Lovexcosta. I vist a Costa at least twice each week

I think this has gone ridiculously expensive now. I nearly had a heart attack at the price of 2 coffees. It's awhile since i have been in, and i think the next time i go, it will be after a lottery win. It is nice coffee but not worth the price. I think it's going to price itself out of existence

To long wait time to get served, had to repeat my order numerous times and the tables were not tended and still had previous cups and plates. Scruffy, unkept and not welcoming

What we really like about going to this Costa is that most times we are there there it's not too busy. Tables are spaced out well so that they don't tend to feel claustrophobic. The music is not too heavy, so we are able to enjoy both it and conversation. Not always a great selection of foodstuffs. And, although you can use your Costa card to add points, you can't redeem them at this location (bit of a pain). Still, it has also thought about families with very young children in providing a few things to do. On the whole, it's not a bad place to visit if you don't mind paying the Costa prices!

This place has gone down hill. The staff need better training in managing the place. The floors, cutlery and tables are often very dirty.

Really shocked at the service I just received from the lady with the short blonde hair and glasses? Told her she made me the wrong drink and she then proceeded to tell me that I didn’t order what I ordered even though I paid the price for that item? She said she would make me a new one but “it will take a while” and had such a bad attitude and then went “there you go” when it was done in the rudest manner. It’s not my fault you made me the wrong drink I don’t even think she made it properly as it doesn’t taste right 🥲🥲

False advertisement of closing times says they close at 7pm, everytime I’ve been after 5pm the doors are always closed. Can understand if it happens once but too many times now major put off

This is my go-to! And they know my order. The staff are so lovely & amazing.

Nice little cosy place. Looks really cool inside and seats are comfy. Bought a mint aero hot chocolate and it was delicious. It was a shame you couldn't get it in large for some reason. Staff are good at their job and were friendly. Prices are quite expensive but it is Costa after all and I didn't expect it to be cheap.

The staff has no clue how to make a good coffee. They have no enthusiasm at all. The only value of this place is the interior design.

I love this Costas, it's located in a lovely place inside the Odeon Cinema in Oldham town centre. The beverages and cakes are excellent. Highly recommended. Looking forward to the reopening.

Lacks atmosphere but coffee ok.

It is what it is. "These places" (Starbucks, Nero etc.) are pretty much all the same except Nero does the better coffee

Not really used to drinking coffee in town but met a friend and he paid for the drink. Seems a nice clean coffee shop however it took ages to get served because it was Megha busy.

Another coffee shop, so what, all the same to me. Again, only accessible by car owners.

Went to the Costa in the cinemas in Oldham surprised how big it was coffee fine

There are 3 Costa Coffee stores in Oldham and this one is clearly the best. It is clean, modern and well looked after. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that as it is run by Odeon, it does not offer any promotions or deals on food as well as charging 10p extra on drinks. Not a big deal and I expect to see some franchises putting prices up.

One of the better Costa places. The tables are more spread out than at other Costas and the seating is less canteen style, giving a more relaxed atmosphere. In fact we now use this Costa in preference to the other two in Oldham. Staff are friendly at all the Costa sites in Oldham.

Needed refreshing coffeeand couple of pieces of delicious toast to START the day! YUMMY.

Excellent service, early in the morning, only customer and she apologised for mopping floor and not noticing me as I came in. Couldn't fault the lady at all.

The entrance once inside the building is via public toilets! Does NOT go together in my personal opinion. Costa itself, queuing took ages & nkt very busy.

Not a great entrance from inside the foyer. Slow service & wasn't very busy. Nice, comfortable seating area.

Good friendly staff and a great environment to relax. Find myself using this branch whenever I'm in the town center even if I'm not planning on using the cinema.

Twice now served cold drinks, (supposed to be latte and hot chocolate) staff were not apologetic when approached, it has gone down hill since it first opened.

Good place to chill out. Good Coffee here. Manager is an ace guy.
