Visited this Costa again today and it has gone down the hill this place. Never will visit this place again. Long time of waiting and food is disgusting.

Convenient dine in and drive through Costa on way too, Headington Hospitals or Oxford Science Park.

This place may be very busy. Staff is working hard and make all tables clean and ready for next customers

The short lady who was so called manager was rude and didn't make our order correctly and despite of being sorry she was being rude. Worst drive thru of Costa

Incredible £5.20 for a coffee and water that they don’t carry to the table, < 1MBs wifi (my EE mobile has 120MBs), filthy toilet. Genius business really - they can charge so much for so little because there’s literally nothing else here.

Bacon sandwich looked raw. Toilets were filthy drink was luke warm. No customer interaction. Seems like a bunch of low paid kids working.

Lovely staff and fabulous coffee (always makes my coffee how I like it) Jack and Joel are my favourites.

Shocking service three members of staff taking a small order then all messed up wrong stuff given when talking to management he walked away . Never using this one again .

Very busy location so clearly an issue keeping the tables clear, but everyone nice and pleasant. Asking for a glass of water can be a trial, but we survived.

Stopped here travelling home and as ever coffee was OK and served quickly but the toilets were pretty shocking and the place needs a deep clean. Come on Costa you can do better.

Best drive through in East Oxford

Popped in on the way to the Nuffield hospital, coffee as expected but was very busy at 10 am, finding a seat was difficult.

Dirty place,rubish caffe, and Manager is so rude and unprofessional

Coffee order was incorrect, and coffee very weak and bland, taste like it’s from a cheap vending machine. I generally love Costa, but this experience wasn’t good.

Always good coffee ... Today I tried the American Bagol with laser cut meat & tasteless pickles - completely tasteless all for £5 ... I should have popped into Aldi & bought a bread roll & put a couple Costa serviettes inside & saved £5 & it would have been tastier

It would be lovely if the staff at least pretended they wanted to be there. Muttering, no please, no thank you. Real shame.

The cleanliness in this place is awful dirty toilets dirty seats dirty floors and tables and the worst thing I saw was ants on the cakes in the display unit give this place a wide birth

Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Too bad the hot chocolate is mediocre and the food is severely overpriced. £2.50 for a cookie is outrageous, regardless of how chunky it is.

The place does what it says - drive through. Access is a bit twisty and the location needs re-jazz!

I’m a regular customer for this costa since I moved to oxford last year . The place is not clean any more , toilets are always dirty. the staff are not professional . Today for the first time I asked them to re make my coffee as the one I was given is not good . They looked to me weirdly with not even saying sorry . It is only 1 mint from where I live , otherwise I will not even think to go there . Avoid this costa if you can .

Disgusting staff always staring and oggling people while they come and go from the gym nextdoor. Often too busy to serve, as they'd much prefer to make the gym people uncomfortable.

This branch has improved, still a large regular smoker group, which is a little unfair as non smokers are almost made to sit indoors. The staff are really good and of course the coffee is great

Served by someone that was not hiding their boredom on the job, the barista was friendly, the cinnamon brioche was so stale and that was after having it reheated. Not the best experience at all.

The sales assistant was very rude as we still sitting enjoying our coffee and I know we still have 30min due to closed he just doesn't care about customer in the sitting area he opened the door wide and let the cold air in like trying to rush the customer to leave soon as. And it was so cold we were sitting near the door he just doesn't care, not happy at all with the service.,😠

Great Costa, friendly and welcoming staff

The best Costa I've ever visited! Highly recommend. I've personally found the majority of other Costa branches generally poor. Dirty tables, disgusting toilets and sometimes staff that don't always listen to your order/requests. I must say however, that this particular branch was pleasingly different. It was spotlessly clean inside. A member of staff was constantly wiping down/clearing tables. In addition to this, the toilets were refreshingly clean. Service was fast yet friendly too inspite of the long que. I asked for an extra hot, hot chocolate. Not the tepid temp I'm usually given. Then with normal cream on top instead of the light version I've been given many times before. Which tastes horrendous!! A lovely server made me the perfect cup today and it was delicious. Why can't everyone do that? Something so simple! From now on, I will only go to this branch of Costa. Thank you for a pleasant visit!😊

Full of rude students…. Standard Costa coffee though….

