First time trying, really nice authentic style pizza! cooked well and the extras I wanted were added to the pizza no problem. AND they deliver late, big win! Recommended.

I have been a regular customer for a long time, recently I ordered a pizza and wings, which were so-so, but what they sent today was a disaster, the pizza was as watery as soup, I couldn't lift a piece, everything stuck to the cardboard, it tasted like dishwater, the wings were so burnt that I couldn't eat, this was the last time I ordered anything from this pizzeria, a waste of money 😡

never used this place before but menu looked good. Food it's self was nice if not piping hot due to the time to deliver. Food arrived 45mins late and had to chase as no updated provided.

I would have given full stars as the parmigiana was amazing and the pizza was lovely too however the chicken wings were really burnt and and I couldn't eat them. I would still order from here again though.

One of the very original tasty pizza in romford. Plenty out of there, but this one at least uses original product not aldis or Tesco. Iam italian from salerno, and i can say that this is very matchable to our pizza, believe or not. Try to find out. Grazie Rahazzi

food arrived on time but want the score to reflect the food. 15 inch pizza with 8 olives and slices of pepperoni is comical. slices which are just cheese on toast without any of the selected toppings. wont be using this place again, my mistake checking google reviews after placing order. stingy restaurant not worth your money, have contacted justeat since a pizza was delivered doubt they will refund!

Food arrived on time, very little toppings considering its a 15 inch pizza 8 olives, 8 slices of pepperoni, cant see any nduja sausage and hardly any sweetcorn. Base looks nice but wont be ordering from here again because its technically cheese on toast which I wouldve liked if I got a margherita. Dont know if the chefs are under watch from the owner or shortage of ingredients in the pantry, never seen a pizza so stingy with toppings!

DID NOT DELIVER MY FOOD, this absolutely awful the fact just eat allows this to happen, i have delivery code and it wasnt asked for and order was marked as delivered I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING im not the only customer look at other review, i want my money back immediately

I didn’t get my order there is a code for a reason and it clearly isn’t getting asked for not happy want a refund immediately

I ordered bbq spare back ribs for £7.49 and I was delivered a disgusting quality of mostly fat and bones glazed in bbq. This was so disgusting I regurgitated. I would not serve what I received to a dog. Last time ordering from this place.

I advise all to stay away from these premises as they should no longer be in service! The food is atrocious I wouldn’t feed it to a starving animal it’s that bad , if you want food poisoning by all means go here otherwise don’t !!!!

food was so greasy we couldn't eat it. had to throw it away and try to claim a refund. wings were good though, but the pasta was dropping in grease to the point it was seeping through the container. absolutely vile.

I order before from this restaurant and was ok but today the order came almost 1 hour late and tuna and prawns pizza was really bad and the prawns was missing. very disappointed!

Hard working people who make great pizzas. The base is always thin and crispy and the amount of toppings used are generous. Collection deal is great too so would definitely recommend.

The food wasn’t the same as it was described on menu. I have ordered a pizza with prosciutto ham, but I’ve got just normal ham. Pasta was overcooked and disgusting

Ordered via uber eats and waited nearly 2 hours. Called the restaurant and they told me the food was delivered to a house (we live in a flat) wrong address. No proof of delivery, no verification or name confirmation, just handed it to the wrong person. Then restaurant refused to look into this and called us liars stating we already ate the food, despite not even asking for a refund but that they resend the food to us and they can see for themselves it was delivered to the wrong address. Instead they hung up, stopped answering calls and uber refused to help. Restaurant are scammers and idiots. Forced to dispute this charge with the bank and report the restaurant for misconduct via uber complaints.

Great customer service food was especially lovely tonight. The pasta was really tasty and everything was nice and hot on arrival. I’ve had no trouble with the two orders that I’ve had from this place. I’d highly recommend the pasta dishes cheesy chips and always go with a can of Fanta I’m really happy with the quality of food and experience. I’m highly satisfied five out of 5.

You always know a pizza is good when their most basic pizza, the Margherita tastes so good. Great dough but the stand out for me was the sauce on the pizza. The staff were friendly and service was quick. Highly recommend this place.

Regular local customer made a phone order to collect was accepted, turn up after 30mins to collect they have forgotten about the order and also ran out of dough for our pizza clearly given our pizzas to another customer. Unacceptable customer service!

the pizza was it's usual high quality but the ice cream was full of ice crystals - it had clearly been partially thawed and refrozen
