Costa Coffee in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Asked for no cream and I didn’t realise till I got to work that they had put cream on so I had to waste the whole drink

It is a very nice Costa, they had a selection of board games which really helped on our road trip.

Ordered a click and collect order on the app, Google and the Costa app said the store was open. Arrived at the store less than 5 minutes after placing the order to find it closed with no way to cancel the order on the app.

My partner and I love the staff here at costa clenchwarton, very kind, helpful and always happy. We always feel very welcome and that's why we always use this store. Thanks to all the staff, ur a credit to costa.

Stopped off for a break. Manager very helpful- had an issue with the App - quickly solved. Drink good and so was the snack. Clean and spacious.

The staff were so colourful and kind. They are a great team that really made us feel welcome. To whomever it may concern, you should be listening to your staff who deal with customers about products that should be keep available due to demand! They knew their stuff and we asked for a product that other customers were also asking for. Why remove products your customers want and not engage with your own staff to understand the demand?...

It’s 5 minutes from our house and we go here all the time. Staff are fantastic as are the drinks and food. It’s our proper Central Perk place to be.

Asked for 1 shot coffee hot 3, took it back hot attitude from woman with pink hair. Asked for bacon roll to be cooked longer, extra crispy, never a problem elsewhere but served and bacon looked raw, returned to be cooked again. Not like our previous visit that was fine😒

Went in 26/10/23.1115 Really busy Lorraine was ahead of the game even though she was being somewhat berated . If others had of kept up with her would of been 5 star all round

Lovely Costa! Nipped in to break up a long drive on a hot day. Just had a sandwich from the M&S range and one of their cold coffees. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and it was a lovely clean, modern store. Would visit again if passing by.

A better version of normal Costas, service is always reasonable speed and certainly graceful here. Not a ton of vgn food options but at least something, (nice vgn toastie today) unlike some other branches of this chain. Good stop for the trudge that is the A47, pricing is a tad 'up there'

Very warm, welcoming staff who meticulously ensured every piece of equipment was thoroughly sanitised before making a decaf oat milk coffee for my husband who has food intolerances. Coffee was delicious.

Breakfast bap a little over toasted and not as cool as other stores inside. On the plus drink a lot hotter than some other stores and always love a Costa coffee 👍

Usual Costa offering. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was well kept and clean, one of best Costas that I've been to. Needs improved signage for the entrance, I turned into the neighbouring McDonald's in error thinking I could get to Costas.

The person taking the order was cheerful and helpful, the coffee was good, and I would visit the drive thru again!

Enjoyed a mango and passion fruit smoothie. Was going to sit outside but didn't want to get covered in smoke from other customers.

Used the drive through to purchase some goodies. Very good and quick service. Ordered panini, ham and cheese toastie and some pastries, and a macaroni cheese.

Attempted to order a frappe that would be poured over ice instead of blended. When they said it couldn't be done I was confused as it's been done for me at other Costa's and I explained I have cold urticaria or 'an allergy to the cold' I was treated in a disgusting manner. Not only was my allergy questioned it was treated like a joke and the person asking made it obvious she thought I was lying. If it had been explained to me that they, despite others doing so, could not adapt the drink for me I would have understood but to treat a valid condition this way because you don't know of it is revolting. As a DEIB Specialist I know they need to do better. I might also note, I'd just spent several minutes clearing their tables to help ease them as they were understaffed and we're getting concerned about the lack of seating. Hell of a thank you for that. 🙄

Visited at 07:30 in the morning with my baby and the staff were so friendly and lovely which was much needed after a long drive. Coffee was great and food was great also. A smile goes a long way and this visit really proved that thank you x

As far as Costas go, this is one of the better ones. The staff are always polite, friendly and efficient and the environment is kept clean and welcoming. I don't particularly rate Costa's food range so the 3 stars for food reflects that, rather than this particular cafe.
