Costa Coffee in Havering

A small costa with a more limited counter size and therefore range than you would find in others. Full drinks range. Never that many staff as its small so an occasional wait but not too bad. They couldnt be bothered to stir the strawberry sauce into the lemonade today but other than that, a pleasant visit with a lovely picturesque view of Tesco.

Friendly staff nice place could be cheaper

Costa is in need of a revamp and a refresher in customer service. On my few last visits the whole experience is average, nothing special and the selection of sandwiches was very poor. Tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped down, a bit concerning.

Cosy coffee shop serving decent coffee at average prices. The food is industrially prepacked and subsequently heated on site (the food could be better). Costa is located on the first floor of Tesco at the end of the store (near the Wines, Beers and Spirits). Access is via an escalator or lift, making it accessible to people who may have a disability. The staff are friendly and helpful. The tables and chairs are clean and comfortable. Tip: Use a free Costa card to accumulate points and receive a free coffee occasionally.

Worst experience ever. Rude staff decided not to serve 10 min before closing. Went to grab a take away coffee after 15 min drive just to hear “ it’s quiet so Im already cashing up”. What a service 🤢

Had a lovely drink in the cafe at Tesco. China cups and tea pot and real milk make all the difference. A quality cup of tea!

Since they did a refurb last year it has become very difficult for disabled customers to get through due to the new layout

I arrived and wasn't greeted or asked what I wanted to order I had to ask myself. Bad attitude from the young girl who served me, also got my order wrong, clearly wasn't listening to me. Wanted to drink in and was given cardboard cups instead of a glass (like every Costa since lockdown - thus making it bad on the environment as they won't recycle them) bad attitude from the lady who made our drinks! Tables never clear and clean, fed up with the bad service and over priced drinks at Costa!

We visit Costa coffee regularly. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk too. They make us feel very welcome. The coffee are made to a very high standard. The place are always clean and tidy. We love ❤ going there and enjoy the coffee.

Weekly visit to catch up on reading, panini, cake and coffee before trolley time up and down the aisles. Staff are friendly.

We regularly visit this Costa Coffee whilst shopping in Tescos. Good value for money.

Lovely oasis in current mad world downstairs in Tesco. Staff always cheerful and friendly, even if short staffed, as on last Sunday when only two members of staff on duty. Clear and clean tables regularly.

We were forgotten, then when food arrived 20 minutes later after a reminder cold poached eggs. 10am sunday they werent even busy. Disappointed and tiny miniature eggs....

I usually pop in here for a hot chocolate when I take my boyfriend's mum shopping. Friendly and efficient staff :0)

Costa is very nice. I had a medium hot chocolate. Staff is extremely nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Sad place located in Tesco a much better experience can be had at the Costa in Next about 7 minute walk from Tesco.

The cutlery, cups, tables etc always seem to be dirty. The dishwasher is blamed for dirty cups, saucers, cutlery. But that's no excuse for the tables. The whole place needs a good clean.

Did not go into this place, wherever it was. I presume it was in a Tesco store I visited. I will Never willingly use Costa coffee because it is slow service, overpriced and has a wasteful policy of using throwaway unrecyclable cups etc .

Great place to have a Nice coffee in a quiet environment, can be a bit pricey though. And you can always go next door cafe for a good lunch or snack! Good service from polite staff who do recognise you as a regular customer which is Nice and make you feel special!

Inside Tesco, far left of the building, wheelchair friendly and places to store basket/trolley if you fancied a break during your shop.

Okay but I think you should update your times on Google. Not fair to come down at 3 and be refused even a coffee when it says closed at 4. Not very good at all.

I would have given 0 stars if it was possible... Joined the que, picked my toastie, member of staff took it from me asked if eat in or take away and if I wanted anything else, ordered my drink all for eat in. Three people in front of me before the till, got down to second person on the question and saw a sign on the till saying it was cash only, had none on me. Nothing was said when my order was taken and member of staff made me feel like I was in the wrong for ordering despite not being told they couldn't accept cards at the moment. Won't be going back!

It's inside Tesco, do love to treat myself now and again, but too expensive to do too often.
