Always the same excellent service along with the food and drinks, that's why it's our favourite place to visit whenever we spot one and that's not hard because they are everywhere and you can take your dogs in one of the first to do this.

Just came in for 2 coffee frapes and 2 lots of toast. The toast was stone cold and our frapes were an absolute mess, we couldn't even pick the glasses up, we had to lean over the table to drink them. Costa is usually good but this one I would not recommend

Usually really good but quite disappointed today that the medium bubble frap only had 9 bubbles in it. For £4.95 expected more.

This Costa has again increased their prices. They are charging £3.75 for a flat white when other Costas are charging £3.10. They also didn't quite make a five-star hygiene rating but got four.

Only went for a coffee. Business. Extremely noisy coffee machine, drowns out conversation!

Happy, cheerful and friendly staff, coffee was piping hot and hit the spot! Staff always make an effort to speak to my children when they serve us. Puts a smile on my daughters face everytime.

Didn't get anything other than a tea and coffee. Nothing special, we sat in but soon left with out drinks put in a takeaway mug, tables weren't cleared on a lot of the tables

I’m a regular and happy customer here. I’m glad that there is plenty of space outside for dogs.

As a regular, I feel that since the manager went on maternity leave, the shop does lack some staff ability ,as in quality of drinks, and why oh why does the butter have to be kept in the fridge this weather?

Just another Costa good coffee, greater staff

Horrible experience and really rude. I asked if I could bring my dog in whilst I grabbed a drink (I always do to be polite), I was told that’s fine, (note, I’ve taken my dog in many other coffee shops without issue and other Costa Coffees; she is small, quiet and well behaved) I was then approached by another member of staff who told me I couldn’t have my dog with me, she then (loudly) went on to explain how her children would go into anaphylaxis (very rare for a dog allergy, and without contact to the dog) and need to be hospitalised in the presence of a dog and that she’d be fired! She made a scene, it was undeniably embarrassing and frankly very over the top, ridiculous, patronising and unnecessary, she clearly wanted to put me in my place assuming I’m of lesser intellect- height of rudeness. Train your staff better Costa, also take a leaf out the book of other very open minded coffee chains (Starbucks) and other smaller, progressive, private coffee houses who are lovely, frankly better quality and welcoming. There is no excuse for rudeness or over the top behaviour and the frankly insulting patronising tone of your employee. I only went to this Costa through lack of options, I’ll never go to a Costa again

Early morning coffee, staff all friendly and welcoming.

I never write these things, but this was a really unpleasant and upsetting experience - very rude service. When we attempted to make a complaint because of the way we were treated, we were dealt with in an unprofessional and extremely rude manner. We were refused the name of the person who had been overtly rude about us - we were openly mocked. We asked and only their first name was given. When we asked for this person's full name we were told 'just ****', (I'm sure most people have surnames). The store manager was defensive and rude and then laughed when we questioned her about her attitude towards us and, when we said we would take matters further, they said, laughing as they did, 'please, do!' - very confrontational, argumentative and condescending. This is not acceptable behaviour towards a customer and we will not be visiting this branch of Costa again - such a shame people felt the need to be so unpleasant - only wanted a coffee .

Staff are great but coffee and food tad expensive

Always know that you get good coffee whichever Costa you visit.
