Costa Coffee in St Albans

Russ was really helpful when collecting my order- also enjoyed his sense of humour after what seemed like had been a long day. Thanks again, will be back.

After having to endure stationary traffic on the M3 and M25 today en route to Norfolk we had a very welcome break at this Costa Coffee. The staff were lovely and the muffins were the best we've tasted (believe me my husband is a connoisseur!). The barista was friendly and chatty and made a mean cappuccino 😋. We left feeling very valued customers.

Visited this Costa during a work visit. The place was kept clean, and the atmosphere was inviting. The barista's on duty today were incredibly efficient and helpful to all who visited and took every care to ensure all customers were attended to. The staff truly deserve the recognition.

Handy stop off for a coffee. The young lady that made our coffee was a breath of fresh air great.

The manager is friendly and it appears to be pretty clean. For a smaller Costa it has a good range of food.

Lots of parking, got to say the best coffee i had this year, great service, so I'm going to give this a six star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ enjoy 👍

They are not at flexible. You can't get a birthday yoghurt only cake.

Best Hot Chocolate in the UK :-) Staff are so friendly and provide an excellent service. I pop in with my dog (they're allowed) about 3 times a week when we're on a walk which is a perfect reward for me. When they're open as normal there is a dog friendly table to sit at too. Thank you.

Ordered a salted caramel frostino and iced tea, not only did it taste of mint but the iced tea was literally just tea with ice, no sweetener, he also had 0 care when making our drinks using his hands to put in our straws and during a global pandemic I didnt really appreciate it, overall I font recomend this costa based off of that experience - from a batista.

This Costa has to be one of the best. The staff, especially Russ, are always super friendly and will never fail to make me smile or put my in a good mood! I work in the retail park, but am leaving at the end of this month. I have used this costa since they opened and will continue to use this costa after i have left! i cannot bring myself to say goodbye to the lovely staff there just yet! They work so hard! thank you for everything guys! :)

Amazing service! Just a 15 mins walk away from London Colney, and easily accessible via the dual carriageway. Right next door to Wenzel’s as well, so you can pop in next door for a small bite while waiting for your coffee to be made!
