Everyone loves a Costa, lets be honest here

Clean , great selection. Pity it was blow cold air..Next time I'm leaving our coats on..

A take away coffee was luke warm. I was on the road when I started to drink the coffee. Wont be back.

Clean shop, staff friendly and attentive

Just off the motorway, easy to get to. Service always quick and friendly. Atmosphere is always calm & chilled to sit & enjoy a good cup of coffee.

Great coffe and cakes fast efficient service

For a coffee shop, the staff are helpful and friendly... but I did some none disabled car drivers using the disabled parking spaces..

So totally excited that this brand new Costa with a drive thru is here. It's amazing. Food amazing coffee amazing excellent wheel chair access. Plenty parking. Disabled parking. Toilets for customer use. Entrance by road is somewhat confusing if you don't know the area so please be careful. Sharp turns into Costa site and confusing junctions makes for not a good entrance to the site but just take your time because the treat at the other end once your parked is just great! Could open a little later, and look as if they are open.

This is one of my favourite Costa stores and the staff are lovely and friendly.

Great location. WiFi lets it down. Its terrible. Can't do much online work.

Bubble tea not nice plus straw too small.

Great coffee and lovely staff. We like to take our dog for a walk and then have a cuppa. Costa on the London Road has tables outside, which let's us take the dog as well. He gets a drink, too. Will keep going back as their coffee is so good. The staff are also nice and friendly and very helpful.

Excellent Costa Very busy on a Saturday around 1pm. Great atmosphere and service as with most Costas.

Nice staff even with a big order and big lunch queue, no bubbles for the mango bubble frappe but kids still loved it.

Food was ok, perhaps a little crunchy for me, but very welcome as it's just off the motorway

Need to update and or review/revise their opening times. Website states 6.30am arrived at 6.55am and wasn’t opened. Waited 15 minutes as I had a long drive that morning, still didn’t open despite two members of staff in the store at that time.

My favoirite coffee. When busy service can be a bit slow but great things come to those who wait.

Our favourite place - the London Road shop is very spaced out and a nice place to have a time out with awesome coffee

Just been to this costa branch to pick up a too good to go...the male staff member blew me away with how cheerful, kind and helpful he was. Credit to him, thank you for helping and explaining to me re allergies with certain food. Will be back for sure.

Just like every Costa experience. Amazing 5 star coffees and lattes every time. Handy having this new one here, as I have used it multiple times coming on or off the motorway, or heading into the east end. There’s a McDonalds and KFC across the road, but prefer my Costa large skinny latte 😋

Really love costa just 1 thing I got a wee pasta and I asked if it could be heated told no it was lovely but would have been nicer warm but everything else was super

Great to have a costa close to home. Always really friendly service too. Any chance opening hours would be extended to sit inside to match that of the green competitors next door? I often meet friends after work and I know where I'd rather be!

Turned up for a coffee last night at 7.30 to be told it is closed only open for drive thru even tho on the door it says open till 8pm quite disappointed as startbucks 2 mins away is open till 9pm
