Toilets always let Costa down. This is no exception.

Always first class service and coffee, just how I like it.

My favourite Costa! Great, speedy service and drinks, staff are lovely and it’s always clean and tidy.

The amount of times I've just sat at the order bay and no one even acknowledges you! Good customer service at Starbucks just around the corner

On my second visit (see original post below), it was a Sunday morning. Three staff on duty, but really slow service for those using the restaurant. It took them over 5 minutes to take my order and at least another 5 minutes to make the drink. Presentation was poor as you can see from the photo. I think that drive through orders are prioritised and you’ll get a better service that way. On the plus side the facilities were in good condition on this visit, but it’s unlikely I’ll ever be going back here again. (Original post): I stopped off here for a coffee and snack on a weekday morning. I dined in and had a pastry and large coffee. The large coffee wasn’t a good choice; the mugs provided are heavy, cumbersome and have two handles to hold to drink it. Not a good look nor comfortable to use either. While there I used the facilities. One was out of order and a member of staff was using the other. When they’d finished it was disappointing to see the room was rather a mess with tissues and water on the floor. The cafe has a drive through, is fully accessible and even has four dedicated motorcycle parking spaces along with disabled parking and regular parking.

Shocking service shocking attitude from staff wrong drinks made had to have them remade. Worst store i have ever been in what a shame.

Fab service, the gentleman that served me was exceptionally helpful and friendly, offering to dispose of my previously drunk costa cup. Coffee as usual spot on

Felt compelled to leave a review purely on the basis of the service we received from a lovely young man called Luke. He was charming and helpful and definitely a credit to the company. Rarely do you see customer service like this in a Costa.

Well ordered coffee hot chocolate not the usual friendly staff. Well what a difference these people couldn't be bothered toast was cold .Well, was it toast or just brown bread asked could be toasted seriously his attitude was not friendly no marshmallow with chocolate no spoon Costa was not busy

Can't comment on food nor atmosphere as used drivethru. Coffee OK. Staff member very cheerful and polite.

Best of the mainstream coffee outlets. The range of drinks is becoming bewildering large.

It's a Costa coffee, pretty much the same as all the others; this is not a bad thing as they tend to be consistent quality. This one was located in a new out of town development and it lacked any character. On the plus side that was good parking if you wanted it. We had takeaway (drive thru) coffee and cake. The service was pretty quick and efficient. The price was quite reasonable. I'll be happy to return based on the convenience factor, but I wouldn't want to take a first date there.

Fairly average Costa, as you would expect. Seemed a little under resourced as tables weren't cleared quickly. Credit to be the 2/3 visible staff members who were working as hard as they could.

Nothing savoury for Celiac’s Service was really poor Two staff on lunch and other two staff chatting which requires him to stop all work. Had to wait a considerable time to get served and then for my drink Wouldn’t recommend but look forward to visiting again when all staff up on their training

It's a standard Costa, all as expected, just a little worn

2nd time visiting the drive tru and 2nd time you have to drive to the hatch as I wasnt able to place an order as a normal drive thru

Good coffee but miserable unhelpful and rude staff kind of spoils the enjoyment

Toilet was disgusting and toilet seat just about attached. Very grimy and filthy. Staff were unprofessional, too busy making their own lunch behind the counter and swearing infront of customers. Went in while quite and several tables still hadn’t been cleared.

Quiet and usually empty. For its average food a costa, coffees are ok. Tables are not cleaned straight away, even if the staff are just chatting along themselves, although this is normal in most costa places. Drive through takes priority, so if there are cars you might have to wait a bit.

Been here a lot and its always unreasonably hot there. The food is also insanely expensive for how bad quality it is.

Slow service. Staff didn't want to talk to customers, they took over 5 minutes to make 2 drinks and had to be reminded about the food that was ordered. Tables were all dirty with cups etc still over them. Sat in here for 20 minutes and no one attempted to clear and clean them. Won't visit again.

Avoid at all costs. The coffee and the food were horrible. The service made us feel like we were on a production lune. There was no atmosphere.

Great Costa Coffee, friendly service and very welcoming staff especially Luke W. Good place to relax or get some work done!

Awful service. Waited almost 15 minutes for 2 drinks while the staff wandered about having a laugh. Must be a great place to work , only downside is customers just get in the way of a good time.

14 minutes to be served. Tuna panini was very poor quality, hardly filled, just a dry panini for about half of it.

Toilet Review - 2 unisex single user toilets one out of order. No clean check sheet. Not bad at first glance then realised the stains and the puddle of feces the toilet brush was swimming in 🤮 extremely unhygienic especially considering they're preparing food and drink.

Toastie not cooked properly, not cut and drink warm. There are better Costas.

Visited here for the first time in nearly a year or more, fancied a hot chocolate got the drink and off I went only to notice a strange smell from what I thought was the plastic lid but seemed to be the whole cup as well, the smell was similar to dirty old dry mops or old cleaning cloths so maybe that’s were they store the cups and lids, did sent a complaint email to Costa coffee but as expected so far no reply from them so will be giving them a miss for the foreseeable future…

Very noisy and stuffy and toilet was awful.

I visit this costa on a regular basis. Staff are always friendly and a quick service.

Average Costa, sadly, the toilets just aren’t clean, which is a reflection on the staffs’ perfection of acceptable cleanliness… poor. Shame, they seemed nice. The coffee was average for a Costa.

Costa coffee, London Rd, Buckingham. It was terrible, 6 staff on but the tables hadn't been cleared + they were dirty. The floors were dirty, toilets hadn't been cleaned & to top it all, the coffee's were only luke warm.

Still not very clean, tables left so customers have to clear dirty cups and plates too often. Staff are nice. Some organisation needed.

Awful!! 25 mins for a drive through coffee and cake... don't go to the drive through if your in a hurry!!

Always slightly annoying there are regular people working in there. One pair always use a table for 4 each, to accommodate their laptops, phones and paperwork.

Slowest drive thru I’ve even been to. Waiting 30 mins in drive thru to get to the window and them not have what we wanted. Poor

20 minutes in queue. Kitchen area dirty with grime visible between work surface and sink join. Work surface has residual adhesive where Covid screens have been removed. No tables had been cleared, we had to clear own table. One toilet out of service, other was disgusting. Only three staff.

Came in store to get a drink and some food and had to wait ages to be served. Very clear drive thru takes priority. Then got my drink but then had to wait a further 5 minutes so get my food. Wouldn’t have minded too much but I could see it sat on the side in the bag while drive thru customers were being served

Coffee was good staff friendly.

Drove from Milton Keynes to come here because it's so much better than our local Costas!! Lovely staff (Smiley Elliott), clean, excellent range of products, efficiently run, generally great as a drive thru and eat in.

Good service and convenient. I seem to be spending too much time here ! Service can be slow when more than 2 cars in drive through

It's got better, came in last week and shop closed AGAIN, no sign nothing, ended up going into the town Costa which is much better.

Turned up and the doors were locked and shut even though it says it should be open on the signs. Turned up at 8am and it says it opens at 7am. They just didn't bother to open the doors and the guy just waved no.
