Costa Coffee in Shropshire

This Costa is closing permanently on Friday 21st Feb 2025

I do not go to Costa as it 'Cost a' lot and I find them all impersonal

One of my favourite coffee houses in Broadstairs. Great value, great coffee and lovely lovely staff. Emily, Nina, Tom, Krista etc. Genuinely lovely helpful and friendly people. For sad old codgers like me that early morning warm greeting and chat just makes my day every time. Bless. Martin/ John 🤣

The service and coffee we're fine, the toilets however were absolutely disgusting.

It's a nice Costa. Prices and quality is pretty uniform across all stores. We love Costa so this kne didn't disappoint

When you're driving in the wilderness, really fancy a coffee ☕, and don't expect to see your favourite coffee chain... Boom! 💥💥🤯💥💥 And then you come across a garage with a Costa inside ❤️ hallelujah ☕☕☕💪 I had a lovely Cortado to go and a raspberry almond bake. The service was pukka, quick and to the usual standard you'd expect. A smile goes a long way and there was an abundance of the gesture in this coffee house. Definitely pinned for my next passing. Info: the garage has a toilet 🚽 open to the public also.

I visited here fora quiet hot chocolate and write some cards. The staff were friendly and efficient and I was given instructions on how to download the Costa app. All I can say is the first 5 minutes were perfect...Until some parents decided it would be a good idea to take their screaming kids in. There was no parenting skills at all, the kids were left to their own devices. In future, stay at home or sit outside instead of ruining everyone else's cuppas! Sorry for the moan.

Lovely assistent. Very warm inside the building the air con it seems wasn't working efficiently.

Over priced, under taxed , if you want a national health service, buy your coffee somewhere they pay their taxes

Costa is Costa. Good after tough day on the Long Mynd though.

The children and I visit this lovely Costa regularly, staff are incredibly friendly and polite. Always ready to have a chat, interested about the children’s day… The Manager a delight, ensures all runs smoothly. This Costa is well presented and clean, offers plenty of seating with great coffee and a wonderful selection of treats. Super!

Best coffee out there staff friendly and helpful

Service and Eating area of Costa Good. On Shared facilities with Petrol Station and Subway. Toilets were in poor state of repair and poor cleanliness. Male Cubicle and all of Disability / Baby Change out of order.

Really disgusting toilet here. Not the first time it's been like this. Stained appliances. Used paper towels everywhere. Only way to dry your hands is on damp paper towels as they've been splashed. Totally unacceptable and a Corona hazard as well as a general health issue.

Been here multiple times now. Lovely, friendly staff... Right next door to the beautiful Shropshire hills... Always worth a visit :)

Great welcome and customer service

It took over 10 minutes for someone behind the counter to show up and to serve us! 2pm and there is no one behind the counter. Avoid this place if you can and go somewhere else where they want to sell you the coffee.
