Excellent service & food & coffee

The young girl with the cleopatra style eye liner was so organised in her work it was a pleasure to watch.

Service ok, but due to short staffing, only offered takeaway cups which were too large for a flat white and server put far too much milk in to top it up. Atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired, most chairs uncomfortable to sit in as far too high off the ground. The bench seating (the only comfortable seats) was covered in stains, which isn’t very appetising.

Popped in this morning to grab my morning coffee. The poor girl was on her own taking and making orders and the line was constantly 8-10 people deep. She was fantastic and kept her cool but I’m disappointed that Costa would leave a young member of staff on her own all day. And on a Saturday; the busiest day of the week. Poor management

I ordered 2 got chocolate and they only sent one

We went in twice over the weekend of 15/16th October. Service was really good on both occasions and coffee made to our awkward tastes. We had cake the 2nd day which was fresh and tasty. Worth a visit for a nice coffee and some cake.

Tea is abysmal no taste staff and premises were great

Absolutely poor customer service went in at 10.30 Sunday 28th August asked for a choclate twist to be told they'd sold out I asked either Laura or Sam have you none at all only to be told we have for tommorow but if we open the pack for you we'd have to chuck the others away !! To which I replied well if you've sold out already why would you need to chuck those away you would surely sell those! She then replied im not the manager I don't make the rules ! After spending £20 plus on 2 occasions and they can't give customers what there asking for even thou they had them couldn't open a packet then there was a lovely lad called Andrew who seemed to be doing all the work while they were moaning about him ! Which I wont repeat as to be honest was un called for and nasty considering he was working with them were team spirit ! Also it was absolute filthy in there tables dirty coach had all crumbs when my husband approached her to ask why it was so dirty she said ive only been here for a hr I havnt had time !( no not when she's talking about other members of staff ). Treat customers right and there be back no other costa has a problem only yours filthy place and staff to accommodate the customers !shocking won't be going again !! I'll stick to the costa in my own city much friendly and accommodating.

Can't get excited over Costa Coffee

It's Costa, it's always good, lovely staff at this Malvern Retail Branch.

A brief visit inside Costa Café on Saturday 16/04/22 for one Cappuccino & Cake & paid GBP 4.90 Good service with plenty of seating inside or outside & menu prices reasonable. Plenty of parking & take a stroll around the other businesses around the retail park.

Shopped at Malvern retail park today, good selection of shops and super successful trip and treated myself to a bacon and a sausage roll with OJ and a fabulous medium latte with and extra shot ... They look so perfect in those tall glass beakers. Chilled out for 45 minutes with WiFi and then continued to shop, before hiking up Worcestershire Beacon..... great! The lady serving was so cheerful and efficient.... Would definitely go back and avoid McDonald's!!!

First visit here for some time and it seems to have improved. Service was good.

Very slow being served ( a long wait in queue) 4 or 5 staff behind counter but Very slow service. When eventually served, coffee was weak & poor flavour ( I'd asked for extra shots!) I'll not be going back there again. Ambiance is about the same as airport departure lounge!

Nice trip to Malvern for the day and visited Costa for coffee while there, excellent service from staff.

We arrived sometime just after 1pm and it was quiet enough that we had plenty of choices for seating. The slice of chocolate cake I had was huge and tasted lovely. The drinks were fine. We left sometime before 3pm but a long line had formed which was going out of the door by this point. Everyone was social distancing in the line so it possibly looked worse than it was. Nice quick service and nice relaxing first time out at a cafe since the beginning of the whole lockdown crazy 🤪

No ambience dirty tables and tasteless coffee. The toasted sandwich was dreadful. Only went because someone bought me a gift card. Try coffee1# Droitwich and Kidderminster.

This is the worst Costa I have ever been in. The staff, one young woman in particular was extremely rude to me and my friend (and another two people) We were standing on the floor markings, keeping our distance etc. She was shouting, pointing and contradicting the guidelines Costa have in place. This was unacceptable, we left and went somewhere else and we noticed that the other two people also walked out.

A decent alternative to the McDonald's coffee, even if it costs a bit more.

Very nice but had to queue outside so cold and wet

3 people in front of me, 1 being served when I arrived and yet it still took best part of 20 mins with 2 staff to get served.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Bit of a pain parking near it when people are queuing for Mcdonald drive through, as they block the road in and out during busy times. It's well worth using the app to order too.

Very busy as usual, staff will direct you to a table, they are constantly cleaning them. I personally like to sit outside and watch the world go buy.

Nice, clean and comfortable for a coffee if you are in the area. But today I was disappointed with the girl in the till who after serving the worst Costa coffee I ever had, made me another "coffee" flat and tasteless and in a rude manner refused to apologise or make a proper coffee. 😏👎

No obvious hand sanitiser around. Able to wash hands in bathroom though. Very visible cleaning regularly occuring at tables. I sat outside, very limited seating inside. Queued to get in, but not for too long given its a weekend. Drink good, communication could have been better.

Saturday 6pm very quiet. Barely 2 words from the 2 members of staff working. They were too busy cleaning up to be polite or serve us. Not good, given there are other choices here now.

Good clean place for a quick coffee when shopping in the retail park. My Earl Grey came in a glass, it was just a tea bag but tasty. Top maks for the glass. Flat white was fine too.

Filthy place, Air Con on Full Blast so the place was freezing, really rude staff all standing behind the counter, staring and whispering and laughing at customers, wont be going back.

Sticky table. Next to no chocolate or coffee in my drink. Tasted like warm weak milk. Mocha never had one this bad. McDonald's coffee is better and cheaper.

Dirty tables, chairs etc. Air con way too high even for a very hot day. Almond milk cappuccino tasted awful. Staff seemed fed up.

I often come in here to get a couple of solid hours work done before I get in to the office. Lovely coffee and toast to get me started, always friendly staff, always clean. Perfect start to the day.

I always find that Costa coffee a very pleasant airy but cosy place to sit and relax,on my own or with friends and family The coffee is very nice and the cakes yummy.I am disappointed that Costa have banned dogs ,although I am not a dog owner .,it was quite amusing to see the different types of dogs that came in. and,as with children, dogs create conversation amongst complete strangers.I have been going into Costa for some time and ALL the dogs that came in were well behaved and NOT a threat .Either the owner was just going to.walk the dog or they had just been ,either way it was a nice stop off for owners too....

Friendly staff, quite expensive, but that is fairly standard for the chain coffee shops. Drink perfectly ok, but nothing special.

Nothing wrong with the shop or staff but the coffee is pretty poor compared to some of the other outlets - we found it too weak and very milky.
