Lovely drink and food, but staff not particularly friendly - one woman in particular very rude. Needs customer services training. Ruined my whole experience and won’t be back to this one.

Slightly confused on a recent visit. I asked if dogs were allowed inside as I fancied stopping for a coffee while out walking my dog. I was told I couldn’t bring my dog inside but was welcome to sit outside , which was fine. I asked how I could order my coffee but was told I couldn’t come inside to order 🤷‍♀️.

Quick stop for cold coffee drink

Usual great coffee and discovered that they have non dairy milk alternatives available. Very useful to go for a visit to chat with a vegetarian friend.

Breakfast bacon roll only had one microscopic rasher of bacon!!! The marketing image for this product clearly shows a roll bursting with rashers. #falseadvertising Not happy at all … one very disappointed customer who usually loves a Costa experience.

Not good. Staff weren't chatting, or being friendly. Awkward atmosphere.

Met up with some old work mates had a coffee and cake and a good chat

Came at 19 55 to collect a too good to go order and despite the lights being on he door was locked and noone was to be seen

Nice atmosphere - lovely food and drinks. Bit pricy (but it is Costa!) Unfortunately a lot of the menu was unavailable when we visited. Staff were quite rude.

Cosy atmosphere, different options of seating. Nice and light with wide windows to keep an eye on the car. Next to the shops if your popping around for a shopping trip. Always lots of parking space here. May be a small wait depending how busy it I'd here, but service is normally good in this branch. Does have the option to pre-order to pick up via the app. No drive thru in this branch.

I nice Costa Coffee in Pemberton Retail Park, good customer service and clean seating areas. Can get busy during the day time but you should be able to find a seat if your sitting in.

I visited with a friend to get a coffee and we stood at the counter for 5 mins in a queue with 2 people ahead of us. There wasn't a staff member in sight. The two people ahead of us said they hadn't seen a member of staff since they came in so my friend went to look out the back area. A female and two males were stood out there having a chat. I guess they'd decided that since the drive thru wasn't busy they could just hide out the back.

Forgot the marshmallows on the hot chocolate, except for that great quality.

Did not deliver the whole order, and 2 of the 3 drinks were 1/2 full only and the 3rd still not full - all food items missing £9 worth! Despite waiting for the delivery drivers to come back incase a mistake- they did not! Phoned restaurant but no answer to 3 phone calls (rang off hook). No way to contact the drivers on just eat, to say they forgot. To be told Just eat will look into my claim. In 7 says! Quite disappointed

I love Costa in general terms but I can honestly say that this particular place is going down hill fast, in terms of food offering, staff and surroundings. I visited today at 2:15 and, lo and behold, there was no hot food available, not even a slice of toast!!! There was a very limited choice of sandwiches, either egg or prawn mayo and one solitary all day breakfast!! When myself and another customer commented on the decided lack of food on offer, we were met with a response from a staff member that can only be described as an 'unconcerned shrug'. I have noticed the decline of this Costa over the last 6 months and,after the events of today, I can honestly say I will not be visiting again. I will, instead go to the new Costa which has opened by Aldi, where, at the very least, the staff are far more helpful and friendly.

One item missing, NO bubbles in the tropical bubble frappe. Ordered 3 items, only got 2 without the bubbles (they’re called bubble frappes for a reason). Everything wasted. Very disappointing.

Great coffee . The atmosphere was a bit on the noisy side compared with other Costa's in the area, it's great to see children there . But if you are meeting people there are Costa's more suitable for that.

Popped if for a quick coffee. Quick and efficient. Dropped a star due to the price.

Easy parking, near Dunelm. Quiet spaces, good for a chat. Reasonable selection of cakes and snacks. Variety of hot and cold drinks. The Costa app offers freebies by collecting points and is very simple to use.

I ordered carrot cake but they had run out so they put a note in telling me to ask for a refund

I ordered a caramel iced latte and it said on receipt it had caramel in but there was no sauce or caramel in thr drink.

Poor service by the young man making my drinks he stopped half way through making my hot coffees to make the next customer after me there's.

Great service from friendly staff

Spent my afternoon here while my partner was working locally. It was busy as some other reviews mentioned but I still managed to find a seat. The staff are friendly and were quick to clear away my table when I went used the toilets. Nice atmosphere and quietened down towards the afternoon. Lovely place for a catch up or to get some work done.

Did not get delivered. Had to pick it up from the place itself after 1.5 hours of waiting as no driver accepted the order. Costa itself was great as usual, just delivery did not take place.

Ordered a large gingerbread latte they didnt even offer a little gingerbread, i was more annoyed because it costs such alot I expected something a little bit special but no effort was made at all, think the fact it was so busy they just rush everyone's orders through! However it's a nice place for a coffee and a chat.

Had cappuccino and a tuna melt panini (which was 50% off in fridge - bonus). Good service, the two staff members that dealt with my order were friendly, efficient and polite. Lots of seating available. Staff were keeping it clean and clearing tables.

A little disappointed that the marshmallow to go with my hot chocolate was just thrown loose in the bag, un hygiene and poor presentation. The chocolate cake was placed in the same bag as my 2 hot drinks, yes it melted my cake.

I love Costa.... Great for a coffee or chai latte in my case, and a toasted sarnie or panini.... They have lovely drinks in the autumn and winter.... Gets you in the Christmassy feel.

Popped in for some quick refreshment after shopping. Quite quiet, but enjoyed a lovely Berries smoothie. Hit the spot perfectly.

Asked for Oatmilk and they gave us cow juice. Asked for extra hot and it was warm, Asked for a refill and they lost my lid, then they didn't give the green bean on the app. Absolutely shocking service

Love a Costa but very disappointed with my visit here. My aero hot chocolate didn't have a chocolate on top like the image showed. The place is dirty, tables left for ages before being cleaned. The chairs are dirty, with crumbs and stains. The floor needs a good sweep. It's not even that busy so no excuse.

This is my fave costa! The staff are fantastic and well informed! It's never too much trouble to explain items to you or covid rules (back a few months ago when we could sit in again). We regularly visit this costa, mainly for the service and the quality of the drinks. You could say all costa drinks are the same, but somehow they're not. The coffee in Costa in Pemberton Park tastes fresh and tastes full of flavour

Normally I have a great experience but this time, the 'lady' who served me was rude and unhelpful. I had two babies, a new born and a 8 month old in my arms and I put the 8 month old on a chair while her mum got a high chair. The two surrounding tables were covered in dirty plates and hadn't been cleaned and this was the only other free table. Granted it had a do not use sign but she raised her voice telling me to get off and move. Then preceded to not clear the two tables but mutter under her breath. I don't mind taking things up but I had no free hands and didn't want the baby touching anything. No need to be so rude!
