The girl name Maria is extremely bad with us , I ask for the sauce she said you have to pay you have to pay . Extremely bad behavior by both of them . I never came on the shop again . Full of attitude like they are the owners. Zero dignity.

I have been ordering from them for years. The quality of the food used to be very high and tasty but recently have felt the burger was undercooked and couldn't even finish eating it. Will not purchase from them again.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The chicken was extremely dry, and the mild flavor tasted no different from the plain option. Worse, there was barely any chicken—just a large portion of rice, making the meal feel unbalanced. On top of that, the staff forgot parts of my order, showing a lack of attention to detail. The poor food quality, small portions, and careless service made for a frustrating visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.

Ordered a rice box, very disappointed! There was no spice, the rice was lumpy and had no colour so you could see the white instead of the yellow. Also the chicken was dry and overcooked with no sauce(marinade) left

Worst food I have ever eaten. I ordered lemon and herbs grilled chicken wings, they came with no flavour, half grilled looking anemic. They were not even chicken wings just the very end bit of the flap. Disgusting quality of food

I have ordered this meal from this venue several times. For the second time today not only did the vegetables taste and smell 'off' it was a much smaller quantity of vegetables than ever received before.

I am a lover of Pepes chicken rice and Always had a good experience with them ” Leytonstone one ”,but this branch is the worst version of pepes I have ordered 1st time from them they took 45min to prepare my meal and no utensils with it, and it was a waste no flavour no taste and the rice was so sticky and dry I tought it was a bad day and it can happen to anyone but today I ordered it again To give it another chance chips were not cooked properly chicken aswell red inside and rice were so sticky and and I requested a utensils as I don’t have any and they didn’t send it or send tissues .

Forgot half of my order and can’t find a way to claim money back. Paid £55 and probably got £25 worth of food. Joke.

Poor customer service! In my first order I ordered 2 rice boxes and only received one and the refund did not cover the cost of it either. Also I was told to order it again and there was a sauce and utensils missing. Two incorrect orders an hour after the next.

I have seen that they are packing food on floor. The scaf girl at counter shouted at driver picking food . Showing arrogance and attitude. Feel very bad to me seeing him crying very bad atmosphere there. Disrespect for driver who deliver us.

This a horrible place.. I wanted to use the toilet and they said that is out of order, but as I was waiting they let somebody use it. I don’t want to make this a race matter but the person they let in was a muslim person and I am not!!!

Amazing food. Fair prices. I would change the lighting from white to warm white/orange lights. It would make the restaurant more cozy, And also accesible for those with eye sensitivity.

Staff are rude and most of them don’t speak fluent English. Manager was scared to deal with complaint and hid behind his staff. Terrible service. Highly suggest you visit Popeyes, roosters or Lakers in Romford instead.

Chicken burger is actually a steak burger and they sell it for £5 on Uber. Ridiculous it’s not even a fillet burger. Your better off going McDonald’s and buying the exact same burger for a £1

Very bad service!!! Had an orders and the drink was missing, when called the restaurant they blamed the driver!!! So it’s the restaurant manager should be responsible for the driver and the orders to get to the customers as it it should be, very disappointing!!!!

Charge for peri fries 30p but forget to give me peri fries and by the time I was far away and didn’t bother to go back. Fries were cold and did chicken with twin chicken was not fried /cooked, I called store and they said oh sorry next time this will not happen. I will never go back again.

I have recently ordered from Pepe's in Romford through Just Eat and found it to be quite disappointing. The chips arrived cold and with minimal sprinkling of the peri salt that I had ordered. They were very bland in taste and flavorless, which is quite upsetting since I actually did expect that perky flavor from the word 'peri'. Adding insult to injury, the portioning was immensely small-hardly enough for a meal. Making it worse was the fact that everything was so dry: chips included with the rest of the order. Overall, the meal was just underwhelming and not up to the standard I was hoping for.

I do actually love this place, been visiting since it opened an Im addicted to the spicy foods, love there tasca meal deal, only the salad could be improved, olives fine cucumber an lettuce could be a little fresher, flavour, other than that I visit regularly 🙂

the issue with the delivery was the driver had the order in a old Lidl shopping bag , which could have meant the food became cold. I am bit confused on how the restaurant allowed the driver to put this in a shopping bag and not a food bag with a semi non tight container in the bike. I had to microwave the food. The food arrived stone cold, the quesadilla was not toasted/grilled, it was basically a very flat open wrap (very little filling and not sealed), the cheese was not melted at all. My my sisters fajita wrap was no better.
