Costa Coffee in Rotherham

Slow service only one person serving...Friday morning

Great friendly staff.. Been going here for years

Had a long wait to order coffees. Also most of tables left with dirty pots on. We sat upstairs and it was freezing.

Never been to such a dirty Costa. There were trays filled with dirt dishes all over empty tables

Another typical Costa. This one had no decaf coffee, was just as expensive as every other one, and would not be my first second or third choice, but for some unknown reason my elderly father likes Costa!

Had a wonderful first date with my future girlfriend

Cappuccino was not the best from here. I think it's the first time I have ever not finished a Costa Cappuccino.

Seems most people coming through door came to use toilets then left.

Drinks are fantastic service was very pleasant and professional

Cheerful happy service in a clean and relaxed environment. Treated my daughter as an adult, as it was her that was ordering, from start to finish, well done Costa

Can get a bit busy, especially as they're now doing deliveries, but always a warm welcome

Have been here a few times as relatives live close by. Prompt and polite service with the typical northern charm, easy parking.

Called in to get 2 reg latte. Not impressed. I have 3 free coffees on my phone went in asked for coffee scanned my phone she asked £6.20. Apparently the club app was not working. So how come she told me to scan my phone if she knew it wasn't working. When I complained all she said was not my fault. And how come t takeaway coffee's are more expensive than they are in the machines in shops. 😡. Rubbish.

Everythin great but needs heating turned off upstairs.

Good coffee and quick service for the morning rush. Friendly staff members, can tell they care about customers.

Called in twice now, on the spec and cannot fault the staff at this branch. Always friendly and engaging with customers. This has become my favourite costa as a result.
