Gelato Hive in Rotherham

Waited an hour and a half then they cancelled the order because they couldn't find my house. I live on a main road

Never order from these, waited 2 and a half hours for £30 worth of food, ended up with a wrap and 2 drinks, tried ringing for the past 20 minutes to get the rest of the food back or money back no answer!

I ordered and waited 1 hour then that just cancelled my order and this isn’t the first time they have done it many times before. Never order from here

The order take to long, and the banana split was with block of ice, strawbery was frozen

We waited a hour and a half just for our order to be cancelled. Absolutely disgusting and I should have known better after reading the reviews and seeing that they've done this to other customers. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

OMG … just had two Ferraro Rocher Milkshakes, a waffle and 2 Sundaes … THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Staff were really friendly as well. Don’t usually write reviews … but this is defo worth a visit!!
