Warm and cosy chain coffee shop with plenty of indoor seating. Clean, friendly staff, lots of drink choices and moderately priced. Vegan options (cakes, soya milk) are available. "hot caramel little luxury" drink was terrible, too much syrup so it was like drinking pure syrup with a bit of milk! Mince pie was good though! Drink inside the shop and you will get more of your drink (mugs/glasses are larger than takeaway cups) and less waste is a bonus! For the best value have the largest size drinks - the large mugs are huge! Their chai latte isn't too tasty so if you want tea try one of the specialty teas or breakfast teas on offer - however, being a coffee shop, the coffees with flavoured syrups are the best drinks!

Well what can you say about a Costa, it is standard fare wherever you go. It is fine but don't expect anything different.

Open for early breakfast - unlike other outlets nearby 😉