It's really nice place for family and friends to meet and it located near Aldi and gym in very nice location near Headington you can find delicious snacks and drinks cold and hot and man can set outside as well as inside. I like to enjoy having a cup of coffee after shopping while kids like to have milkshake 😋 😊 but it still not five stars for me it is suitable for quick visit to take a break after work before going home.

What a lovely bunch of staff, always professional and polite, even when they are manic busy. Always clean and tidy and I’ve never had an issue.

Nice for a early coffee in weekend

The drinks were ok, the cake was tasty but please, please, staff at Costa at Horspath Driftway, please do something about the horrible state of the cups, saucers, milk jugs, coffee glasses - so grubby it made me feel queasy - a caked-on crumb on the milk jug, clearly badly-washed cup with previous customer’s coffee stain dripping down from the rim, greasy line round inside of coffee glass. I didn’t want to complain because the friend I was with doesn’t see well so she wasn’t aware, and I just wanted us to enjoy the time together, but I do not intend to go back for a long time. Wish I’d taken photos to show you.

Few bad experiences here with staff coming across as rude/ not even pretending to care, bad attitude, getting orders wrong, visited wed afternoon and young male member of staff clearing up physically shoved past me in a fairly busy queue on his way back from sandwich area, no acknowledgement or apology, also he could have taken the slightly longer route around tables not through queue, from watching him work he wasn’t even in any haste as is the norm here.

The Costa coffee is not bad However if you have a large car or van you can have trouble leaving the car park due to barriers my range rover had about 20mm each side Better going to Tesco as they have Costa shop inside the store and parking is much easier

Popped in for a brew and a vegan ham and cheese toasty for lunch. Very nice, prompt and friendly staff.

I have been in this place today, coffe was good. We asked at what time they were closing and they said 6pm, so me and my friend asked if we were able to have a sit and they said yes. We ate the tart really quickly because of course was quarter to 6 However at 5.55 the guy started to swipe the floor and he started from our side, even if there were spaces without people. At the beginning I didn't mind until he basically started underneath of our table and I asked him if he wanted us to move but he said that we had 5 mins left. I got upset because of course he was basically brushing my shoes even if there were 5 mins left. Me and my friend left the cafe at 6pm and for sure we won't be back. As nice can be the coffee, this is inappropriate and in my opinion really rude.

I think this place is really nice and comfortable to enjoy a nice coffee, the dissatisfaction is that the place has very dirty toilets and it doesn’t get clean regular, the outside seating is perfect to seat and enjoy but it is dirty and the tables are very sticky I do understand that the busy but that is not an excuse to not clean it will be better if the had someone on the floor so he can pay attention to this I think the management needs to pay attention to all of this comments and do something about it but it seems to me that nothing is happening about it and this will continue like this and it is a shame 😔 . The staff are not at fault cause there is so much the can do is the management that needs to pay attention and start fixing the problems. And pls make sure that online there the correct times of opening hours cause it says open and is closed. Many thanks

Awful service!! Ordered coconut milk with my drink however made it will normal milk. Overfilled the drink and didn't place the lid on properly which led to coffee being spilt all over the car interior and my clothes. No warning the lid weren't on properly, no help with mess and no apology given. I had to request paper towels as the employee just stood there.

I am really disappointed I use Costa a lot ,at your store in headington drive through ,I ordered a cappuccino the manager was at the coffee machine I was expecting a brand standard cappuccino to my shock he used old coffee that was in a cup then he added it on hot milk .when I asked is that how you make cappuccino he said is the the same didn’t know that I worked and managed Costa before . I made him change it but my worry if a manager is doing that and he is a barista maestro !! I am wondering how he train his staff like that .chocking experience .

Good place to meet an online date for the first time. Just make sure they aren't going to go on to break your heart. The coffee was just the right temperature, and the staff as friendly as they are at Costa.

We went in on a Sunday around 1230/1pm. I ordered a chai latte (oat milk) and my partner had a coke and tuna melt. Perfect service.

Lovely hot chocolate, just what I needed today

Fast at serving and drinks were good with the lids securely on. I particularly like the tray they use to give you your drinks. However the site could do with a clean, lots of litter by the window and on the side of the drive in.

Customer service is woefully poor. The cafe appears to be unmanaged. The staff are complaining about being short of staff as an excuse for inadequate covid practices...

Good that it has reopened but very littl evidence that tables and surfaces were being regularly cleaned (or even that dirty cups were being cleared away) which is disappointing given current situation
