It's a Costa we know what to expect ...needed to shelter from a downpour so it suited perfectly. I had a flat white, which was well made and nicely presented. The store looked well stocked and tidy. It was busy when I went in, but service was quick and efficient.

Nice people serving but this whole area is utterly souless. Millions of concrete pavers and cheap groundcover plants do not a community make.

Friendly staff who waited patiently for my Costa app to connect and the Barista put a Teddy bear on my Flat White coffee which was the best tasting Costa coffee ever. My partner had a raisin croissant which was very fresh and moist. We sat outdoors in the sunshine and had visited the clean conveniences. It was our first visit to this new part of Didcot and left a very good impression.

Ordered an uber and items wasn't in stock had to cancel the order as advised and was made to pay £20 with no refund or products what a joke, uber eats say its not there issues and the same with costa! Beware you don't get scamed by either

It used to be nice. Used to as it is not anymore. Fajita was served cold, coffee was served in wrong mug, floor was extremely dirty. Avoid!

Considering our group of 14 people arrived together the service was swift. Nice new premises

Functional Costa so lacks the more selective seating areas of other outlets. Near a large secondary school so best avoided at the end of school.

All the staff are lovely but it always makes my day if Karen is serving. She's so lovely and always chatty & happy to see you. You don't get that much these days!

Very good choice of drinks and snacks, good prices and pleasant ambience. An extra bonus of points to collect towards further treats. Always look out for Costa coffee when we are out and about.

Staff isn' the friendliest but not the worst either. Cleaness is average. But why is that the coffee is never hot? When I buy from Stsrbucks it's hotter than extra hot in Costa which still isn't even hot. What should I order to get actually hot coffee? Boiling coffee? All the other places get it right but this particular Costa no.

What amazing customer service from this place! One of the baristas (Jess) really made this feel like a special visit instead of a franchise experience! Clearly had passion for her job, not something you often see! What a credit to the branch - deserves a promotion!

I can't recommend the coffee chain Costa. The toilets are always a mess, no soap, lack of loo roll etc. The tables are never clear of dirty crockery or rubbish. Costa cafes are unwelcoming places. Too cold in summer and not cosy in winter. You have to queue to get a drink.

Excellent location and food. Extremely disappointed by a rude staff. Please train your staff. Going the extra mile to provide the best possible experience for your guests is paramount.

This Costa is always very clean, and the staff are very friendly. As far as Costas go, this is a better one, although generally their coffees are very expensive. I got a pink coke, which just tastes the same as regular coke, but a little more aesthetically pleasing. They gave me a paper straw which held up quite well :)

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice place to have a drink/cake, relax and have a break, even with young children! The kids love the hot chocolate that comes with a flake or marshmallow:-)

If you are lucky, you'll have a nice coffee and good customer service. However, it's inconsistent and some experiences are better than others. There are better Costa branches.

Sticky tables, and they ran out of tea... On Friday of Queens Jubilee weekend - and its next door to a large supermarket!

Dirty tables and cutlery. Drinks OK but not made correctly, had to take it back.

I always go at lunch and staff are polite and helpful.

Best place for coffee lover's and food

Online booking works once every five times but no signs or information if working or not until 20 minutes later when order gets automatically cancelled. Servers at times rude.

Great Costa, , staff are very friendly and the remote ordering system works very well, coffee is always hot and prepared at a perfect balance between speed and quality. Lovely interior and comfy seats. Although it is a chain there is feel of indivduality created by the wonderful staff.

It's a small looking Costa that has indoor and outdoor seating. Conveniently located, generally the staff are helpful and polite.

Best Costa coffee shop I've been to. I have visited so many Costa shops, this is by far the most customer friendly of them all in my opinion. Will miss this shop when I move abroad in two weeks.

The branch is clean but didn't like the customer service. There were no customers at the shop and the cashier kept rushing my little child into choosing what she is going to get. I wouldn't buy if I was getting something for myself.

Got a coffee and had a magic bag from the "too good to go" app. Coffees are standard. The magic bags seem a little naff but considering Costa is very pricey, you get a few decent things for a small amount of money.

The staff even the most difficult times (covid 19) have and are amazing. Polite chatty and happy to help. The shop was clean and tidy and welcoming.

Our most fav Costa branch to go to. The coffee are always consistent. When Steph, Lisa and Amanda are behind the counter, you know your coffee will turn out great! Ive been lucky for the times ive been there its always them (one or the other) serving! Thank you ladies. Keep up the fantastic work!

The store manager was absolutely disgraceful, extremely rude to customers and fellow employees alike, and refuses to wear a mask at times. Disgusting.

many times I come here I've had my orders messed up, where they made our drinks with milk when we asked for coconut, or any other replacement. also during my latest visit I was asked to do the track and trace but was told to go outside to scan in a rather rude manner, even though there was another one on the sneeze screen just a little ahead of us. there were also other customers in front of us who were told by the manager that they're not a table service shop in a very rude manner. not a pleasant visit, if you can choose to go elsewhere do so.

Usually costa do a bad job at making coffee taste great (sorry) but this flat white is excellent

Young lady with coloured hair very moody. After my bad experience ordering, whoever the girl making my coffee was, as she poured the milk in her fingernail touched the tip of my drink. My mate had a similar experience where they touched around the sipping area of his drink. Disgusting.

I came in here on Wednesday to order my daily coffee on the way to work and had a complete different experience to my usual. I got served by this woman with coloured hair. Very rude. She made me feel like I should be apologising. If you don't want to feel bad about ordering a coffee, don't come here. Wouldn't recommend.

This is an exceptionally good Costa coffee. The baristas here really seem to know what they are doing. When I'm in the area this is my go to place.

Well made flat white by a female member of staff who was nice.

Very disappointed i ordered my drink after waiting a whike the guy that served me was polite and appolagetic. He made my drink incorrectly, i can only assume he was a trainee. When he made the drink thr collegue working with him said it was made incorrectly and when he appologised and asked if he should make it again she said naah dont bother. When i received my drink it tasted awful. Like toothpaste. However after witnessing how the lady deapt with things i didnt see any point in complaining as i didnt think it was worth it. The customer service is not great and they really need to make sure staff are correctly trained

The only thing consistent about this particular branch is their lack of customer service and ability to meet the basic needs of a coffee shop. Of the five or so visits I've made to this branch I've consistently been rude to and made to feel like they are doing me a favour by selling me a drink. They regularly seem to have dishwasher issues and have to serve in take away cups when sitting in. They also close off most of the shop hours before closing which restricts the available seating. They appear to go out of their way to prevent repeat business. The two female staff members are curt and rude without reason. I would do all possible to avoid this branch unless you have dire caffeine withdrawal.

Absolutely awful service as usual at this location. Had been boycotting this shop for a while, and will continue to do so in the future.

Never really find going to Costas a pleasant experience. Overpriced produce and if there's a queue expect a wait while they make a coffee and put a cake on a plate! Highly technical you know but I guess they're taught to take their time and in so doing justify the price they charge.

Somewhere to visit when the kids are at Saturday classes, though service can be slow. Correction: the service is extremely slow and the staff are not trained. Customer service is poor.
