Costa Coffee in Southampton

we ordered 3 drinks and only recieved 2. everything was OK apart from that.

The delivery was fine. I was disgusted regarding the order. Only one Mac and cheese delivered, NA written on receipt, no alternative, no phone call to ask regarding an alternative. So what happens now, do I get a refund or do you keep the money and no food. I would like answers to my questions.

Just went in for a tea and a cinnamon bun while waiting for my car to be washed. Obviously there’s always going to be a queue of some sort but it’s down to the length of time it takes to make a coffee. Staff always busy with no time to stop. One lady had a bit of a cough and thought she should be at home. It was about half full and tables were cleared promptly. It’s ok for a quick drink and a snack.

Okay for a coffee while shopping although UK coffee prices have hit the roof.

Use the one in Tesco's at Millbrook. Friendly staff and helpful when carrying a tray. Always busy, toasties ok and good selection of cakes coffee ok I drink it black so can't comment on other varieties

We are not happy as i asked for cream on top of the hot chocolates & cherry sauce. Also proper whipped cream & we were given it on the side but not the normal cream!

Heck, I so sensed I was going to be arrested last night, unsure as to why, but nope....Anyways, bright and early at Hartley library 🙂 Should say...Something I'm kinda sorry about is having a go at the church. Society does seem to match that of the Soviet/Russian federation, everyone fabricates/lies...I probably wouldn't believe what I say, and I admit to my own mistakes, but, I do maintain most blame towards 'welfare'.... Want to know the truth? I planned out everything anticipating that if I kicked up so much fuss, things would get sorted out, I have no plans for this. This all stemmed from both the Covid-lockdown debt and the DWP's refusal to acknowledge complaints. I would also say that living with a CLA/golden ticket holder broke me down in so many ways, that music blasting away from 7pm-11am....Well, sleep deprivation. Ehh, come on, arrest me.... I'm at Hartley Library, but I will be in various places throughout the day, please do not assume I am avoiding arrest. You have my contact details, please call / email me if you can't find me.

Lovely coffee and cake albeit mass produced. Served by a lovely lady who was friendly and welcoming.

I'm afraid I didn't catch her name, but whoever served my husband and I today was so lovely! She helped him pick out a non-dairy drink and even figured out how to make him an iced flat white with ultimate blend. The drinks were delicious and she was so helpful- thank you so much!

Put coffee in a non coffee frappe

Baps a bit bready compared to the amount of bacon, the sausage bap was perfect lots of filling they were a bit over done but my mum loves crispy rolls so pretty good cappuccino was fantastic muffin and cornflake was delicious and the biscuits were nice but not what I thought it was unfortunately thought it would be a fresh one not a normal package one you could buy in the shop, all very well packaged and driver very friendly and kind either tho food was good not the best I’ve had unfortunately

Tropical Mango Bubble Frappé. My new favourite. Didn't have as many Mango bubbles in this one compared to my local but still a great drink Located inside Tesco's to the left. Fair size plave and the staff was great

Excellent speedy service, we usually come into the store but discovered that the service is equally as good ordering via Just eat, saves us the journey in ☺️

The baps were a little overdone. There were no straws with the frappes. No option for sauce on the order. Good delivery time though :)

Costa, my morning or afternoon, is always a great alternative, excellent staff, excellent management.

Shop manager ( Ali I think ) seems to constantly be moaning about the customers in-front of the queue and to her staff and doesn’t really represent the Costa values

I tried the new Hot Cross Bun Cappuccino. It was disappointing, as it was quite strong and apart from a small amount of cinnamon, did not taste as I expected but just tasted like a ordinary coffee. I wouldn't recommend it nor will I have it again

Staff very friendly, keen for their next day off though. They obviously work hard the place was spotless. Don't recommend the coffees in a can or the smoked ham and cheese toastie. Do recommend the caramel lattes from the machine.

Wonderful customer service and manager is lovely, great staff too.
